They said they cannot do that because they have to wait for the iphone-10XR to come in before they could do that and that would take a few days. By then however, the promotion that Verizon has will expire and switching from T-Mobil to Verizon would be pointless. They were arguing with me that that was a correct policy which did not make sense. As a customer, you should be able to choose the phone you want anytime provided that the order is not complete. Since paying for the extended warranty on the LG appliances we have had the fridge serviced 3/4 times. ABC reached out to us to provide a generous credit to us toward the purchase a new refrigerator. The salespeople were more than helpful through this processs, while knowing they were not making additional commission. Ryan and Leon went above and beyond to make everything work for us. As for LG Appliances I would never purchase again, however we will go through ABC for all our appliances going forward.
