Terrible We enrolled 4 lines and all were upgraded to receive the newest phone. Initially the service provided was okay. Abigail, who helped us was unpleasant and very vague on how much our plan was going to be and I thought that was odd. Another issue I encountered was with the actual phone. Upon receiving my new iPhone 17 I had issues with the phone, I returned to the store within 2-3 days after the issue persisted and the MANAGER told me to "call customer service". When I demanded they help me the "regional manager" came from the back and then told me to go see an apple agent, as they could not help me. This is by far the worst team. I came in to get help on my new IPHONE 16 PRO MAX. My neighbor recommended ABI, since ABI helped her with her phone. I was so lucky to walk in and ABI was working. Greeted with a smile and warm customer service, ABI immediately went to work to help me. She assisted me on clearing my voicemail messages and assisted me with hooking up my Bluetooth functions. 2 years ago I got charged $470 AT&T made it look like I paid a bill. My bills are always under $90 After disputing the transaction, my bank denied the dispute and AT&T never helped me. I never saw my money again. On December I bought a tablet, decided to return in 3 days later. Since December they been billing me for that tablet. Then I find out they added an upgrade option to the tune of $10 a month, that I'm having a hell of a time getting removed. I've never felt so much negative energy in a place that should have impeccable customer service especially when it comes to customers that have recently switched from a carrier that we were happy with prior. We got talked into switching at Target and that was a great experience but when we had questions about our bill and I needed help pairing my watch to my phone I thought going directly to the AT&T store would be the best option. We walked in and didn't get acknowledged that we were even there. The customers that were being helped looked so miserable. I could tell they weren't happy. The workers there looked even more miserable that they had to go to work on a Sunday. Another customer walked in and nobody said anything to him either. We all looked lost and confused as if we just walked into a twilight zone. Were we invisible? I'm really not sure but we refused to wait to have any of those associates help us. So we went to the La Habra At&T store where we experienced impeccable customer service. TALK ABOUT NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! Thank GOD the La Habra store was able to save me from cancelling our new service with AT&T!! I was literally regretting leaving T-Mobile. I thought I had a good experience at the pico location untill I left and found out everything I was told from workers was false (from dates to my bill) , Steven at the whitwood location completely turned it around and helped me with everything. So much appreciation for this worker on his great customer service. He's obviously a valued member of the team and I'm surprised he's not the regional manager. I even thought I lost my phone (that was suppose to be my trade in) and he went above and beyond to not only find my phone but to give me a call back to let me know he had done the trade in already on my last visit. Decent store in the heart of Whittier, and close to my house... Went here for an upgrade and was out in 30 min. Not bad considering how slow most mobile retail stores are... Only weird part was the 6'5" security guard / ex-high school defensive tackle looking guy walking around in a black suit. Definitely a fish out of water. Seemed to scare more than lend to the place. In hindsight, I can recognize when I am wrong. I did not realize you could call ahead to make an appointment, so I did that today.

Recently had an extraordinarily great experience here at this store. Male employee helped me out with my voicemail troubleshooting and sadly I didn't get his name but he had glasses and appeared to be of Latino descent (I'm assuming). He clearly had expert knowledge on the issue and didn't try to trick me into buying anything or pressuring me to make him any commission. Gotta love when the store is not just for sales. Bad bad bad. Its bad that mobile sales-person is today's equivalent to a used car salesman. You can't wait for a new phone but you dread the double talk and up-selling like you are at Jiffy-lube or a time share presentation (same tactics). Ugh! I tried to make it as pleasant as possible by making an appointment ahead of time and took my family with me to help me cut through the double talk and get only what I need. We got there 10 minutes early, signed in and waited. 40 minutes later I asked the receptionist for status reminding her that I had an appointment - she talked to me like I was irritating HER! She gets paid to do one job - to have good customer service but was upset that she had to look up from her iPad to acknowledge me. Then she thought she was putting me in my place by saying "we only have 2 sales people tonight, did you expect them to stop helping their other customers to help you just because you have an appointment ?" I responded confused as to why they would schedule an appointment and understaff themselves. She didn't respond and just stood there smirking. We left, we couldn't understand how they could allow a person like her represent their company. She was everything we hate about the mobile industry and she lead with being indignant instead of empathy. Not one of their sales people stepped in to soften her mouth or apologize for her attitude - all of them cowards. We will go to Apple or Target after Christmas to get the phones. After being with ATT since they were Cingular - buying several pre-iphones, 3 iPads and 12 iPhones from them over the years, this is how they treat loyalty?
