Shout out to Ralph Martinez, who provided exceptional service to me. I went to this store to cancel a line in my plan. Ralph helped me switched to a promotional single line plan and told me to set up auto pay to save additional money. Instead of blindly canceling the line, he saved me about $15 a month, and I get 1GB extra data. He also explained everything to me and got the job done pretty quick, very professional. I've been to this VZW store multiple times for different reasons - upgrades, accessories, most recently replacement of a phone that I managed to drop on its face, yey. I've never experienced anything but great service, never any pressure to bump my data plan (I have 1GB, and I and my kid together barely use 300MB) or buy the shiniest new toys. read more

My phone go poopie :( So I went to tis verizon store to get a new one since im up for a new one anyway. I was shocked to learn that I had basically one choice for a new phone since i want an actual qwerty and a touch screen in a phone that does not need the data package. Is this fair? I do not want or need the internet, but i would like a quality phone that I do not have to pay an extra $30 dollars a month for. This phone is ok at best, and to beat the band, i just happened to go on day 1 of I phone madness at verizon. So all i heard was you gotta get this phone it is the best phone out there. Dont want it, dont need it. sorry. So i decided to go home and order online, not only because it is less, but because i was frustrated with the whole pricing thing. Only to order and find that i cannot have my phone until today. I thought i saw overnight shipping if I ordered b4 3:30. Wrong, oh well. anyway that is enough ranting, I just believe that the wireless market is squeezing us all into buying a package which most of us dont really need. Remember when all we could do was page someone. then came alpha and we could text. We paid like $6 dollars and complained that was way to high. Now we pay $103 for basically the same thing. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. I am switching all 3 family lines to Sprint. Bought a Mophie charging case Dec. 1st. I bought it to replace the one that I had previously that stopped working. Within 3 weeks the side switch that turns phone from silent to ringer broke-- no biggie-- it is under warranty. After waiting for like 30 minutes the lady tells me she cannot find where I purchased it anywhere although I bought it at the same store 3 weeks prior. I say-- "So what do we do? She tells me well- I can keep researching or you can just pay for it... Going on 40 minutes already I say I will just pay. That very night I get my Verizon bilk in mail and the charge is one there from 3 weeks prior. Today which is 24 hours after I just paid for the replacement, I call customer service and explain the situation--- they say that is strange because we can see it and we will comment on the account and when you go back in they will reimburse your account. I then go back into this wonderful store-- wait 20 minutes.... Then I get this young lady to help me and she acts like I am bothering her... I tell her the situation and she asks me where is the old one-- I tell her you people have it from yesterday it was broke and I left it with the girl who works at the same store but is apparently off today. She is like which girl? I start describing the gal and she rolls her eyes and goes to talk to someone-- at this point - I am like forget it-- I don't care anymore.. My time is too valuable to spend hours at this store for $100.00 that is owed to me--- I am leaving and she says well have a nice day then! I did not like her attitude so I told them off and they said don't come back! I never will... This store sucks and the people must hate their jobs! read more

The employees were extremely helpful at this location. I have been to a lot of different Verizon's and I have to say this one is one of the best. I was helping my mom join the rest of the world in smart phones and Jose was very truthful and helpful in helping us find the best phone and deal. His suggestions were honest and I never felt like he was just trying to make the sale. He was also very attractive but I pretended I didn't notice that. So overall, compared to the many other Verizon locations this one is my favorite with honest, helpful and even happy employees. read more

The customer service is terrible. I purchased a new phone and I was told to take my old phone home, wipe it and bring it back in for a credit. I did just that and I was told I would get a e gift card for less than the value quoted. I was also sent a Verizon Up discount which was not honored in the store. I asked for a supervisor and while he stood ten feet away from me, he refused to come over. Now I see why people leave! read more

About a month ago I was running through a rainstorm and somehow my phone goes flying out of my hand into a puddle. I nursed that baby back to health, I thought. Last night there was an update I needed to do for my Note 5. This morning I wake up to the little android robot thing hanging himself. No kidding. He was dead. I went to this particular store because it is close to my office. (I normally go to Arrowhead, which kinda sucks btw.) This store is amazing. The people are extremely nice. I worked with Alex. Alex is funny, lovely, and wears great shoes. He was super helpful and assisted in getting me a water resistant phone (since my previous phone was dropped in a toilet, water is not my friend). He synced it up and boom! I was ready to go. After he advised (insisted) that I get a life lock cover since I am not adult enough to have nice things. Thank you Alex, you are a solid 10. read more

As far as Verizon wireless stores go, I liked this one. wasn't overwhelmingly busy with stupid reasons like some stores i have been too. all the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to help me discuss all my options. While Verizon as a whole has issues and policies I hate, the individual store is great. They tried to find everyway to save me any money and didn't show me devices I clearly didn't want, just ones I liked. Great sales staff, that is how it should be done. I purchased 4G for my business in Dec. 2010. It was great until May 2011. Now 4G is useless at my office. They promised a fix by Aug. and then by Dec. It never came. Now they are telling me to be satisfied with 3g. It will be fixed "sometime in the future"! They say they are only required to supply 3G; so, the heck with me! They won't let me out of my contract, even though they can not provide the service I signed up for. Verizon previously had great service; now it stinks! Thanks a lot for nothing Verizon. read more

