I went to the fair Yesterday and was told false information about a product so I called Verizon and they told me to go into this store to return the product etc. The store manager Alejandro Soto helped me . The wait was a pretty long wait but that's not what was the upsetting factor , what is upsetting about the situation was how the manager handled himself. As a store manager, first, he was condescending and unprofessional . When I told him that I was told my product was free with no line and was misinformed about things, he commented to me, "you do live in America correct ? " I was confused and said yes , and he said "you should know nothing is free". That was honestly very unprofessional and probably not the right time to tell that to someone when they are upset about the whole situation. Ok I get it I'm a dumb girl and thought that I didn't have to set up a line for the tablet so long as I pay the taxes and fees like the man told me and this is why I am now In your store doing a return . Stupid me right . Then he later tells me, "lighten up" , and "stop being upset with me " that is probably the most rudest thing to tell someone who is upset about first your comment before and then the hassling me for some time to make me keep the tablet saying "who cares pay the 10 dollar for something I don't need" My advise , as someone who is a manager, if I had been handled differently with urgency and understanding like , hey I apologize I am sorry for that inconvenience let me take care of that for you right away , maybe you can add in there, and your sure you wouldn't like to enjoy this device for blah blah blah , that would of had a satisfied customer who would of left a 5 star Yelp about how professional and understanding you were. Instead you were terrible with how you handled yourself and maybe because I am a woman who came in upset you felt the right to degrade her and then make her feel bad about feeling bad . A- wireless, regardless if the representative is from another store or this store or whatever , you represent the same brand and not taking accountability for your company and saying that that's a different store actually hurts you in the long run . This place may be OK for people that have no idea what they are doing but for a customer that simply wants to replace a broken phone. I do not recommend. We were quoted $7 /month for new phone, actual is $7.95. That is almost 14% difference (per month). We were not told about extended warranty @ $10 / month which includes tech support for people who already know how to use a phone! We were not even asked if we wanted it, it just came on our bill. Not to mention, not being told about the $30 activation fee that Verizon charges just to have the privilege of buying a new phone and connect it to Verizon (been Verizon customer for 20 years). Confession first; i am not tech savvy! I went in to get a car charger for my iphone 6. The girl at the counter took my phone to check if there would be any discount on my account. As i did not know better, i entered my app store password for her. Ended up not finding any discount and bought a car charger (zipcord solutions) for $37.70 after tax. Hours after i left the store, i found out my phone was running 'A Wireless' app running with location service on! Like i am an a**, i could not find a way to delete that app. 10 days later, the charger stopped working. My receipt said return or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. I went back in on the 11th day for return. I have my original receipt and original packaging. Said no return for accessories and exchanged for another unit. I would have better warranty and cheaper unit if i have just looked at the amazon first! read more

Beware...I Do Not recommended this place to anyone. I came here for a technical issue, they logged into my account and recommeneded a different plan that would help me save money. Which was great once I agreed to my phone plan the sales person by the name of Alejandro said to me,"You're getting a free hotspot." Might thought- Cool! But he failed to disclose that there was an activation fee, monthly service and too top it off a 2yr. contract. It's all about their commission. I have called to place several complains. The service was horrible. I called to confirm they could help me switch my current phone to a new phone, they said they could. I went into the store, the clerk took my 2 phones and only transferred the SIM card. He gave me both phones and said that neither worked and I would have to go home to complete the activation. I admit I came off a little attitude in the beginning, but she just continued to give great service and a great deal, when I had broken my phone! I was frustrated because Apple had quoted me 400$ to fix my phone, so I went to Verizon to see my options on there end. Although I was an authorized user on my account my dad had the password so they weren't able to help me. That's when I got upset I was trying to change anything only see my options and idea and get prices because 400$ is a lot! They were able to work everything out and gave me all my options and even drive to another location to get the phone I wanted!!! by the end of the night I walked out with a iphone6S in rose gold! Worst experience ever!! Let's start off with the fact that it has taken them 4 days to email me my receipt which should have been given to me in the first place. Next, they made me