Terrible service I went in two weeks ago for a phone and they didn't have it in stock so they had to order it. And then they broke down the pricing for us but told us we couldn't pay now and had to wait...which doesn't make any sense!! Cause other places would've let us pay beforehand. Because this phone was suppose to be my graduation gift and these dumbass people who work here did not make sense like a typical Verizon store!! When my phone was ready for pickup I was told I couldn't just walk in to get it and had to call to make an appointment and again I got the run around and wasn't able to pick it up for another LONG time like wtf. At this point I don't even want the phone from these incompetent fucks. Then oh it gets WORSE. So I call today about a week after my phone is suppose to be ready and ask if I need to schedule a time to come in TODAY and at first the man on the phone told me yeah we go on lunch from 1-2 so come in anytime after 2 cause we're not busy and don't have appointments today so I said okay and then in the same call within minutes he's like actually you can't come in til after 4, cause looks like we're busy and booked like what you just said y'all weren't busy!!!! That doesn't make any sense. So anyways I'm not getting my phone from this store anymore. I will be taking my business to Verizon la Habra to pick up my new phone which I ended up ordering on the app. Hopefully that goes smoother than these fuckers giving me the run around. What I don't get is when we went in for the phone the guy did the math and told us it would be $84 for the phone upon pick up day. Then when I called back two weeks later and asked about a time to come in and price I was told it was anywhere from 100-150 which didn't make any sense. But the person I talked too didn't know either he said he'd have to "do the math" when you would think the agreed upon price estimate would be in the system somehow! And I even called today about coming in to get my phone and the above is what happened. So I'm over it. I am just going to go somewhere else. Chris was not only a fluent English speaker in a Korean supermarket but was a really chill and laid back personality. I came in to replace my Samsung Galaxy S10's tempered glass shield that cracked for around $30 for the top-of-the line tempered glass for Galaxy S10s. After only taking around 10 minutes I received it and it felt/looked great. However, I didn't take into consideration the 24 hour time it takes for the glue to try and stabilize underneath the tempered glass + the Galaxy S10's curved screen shape makes it extremely susceptible to air bubbles on the sides, which happened to me (noticed a small air bubble on the side). I took it back and told Chris about it and he told me not to worry and did a full on replacement and did a UV light drying process that took another 10 minutes to dry it faster and advised me on proper tempered glass drying/care. No charge and couldn't be happier with my service. Thanks Chris for being a great employee with superb customer service! I'll be coming back here for my Sony a7c camera's screen as well (bringing my own tempered glass shield for the camera since I don't trust myself on applying it. read more

They agreed to work something out with me after I called them a couple times since it was indeed their fault for selling me a used/refurbished phone instead of the new phone i was paying for. They told me to trade in the iPhone 11 for the new iPhone 12. I agreed and they told me to leave the old phone with them so they can send it out for me. I check my Verizon account later and see that they sent an iPhone 7 instead of my iPhone 11. Their excuse was that they cracked the iPhone 11 screen and it would take them too long to fix it and send on time..............which is completely BS since they can fix screens in maximum 24 hours. They then call me couple weeks later saying that there was an error in the activation of my phone so they needed to access my account again. I only came back to give them a chance to fix this issue but they have failed me again. Will be reporting to Verizon. read more

I think this is probably my favorite retail store ever since I really enjoy the people there. They are very understanding and kind, unlike some other places I've been to, because every time I come here to get help on my phone, they always try to give the best help by explaining everything thoroughly and honestly to make everything easy to understand. Another plus is that they speak Korean in addition to English, and since my parents can't speak English that well, it really helps that they can communicate with one another. I can see that the intentions of the people there aren't to earn money, but that it is to really try and help you as best they can. I would truly recommend this place to anybody as I believe that they will be able to fit your needs and that you will be satisfied by their service. read more

I came here to get my phone fixed after my entire screen was broken but they were able to fix it after half an hour! Most of the other places said I would take at least a couple days, but they were able to call the technician and get it down and made it brand new in less than half an hour! They were also so nice and gave a lot of information for my plan as well! Come and you will for sure get a great service as well as a really good price! read more