Okay, first off people, not all Verizon stores are equal! Make sure you are going to a corporate owned store, like this one! I walked in after having purchased a new phone from a non-corporate store in Chandler,, on a whim. They were unable to backup my data stating their wifi was down and sent me on my way, left to my own devices (pun intended), none of which were working. Enter this store; we have purchased several times here and came back hoping they could help me again. I need to give a huge shout out to Ralph Martinez, who not only was able to backup my data, but assisted in setting up the new phone, including all my photos, videos, contacts, etc. but he also got another phone all set up. He took the time to explain what he was doing, which he did very quickly, and correctly. He also double checked the plan to make sure I understood everything in my package. He was nice in explaining what he was doing as he quickly got everything transferred and set up. and he did it in a much shorter time than the aforementioned non-corporate store! Buyer beware! I am NOT a fan of the Verizon store. However, the service my son and I received last Sunday was awesome, honestly from the moment we were greeted by our CSR Alex. He is excellent! Alex guided us through the process and decisions on the iPhone products. He asked the right questions and showed concern when my son strayed. I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store near the Chandler mall but they did not have the device I needed so they sent me to this location. Unfortunately for me when I arrived Jose was waiting for me at the door. This guy is a real donkey. To say he had a personality of a cinder block would be giving him too much credit. The place was empty and we were taken back to an area to get our business done. It was obvious from the beginning that this guy was not really interested in helping us since we were not a new sale for him. Pretty much everything we did was met with contention and a request for us to go back to the previous store since they knew how to do whatever it was we were asking him to do. I have always experienced a pretty positive attitude at Verizon stores and a definite desire to assist me in anything I needed help with. In this case I felt like I was being rushed out the door and being told contradictory information than what I received from the Chandler mall location. We were so frustrated that we left immediately after I was able to obtain my phone. My girlfriend decided to get a different phone solely based on the fact that she did not want to deal with this guy anymore. do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes down the road and get great service from the guys there. They treat everyone like family, take their time and go above and beyond expectations. 2 years ago I made a huge mistake and tried T-Mobile ! 2 weeks later I was back and PATRICK helped me get phones for my daughters again because I traded their phones in to T-Mobile. They found out I was a veteran and waived the re activation fee.. Now it was time for upgrades for my twin girls! I walk in and there is PATRICK with a warm welcome. And he actually remembered me.. Told me the best options for my family plan so my bill would not go up... Bottom line they treat you how they want to be treated!! #verizonforlife!!! Just a great place to get your phone service! Went there with my handicapped bff yesterday and Kathleen Tayler gave us her undivided time to explain to two seniors how to use our new I phones! She set us up on our new 7 and her great personality made us feel like we could learn to use these things!!! She explained and set us up and showed us the new products now a single! Worst customer service out of any location I've been to in the valley. I went here to do a corporate upgrade to my iPhone. Went through all the mumbo jumbo of having my office manager call and authorize the upgrade. I choose the phone, went to checkout and the rep by the name of Buzz (real cool name, buddy) told me that the upgrade didn't specify which line or number to apply it to on the account (there are multiple lines on our corporate account). He stated all that needed to be done was for her to call back the Verizon customer service number and specify that my number would receive the upgrade. Left the store to tend to a few things back at the office, while my office manager called Verizon customer service per Buzz's instructions. Drove back to this location, waited another 35 min to be told by the manager that the SPOC needs to be present for me to do any of it. I repeated to them "so when I was in here less than an hour ago, the issue was not that the person of contact needed to be here. The issue was that the upgrade wasn't specified. Now you're telling me that what's keeping me from completing this upgrade is something totally different than what I was told prior?" .I then had THE MANAGER of the Verizon store re-confirm that they provided me erroneous information and that their sales reps are not properly trained. He nonchalantly agreed and proceeded to dismiss the situation altogether by continuously interrupting me, bouncing back and forth on his heels and looking around the store as if he had so many better things to do than actually deal with a customer. The only professionalism I witnessed while in the store both times was the nice lady who escorted me to the restroom. No wonder T-mobile has the highest rated customer service. read more

I visited this location to purchase my iPhone 7. After speaking with an employee for almost two hours, they told me I would be able to purchase the new iPhone 7 and still keep my monthly bill very close to the same price. I asked multiple times and was reassured each time that my bill would stay the same due to recent promotions they were running. Well, low and behold I got my firmest bill the other day and it's $60 higher than promised. Several attempts to reach out to store personnel have been unsuccessful. I visit this store quite frequently for my Verizon needs. The store is laid out nicely and it keeps customers busy when the store is busy and I have seen this store quite busy. Today we came in for an upgrade on my daughters phone. Sadly she wasn't eligible but we got Patrick B as our customer service assistant while in the store. My father has Parkinson's and a smart phone was not serving him well. Through the magic of Patrick I was able to walk out with a simple flip phone for my dad but also upgrades to mine and my daughters phone! And a tablet to boot!!!! Patrick did his very best to assist us in getting the best deal for our specific situation. I couldn't believe how great Patrick was! He consulted with his manager for special deals and helped my dad get a simple phone. He even brought out a flip phone that wasn't on display yet! Got off to a rough start upgrading to iPhone 7 this week. Brought home a lemon on Monday from the McClintock store. Was on the phone for about six or seven hours with Verizon and Apple until about 830 Monday night and was ultimately told I just needed to go in and replace it. Went to the 54th street store Tuesday morning and Aaron helped me with replacement phone quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Had some additional complications and had to go back to the store today and Charlie helped me. This took about an hour and a half restoring from iTunes on my laptop and Charlie was attentive and helpful and knowledgeable. Great and knowledgeable service. read more

Customer service at this location is particularly bad, even given the usual standard of service expected when dealing with cell phone companies. The manager, Juan, is polite. Customer service representative Kathleen is unpleasant and unprofessional, and casts the company in a bad light. Given the treatment of customers, I'd just as soon low-crawl through a pack of rabid dogs while wearing milkbone-flavored underwear than deal with this location again. read more