wait about two hours to get a phone a phone I didn't even want. Third, everything was fine until the assistant manager got involved and gave us misleading information and when I confronted them about it they said I had agreed to it which was complete BS! Never trust them when they say the accessories that come with the phone are "free" because there's about 10% chance it is not. They tried scamming my sister too but luckily she was able to get out of it. Do not do any business with them. I went to this store only realizing it was an authorized retailer after I got there. I needed to get my SIM card replaced according to VZW Tech Support for an issue I was having with my phone. IT TOOK AN HOUR. Holy hell how hard it is to take a SIM card, pop it out, and pop in a new one, then activate it? Too hard for these people. They also charged me tax on the SIM. $.80 - so what right. Well at one point I got fed up of how long it was taking and decided to leave. I told them to give me my old SIM and my $.80 back. They refused to give me my $.80 back. The lesson we learned the hard way is: Go to a "Corporate" Verizon store, like the one at Montclair Plaza. This Chino non-corporate store (next to 24 Hour Fitness) is a nightmare. They got out of giving my husband a receipt when he went there to buy a new phone saying their computer was down. They said they'd email it to him, but never did. He went back to the store, finally saw a copy of the receipt, and found out they charged him for a car charger adapter he never got and a "Set Up and Go Plus" fee of $19.99 that a Verizon corporate store would never charge. They also charged $50 more for the phone than what the Montclair store would have charged. The Chino store also set up a protection plan without telling him. They also charge at least $70 for restocking if you want a refund, when a corporate store would charge $35. My husband was "helped" by Andrea and the manager, Jessica. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been a long time Verizon Wireless customer and I have never had a problem. That is, until we made the HUGE mistake of doing business with this Verizon Premium Retailer store. We visited this store on February 4, 2016 and have had nothing but problems ever since. Store representatives have NO problem misrepresenting the way they sell products and are completely unethical. Lying is a more appropriate way of stating this! Jessica O. was a store manager who assured me she was going to make all appropriate credits and corrections on my account and report the issue to her district manager. That never happened. I left messages for the store manager who replaced her (Curtis) and never received a return call. After numerous attempts and ultimately taking the issue up with Verizon Corporate was I able to get the issue resolved. There is an assistant store manager, Alejandro S. who assisted me with my final return in this store and his attitude was nothing short of condescending and rude. The issues that I had that began over 4 months ago have finally been resolved, with absolutely ZERO assistance from this store. I am not writing this review to complain and say I am leaving Verizon, because I plan to remain a Verizon customer. I would truly like to STRONGLY CAUTION potential customers of patronizing this "Premium Retailer" location. If issues arise, it is extremely difficult to get assistance from Verizon Corporate. It is unbelievable to me that Verizon Corporate has not stepped in to close this location permanently. read more

What a joke of a store. Went in for my free upgrade and felt as if I had walked in to buy a used car. Took me about 2 hours to walk out with the phone I wanted. They kept trying to sell me on a plan I didn't want and attempted to bait me into a phone which they claim had the same specs that I wanted. While they tried to figure out how to process the rebates with corporate, I went online to compare the two phones and found out there was a 8mp difference in the camera and 24 gb difference in storage capacity. I immediately brought it to their attention and voiced my displeasure with their scam. A little advice for those looking for a phone....avoid this store. Jarvis is the bomb! (Even my mom said it) Took my mom in to get my dads old phone updated and to see if they could even get it to work. I had a Dr's appointment, so I gave us an hour to be there. Thinking that would be more than enough time. Which, it wasn't. My only complaint, well, not even a complaint. More like, corrective criticism. I asked Jarvis "How much longer?" The first time I asked was at 12:42p and he said "No more than 15 minutes". I figured it would be ok, cause the dr is down the street. First off Alejandro is awesome he's very helpful and has great customer service. Everyone else that works there, however, has terrible customer service. I get that sometimes there's really nothing that can be done to fix a messed up situation but it's about how that info is presented to the customer. I'm sure most people are like me who are paying way too much for a phone bill, the least I'm expecting is people who actually try to seem understanding and that they care about your situation. My wife and I have traded-in two phones to upgrade our phones here. Erik was helping us with this process and I cannot say we had a positive experience. After about a week of visiting here, i was able to see a verizon account credit for only one