Today, I came into the store, and I purchased a handful of appliances which I was told for the cheapest of anywhere around. They did not offer the cheapest prices in the area even. Right across the street at Sam's Club were cheaper prices. The manager attempted to lower their price by $100 which was incredibly insignificant as I'm saving about $700 with Sam's Club. After processing the refund, the manager then says it's gonna be 7 to 10 business days for my cards to be refunded, which is ridiculous. Very unhappy customer read more

We purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave in 2018 and paid for the warranty and additional extended warranty. Since paying for the extended warranty on the LG appliances we have had the fridge serviced 3/4 times. ABC reached out to us to provide a generous credit to us toward the purchase a new refrigerator. The salespeople were more than helpful through this processs, while knowing they were not making additional commission. Ryan and Leon went above and beyond to make everything work for us. As for LG Appliances I would never purchase again, however we will go through ABC for all our appliances going forward. read more

Prices are good. Service has been great with a 2018 lift chair we bought. The chair was the proverbial "lemon" where it needed service too often. The post sale warranty service did what they could to repair it over its lifetime but eventually it was condemned. A cash payment was offered which was 1/3 to 1/2 the new price or a new chair. We chose the free new replacement and added the 5 year extended warranty for $88 for the new chair. Overal, we are pleased. The chair that failed did so because it was the proverbial "lemon." Bought a fridge....got a great deal. Fridge stopped working 3 days after I plugged it in after letting it sit for 3 day. Lost multiple pounds of venison and other meat and had normal every day beverages go flat. Dude said he would have it swapped out with a new one. Two weeks later......nothing. When I went to ABC warehouse for a bed in 2023 around June I walked in and was no greeting by the staff upon arrival. So I went to the bed section and looked around. I found a bed I liked, picked it out.and went to pay for it and was told I would get a delivery in two days. But they told me they didn't have it in stock, and they proceeded to bait and switch me for a floor mattress and box spring,no bed frame. I went all the way to Pontiac to the corporate office about this and got no where.and fought over this for months. They finally decided to deliver a bed frame, which was the wrong size. so after months of fighting this pathetic company they sent me some check in the mail some compensation was way less than the bed. So they lied about the delivery,which was supposed to be a 2 day delivery which didn't happen. They bait and switched me, with no bed frame for weeks then the wrong size frame. And it was a terrible bed and box spring and really no value at all. Do yourself a big favor and boycott this pathetic self serving company. No value in anything they sell. Salesman was good. Have been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be between 11 am and 3 pm. It is 8 pm and no delivery. I called several times and was told that the drivers would call 40 minutes before delivery. All the stores and the 800 customer service numbers are not staffed. Terrible customer service. My salesperson was John Johnson. I purchased a washer/dryer within 1/2 of my visit. My delivery was set within a week of purchase. I had two separate delivery dates (electric washer, gas dryer). Both deliveries were completed within the time frame that was given to me. Both deliveries went smoothly without a hitch. The delivery people were courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. Two young punks brought my washer and dryer. I paid $50 each for installation. The definition of installation is install for use. The said they don't vent te dryer. The didn't even plug it in. They also would nt install a drain hose extensionI told the sales person I was buying. I tried to refuse delivery. I 73 and in a wheelchair. They pushed past me into my house. I told them to leave my house or I'd call the police. The pushed in, dropped them in place and ran out without showing the paerwork and asking for a signature. I called the salesperson. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy a mattress from ABC Warehouse. They do not stand by their warranty policy. I purchased in December a nearly $1,000 Spring Lake hybrid mattress with a 10 year warranty. I only sleep on it 2-3 times a week. Within 4 months it started to sag; I can now feel the coils. I turned the mattress end to end, and it occurred again in area that I sleep. Clearly it is defective. It took me nearly 2 weeks to get a mutually acceptable appointment time with the warranty repair company to come inspect it. I was just informed that it ONLY has a .5" depression; minimum for warranty claim is 1.5" depression. And to top it off, I am being accused of removing some law tag that invalidates the warranty. I did not remove any tag. In fact, I wanted to remove the tags in the corner of mattress that crinkle near my head, but did not. Now I am stuck with an uncomfortable mattress that I am still paying on, and will have to purchase a replacement from a reputable business. The delivery process of both the mattress and washer/dryer was very inefficient; took a total of 3 appointments to get it right. Purchase my stove here. Not a cheap stove either. On 09 August 19, I called the store talked to the General Manager of this store about my stove door having a defect. A few days later received a email. GE will send me a new door and GE will come out to install. Send a reply email regarding another issue with the stove on 14 Aug. I called on Sept 12 to the store, no reply from my last email and still never received new door. I can't believe he is the manager there. Terrible terrible customer. I knew I should of drove aross the street to Lowes and purchased the stove. When I purchased it, it was like purchasing a car. Took longer. Guy kept having to go talk to the "Manager". Damon Watson is a phenomenal sales manager at ABC Warehouse in Canton, Michigan. I went in to look at kitchen appliances and his knowledge of all the brands and models was very impressive. I explained to him my limitations with regards to a refrigerator and he was definitely up for the challenge as we looked at various units and determined what would work. He also listened to my concerns about a dishwasher and assured me that his installer Al was very experienced and would be able to get the dishwasher installed which he did without incident. I had been to other appliance and big box stores talking to sales associates and looking at appliances and Damon's knowledge of the products, professionalism, lack of pressure to buy and fantastic customer service led me to purchase all new kitchen appliances from him. I can't say enough positive things about the purchase experience I had with Damon as he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that he was available if needed. They did want me to show them online what the offer was. Stopped in and talked to Greg, when I decided on a model of washer/dryer I called him since he helped me out in store because I knew I could get free delivery/install, placed my order and was told "about a month" typical for COVID supply chain BS these days, a month later, no word so I had to call the day before the scheduled delivery and was told by Greg that "they didn't come in this week, maybe next week" so I rearranged my schedule for the following weekend (the all day window makes it so I can only take delivery on Saturday because of work) and had to call the store myself again to be told that the specific model I wanted had in fact been on order with the store for 6+ months with absolutely no eta on arrival. Switched and got something else within a few weeks, but how long would they have strung me along if I never called? Can't believe Greg is a manager there, he couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag. I notice that NONE of the ABC Warehouse stores in the area have overall positive reviews at Yelp. It's important to assess this company for what it is; a *discount* appliance store. That may seem like a "Duh" but that's all it is and all you can expect from it. You're not buying the funny commercials so forget about them. The people who work there are experts in getting money out of your wallet, NOT in the products they sell. If you ask them for advice, they will recommend whatever puts the most cash in their pocket, not what will work best for you. Do your research before going to the store, know what options work for you and if they have something you want, negotiate for their best deal. Otherwise, you're at their mercy, which is exactly what they want. If you can't sort it out for yourself, use Yelp to find a store with a reputation for good customer service, hope they'll provide honest advice and expect to pay more for that. read more

