I went in the next day and indicated that I want the iphone 11 instead. They said they cannot do that because they have to wait for the iphone-10XR to come in before they could do that and that would take a few days. By then however, the promotion that Verizon has will expire and switching from T-Mobil to Verizon would be pointless. They were arguing with me that that was a correct policy which did not make sense. As a customer, you should be able to choose the phone you want anytime provided that the order is not complete.