of the phones and not for the other phone. I called erik and he assured me that he sent both of the phones and the correct paperworks and it normally takes 1-3 billing cycles for the credit to show up. I waited about 1.5 months, but still no credit to my verizon account. I called the store and left message for erik to give us a call back multiple times, but we never got a call back from him. We decided to call verizon ourselves to see if they can help and after 1.5 hours, they were able to make corrections for erik's mistake. Verizon said each trade-in requires its own paperwork and they only have received one paperwork from this store and that's why i only was able to get credit for one of the trade-in. I am not really complaining about their mistake because stuffs happen, but their carelessness, after they make a profit off of you, is what's bothering me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I agree with most others on here. This place sold me a Samsung S4 that I assumed was going to be new because the display didn't say anything about it being "refurbished". They even told me I would get a $150 rebate from Verizon and gave me all the paperwork for the rebate. When I sent the form in, it came back saying that this phone was not eligible for the rebate because the UPC bar code said "pre-owned" which I didn't even notice at the time I got it. When I asked them about it they said "that just means the box was opened and that they could not sell it as new" which is a load of crap because that UPC sticker comes from the factory when the phone is refurbished. I got this phone because everyone I know told me that it was one of the best Android phones out there and I wanted to get away from Apple products, but my iphone was MUCH better than this one. I have had nothing but problems with this phone and now they refuse to take it back and I'm stuck with it. They know that by the time you send in the rebate and find out it is not eligible, it's too late to return it. I could have got the same phone, new, from Radio Shack (a place I trust) or Verizon for the same price without the rebate. After reading all these reviews it seems that all their stores do the same thing, not just the one in Chino. Stay away from these people!! read more

Horrible customer service! On Thursday I ordered an iPhone for my daughters birthday because there was not one in stock at this store. We told the guy that was helping us that we would be willing to drive to Orange County or LA County to get one from another store because it it very important that we have the phone by Saturday. He said "Don't worry it will be here tomorrow" (Friday). I told him atleast 4 times during this transaction that I did not want this phone unless it is here by Saturday and if is not here we would be willing to go pick up phone ourselves!!! He and is Co-worker both assured my husband and I multiple times that the phone would be at the store. Well you can probably guess what happened. The phone was not there on Friday and according to Fed Ex tracking it was still in Memphis, TN on Saturday. Now I realize they have no control over Fed Ex. It is the response from their employee that really showed how unprofessional this establishment can be. He said "Well we never said we GUARANTEED the phone would be here" with a smirk on his face and he is right I don't remember them saying the word guarantee but they sure used "don't worry" "it will be here" "your daughter will have her phone, don't worry" many times. I can guarantee I will never do business with this store again because I am going to GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE!! The associate at the real Verizon store said that they have had many people complain of problems with 4g wireless. Agree with the other reviews. They have horrible customer service. They are not a real verizon store. My husband and I had just signed up with AT&T and got the Samsung Galaxy S3. We went into this store to get a phone for a friend and the manager, Oscar, along with another worker, Jesus, offered to give us the same phones for free if we switched over to Verizon. They could only get us the phone in white, but said once the blue color came in they'd contact us and we could switch them out. We ended up switching over to them because of this promise and went into a shared plan with my sister. They ended up sigining us up for individual plans instead of a shared plan that we requested so we had to call customer service to correct this. While talking to customer service about correcting our plan we found out that the phones the manager sold to us were REFURBISHED. They had been used three times before. We also found out that the blue phones he was planning on switching them out for were also REFURBISHED. They completely lied to us. They NEVER mentioned that we would be getting refurbished phones. We were under the impression that these phones would be brand new. They had the nerve to tell us that since they were offered to us for free that we should have ASSUMED they were refurbished. We called customer service to try to correct the issue and they were no help either. By the time we found out, the 14 day return policy had ended, which I believe they planned on. They refuse to cancel our contract, and they refuse to give us the new phones that we were promised, even though we have a voicemail from the manager that proves he promised us new phones. There