ABC Warehouse on Ford Rd in Canton need to change delivery vendor. I purchased a $1K LG washing machine on a Wednesday. I got notice that delivery would be Saturday between 4 and 8 pm. Delivery truck shows up at 7:10 pm. Guy comes in and makes one attempt to turn off water and can't get the knob to turn. He then tells me the knob is rusted shut and I need to call a plumber and schedule another delivery. I ask if water can be shut off from elsewhere and he says probably but they don't do that. I open the cabinet above laundry tub and show him another set of water valves. He again attempts to turn them and says they won't turn and there is nothing he can do. I tell him to just bring in my washing machine and they can come back and get old one. He says ok. I go and get pliers and easily turn the faucet knob. By the time I come back upstairs to tell him the faucet can be turned he had got in the truck and left. Never bringing in my washer and never said another word to me. Of course the store closed at 7 pm. I will be getting a refund and they have lost a customer for life!! read more

Poor service. Sold my grandmother a defective appliance and then tried to charge her a return fee. The man in the store was extremely rude and kept talking over my grandmother and refused to even look at anyone else. Purchased a Tempurpedic bed base and mattress from Joe at ABC in Canton. Joe was so helpful and patient while I tried out many mattresses. I ended up choosing the Ergo2 base and a TempurPedic medium mattress. I love this set! The massage feature alone is amazing! Also Matt delivered and installed it all and was really helpful too. i purchased a fridge from them on the 25th of october 2019 and was told it would be delivered on the 1st of november on the 31st of october i paid my neighbors son $40 to unload the old fridge and put the contents in a spare fridge his mother had in the garage then late on the 31st i get a call saying they did not get the fridge from the warehouse to call my salesman the next day he would explain i call my salesman on the 1st of november and he said they did not have that fridge and i would have to wait seven days more for delivery while they reordered unit from supplier when i purchased fridge they charged it to my credit card i am going to be going to florida to visit my sister and cant wait so had to cancel order they say i will not get that put back on my credit card for a couple days i am retired on limited income so now i cant get another until i get the money back on credit card my neighbor sold their fridge so i have to unload it this puts between a rock and a hard place i even told the salesman that i would accept another 28 cu ft counter deep but he said they had nothing when i was in store they had a lot of fridges he could have offered something else but he didnt customer service is not one of their strong points i urge you go elsewhere read more

Greg Arnold was supposed facilitate a $300 rebate on installation costs for our new cooktop and double oven The contractors this ABC Warehouse hires for installation never provided a receipt so that we could send in the rebate offer. Despite repeated phone calls to ABC Warehouse about this issue and assurances that they will contact the contractor about it, the issue still has not been resolved and we never received the receipt. The wife and I were in the market for a dishwasher and did not have a lot to spend on one. We do not normally go to ABC because of previous bad experiences. This time, everything worked out fine. Our salesman, Sam, was extremely helpful and found us a dishwasher at an affordable price. Sam presented himself well. He was not pushy and he did not try and sell us something we did not want. All in all, we are happy with our purchase and were glad we went to this location. Too often people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. Ours is the opposite. read more

I went yesterday to purchase a sectional for my family room. At first I wasn't happy with the price. When I left a few hours later the sales man called me and thought he gave me a good deal. After paying for the furniture I was told it didn't come with the coffe table, end table and lamp that was advertised because I wanted an extra peice. I was a little upset but decided to keep it anyway. When I got it delivered the next day the sectional peices were opposite of what I wanted and saw in the store. The salesman didn't explain this to me at the time of purchase. If I was told this I wouldn't have made the purchase. I rearranged my room and threw out my couches that was there. When I went back the supervisor tried to help but didn't have it in stock for what I wanted. Now that I have been inconvenienced they are going to take the furniture. Now I have no couches and have to look elsewhere for one. They lost my 2 grand and won't shop there again. They need to tell their salesman to explain things better to customers before they sell. Each time that I have asked about veteran's discounts I keep getting lied to about the products that my wife and I attend to purcahse. They first time I took it as a simple mistake, but now that it happened to me a second time it can't be coincidental could it? Or maybe that my wife is an Asian immigrant? I went for help with my sound system hookup to my tv. As I entered I was greeted by the "next up" salesman who greeted me and asked how he may help. I told him what I wanted to which he lifted an arm and pointed to the back corner. At 6'8 I was more than capable of seeing the large hanging sign to my back left. So off I went in search of someone in that department which I could not find. I even looked I some rooms where the doors were open. No luck! So I sat down at a counter height table (I am in the market for) and checked my email, my text messages and Instagram. Still no employee so I pulled up my Yelp app and called the store phone. I love doing this. The girl answered as if busy to which I asked, are you open, "yes", then asked if they were busy "no", so I asked if she could bother one of the money salesman I can see standing and sitting to go back to where I was. Click, she hung up the phone. A gentleman came back but wasn't sure if it was me needing help, I'm the only person in the department. I eventually garnered some knowledge, I bought an accessory and while looking at a chair a man came over introducing himself as the manager. He apologized, he wanted to know who greeted me and what they said and my name. He then started speaking poorly of his competition. I find this ill advised. Then while apologizing again said that he will make my visit right.????? What did that mean, didn't know and still don't. I assumed maybe a discount as they are the biggest discounter on any street.
