I pressed the call back feature and that call went straight to voicemail even though my phone accepts calls from unknown numbers. I called back the number provided to me. After an hour of being on hold, I was connected with someone who told me to restart my router- even though my building does NOT have physical routers as our wifi comes with our building. She then told me she was from the SALES team and would connect me with someone from the tech team. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone else from the sales team?! Luckily, Bernadette was initially from the tech support team and was able to actually do something and restart my router from her end. Thank god for Bernadette or I would have thrown my phone over my balcony. Although in the end, there is nothing you can do besides restarting your router. Bai Connect/Zentro is the WORST, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. I can guarantee all these 5 star reviews are FAKE from people in their company. This internet provider is a SCAM. At least At&T or Spectrum has actual people able to help you or send technicians. I would NEVER get this internet service again.

I instantly wanted to see red because this was one more complication in my life, but I realized that he was clueless and the person he spoke with probably was too because he can't articulate certain things. So I tried to keep my irritation contained now that I was in this pickle having to sort out all the things I didn't want to, but was sort of thrust into unexpected. I walked into the Verizon store in Burbank and was already feeling edgy. But they put me on a waiting list for help and we went to go sit on a bench. Andrea came over within ten mins and introduced herself as the manager. I started out explaining the prepaid phone situation and then telling her that it took me 2 years to remove my parents from the acct sometime earlier this year and my brother who decided he wanted to go out on his own. I did that online and was told my cousin and I could keep our plans and that's not what happened. Long story short, I ended up in tears between having to explain about my parents being gone and then finding out I lost my plan I had been grandfathered into. Andrea was SO kind. I mean genuinely kind and she truly listened and HEARD me. I seriously hate having to re-explain things, especially when they are complicated. So the fact she heard me the first time and saved me the difficulty meant a lot. I apologized several times for being emotional, overwhelmed, frustrated, etc. She had an employee bring us water and reassured me that she would research all the options to try to help me out. We were there close to 2 hours. She never once passed us off, made me feel like a wreck, acted like we were a nuisance, or anything of the kind. She was able to convert the prepaid phone he bought into his replacement phone (keeping his old number which was important) and attach it to our plan so he was only really out $45 for a month of prepaid service. Fine. Not going to complain there. I was expecting much worse. Then she helped me find ways of reducing the cost of the plan (we had been on a $25 one, and been moved to a $65 one- the exact opposite of what I was told online). She told me she has heard of all sorts of things happening online so it was best to come to the store. She even gave me her work cell number if I need help with anything. I was SO grateful for her help and kindness. I understand dealing with phones sometimes is like one step down from buying a car in all the circles of hell, but Andrea is a solid human being (and would make a great therapist lol). If you have issues, try to come into it with a cool head and she will help you out. No one deserves your wrath especially when they had nothing to do with your problem, and it's not going to help you in the long run. Big thanks to Andrea for restoring my faith in humanity. Whenever possible I try to order phones or accessories online and avoid the store at all costs. I went in to drop off a trade in and overheard staff telling people who wanted to check in that the wait was over one hour. Verizon needs to do better for their customers, appointments, a wait-list system, hire more staff? I love the cellular service it remains the best coverage with the most reliable service but the stores are a poor reflection on the carrier.

Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

It can be for 10 minutes, 5 minutes, or maybe 30 minutes, and sometimes for hours. Not OK. When we call, we are being routed to different locations/departments and no one knows what to do with that unfortunate situation. Lately, Spectrum has not been too good to us and our Mac computer constantly was sending us a message saying "your internet is not connected to the computer" for over a week. With several phone calls and no answers, we finally got someone in our house by the name of Mark to come and take a look at it. Their estimated given time was between 10am-11am. Mark showed up in front of of our apartment building at 9:57am on the 12th of this month. That was very much appreciated. Some people don't even show up. Bunch of flakes everywhere. Come to think of it, we had few issues with the internet that he was able to detect and with him being honest and upfront, filled us in with the information. The issue was the Router, (super old), and it was causing our internet speeds to be slow. He told us that we NEED to get a new one. He even told us to get 2, either from the Apple store or probably from Amazon. Mark replaced our Modem, Splitter, and Ethernet Cable with brand new models of everything. He even told us to cancel our landline, that my estranged husband is paying $30 extra for every month. For almost 10 years.. if not more. We told him few times, and it's like talking to the wall. Some men don't listen well, and he is one of them. We get TV and Internet from Spectrum. The computer has WiFI. In conclusion - everything is working fine now. Let's not jinx it. I would have to look it up myself. We asked if they are on commission due to the fact that once we denied Carlos's service and refused to get the service packet with him, his whole demeanor and attitude, and body language changed. The manager stated they are hourly, I asked her then what is the reason for him having such a bad attitude and not knowing anything. I did mention he needs better customer service training, and better training in what other locations are around his area it's Van Nuys , be for real it's not Beverly Hills. !!So we went to our car went online and got the service for the price that they had it on the spectrum website within five minutes we opened an account on the website, with that on the website, it said, provide your order number inside the store to receive equipment ( at ANY spectrum store) !! !!To top it off, when we walked into the store and gave the order number the manager told us that she wouldn't be able to give us the equipment ( and that we had put to mail the equipment when we know for a fact, we put to pick up) So to top it off again, we had to go from Van Nuys, to San Fernando City !! - we walked into the San Fernando spectrum store, gave the order number and right away. The young lady gave us all of our equipment, all under 3minutes !! We used to have spectrum a couple years back and we didn't learn from the last time we walked into this location the first time. We thought we'd give it a try and figure there's new representatives. Nothing has changed.. So thank you San Fernando Spectrum for the better service, than this Van Nuys Spectrum !