are so many other details I left out but please just take my word for it, do not go to this store. They don't run an honest business. They are very deceitful and try to justify what they do with technicalities. Save yourself a world of hassle. One other thing. This store dresses like a verizon store, acts like a verizon store, but if you call customer support they refuse to have anything to do with them. Ok, so I finally get the opportunity to deal with the District Manager, Don on 03/12/15...WOW!!!! I have never been so humiliated/hurt by a Cooperation. Needless to say, I had to call Don because he didn't have the basic courtesy to contact me as I was promised by a Verizon rep....Actually, after explaining my concerns to Don he chuckles and responds that he has already reviewed the store's video and witnessed the sales rep telling me that there was nothing they could do.....his curt unconcerned response left me completely flabbergasted and upset, especially after I'd offered to pay the termination fees. Feeling totally violated, I began filing complaints with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California State Attorney Generals office. To my surprise I did receive a response from a Verizon executive!!!!!! Ultimately, if I could give Verizon 4GE stores anything less than zero, I'd do it gladly. Will keep you updated on the outcome of dealing directly with Verizon oppose to dealing Verizon 4GE store!!!! And I'm encouraging anyone who feels violated or taken advantage of as a consumer, please know your rights. The first week of February I walked into the Verizon Wireless Store on Central in Chino to inquire about the advertised "switch to Verizon" promotion . I was helped by Marissa in the store who explained to me how easy it would be to make the switch. She told me I would need to turn in my current 3 phones and they would give me the same phones through Verizon. I was promised $650 in prepaid Visa cards per phone and all early cancellation fees would be paid by Verizon. She was very helpful and needed the assistance of her store manager Jessica to help process the paperwork. I was told I would receive boxes from Verizon by mail to return my old phones to process the switch. With these return boxes I was to receive 1/2 of the pay off amount to cover all fees to my previous provider. I received the boxes about 3 weeks later with no Visa cards. I went into the office to question the process before returning the phones. I was again told my Visa cards were being processed and to go ahead and return my phones... What a NIGHTMARE this turned in to!!! It is now 3 months since I first went to the store and I've been turned over to collections from my previous carrier!!... I've spent hours on the phone with the girls from the store,I've been in the store weekly for the last 7-8 weeks trying to get this simple switch taken care of. I've asked for assistance or a supervisor to contact me to assist in this process as I was getting nowhere with Jessica or Marissa after they made the sale!! I was told they could give me only the name of their account manager but could not give me a number to contact either Curtis or Gilbert ... (Store Acct managers)... It's almost impossible to get help through their corporate offices as they prefer you have the store handle the problem... I was told by corporate that the store was misrepresenting the advertisement and the process shouldn't have been so complicated ...on April 13th I again went into the store and coincidentally the Verizon regional manager and area Vice President were making a visit to the store and overheard my dilemma and sat down with me to try to solve the problem... They apologized for the poor customer service and then promised to make things right and uphold the original promised switch process... Wow!!! Again I was lied to and as of today I still have not received everything promised and I am still in collections with my previous provider!!! I was actually given The Vice Presidents business card and he shook my hand and said I could contact him if I was still having problems .. Asked me if I felt comfortable with his promise and I told him unfortunately I had been so overwhelmed by lies from his store that I would believe him when my previous carrier was paid in full!! One week later I heard nothing from anyone... I started calling the Vice President ( Ali ) who did not return any of my calls for one week!!! I left voice mails... Then I emailed him all the correspondence I had received from the store manager Jessica for him to review . Still no return call. I then emailed a detailed account of what had been happening ... Still no return call!!! So I decided to text his # and asked if this was the correct # for " Ali". Verizon area Vice President and to please text me if this was the wrong #. He finally text me he was out of town and would call me 2 days later... Well. My thumbs are cramping so I'm going to end this ridiculous review by saying ... BEWARE EVERYONE !!! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! And do not switch to Verizon. It's not worth the stress , fighting. , and Headaches caused by inconsiderate liars that have absolutely no customer service!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!'... Btw... I'm still waiting for my payoff to come!! And they offered to credit my Verizon Acct rather than give me my promised prepaid Visa cards to pay my old carrier!!!
