    Never go here!! They are a joke and their customer service is horrible. You are better off going to a true Verizon store.

    Beware. They charge way more than the real verizon store. This place is an authorized retail store.

I told them on their door is a sign that says there is 0 fee when you switch to Metro to where one of the girls responded "I know it says that but we charge you anyways, you can call Metro after you're done and see if they'll give you a refund." I told them I don't want to swap services in I'll go somewhere else where the other girl responded to get the f*** out. While leaving there's a sign on the door which I took and I showed the girl exactly where it said there is no activation fee when switching services and walked out the door, as I got in my car the girl ran outside and hit my car, scratched my paint and ran back inside having a fit, I should have been upset but it was so funny to watch a person get so upset literally nothing that I laughed all the way home. That is until I noticed the scratches on the hood of my car the next morning. Best part is I have the majority of her meltdown on my dashboard camera. After reading reviews from this location on Yelp and on Google, I realized that this place has it insane history, the fact that it still has a franchisee licence is insane. Customer service from this company in general is terrible, there's absolutely no way to talk to anybody from corporate to make any kind of complaint either by phone or email. Apparently I am a glutton for punishment and I ended up going to a corporate store in Pomona where they had the phone I wanted,charge me the proper pricing and fees and because of the complete opposite demeanor of my previous experience at T-Mobile, I also purchased a tablet and service for that as well. The moral of the story is that a $15 activation fee is going to now cost the owner of this Metro location $1,500 when he sued in small claims.

However they said the total out the door was $310. HOW HOW HOW I went to another store and all I paid was $260. Don't go to this store they up price all their phones 50-60 dollars. Worst attitude also when you call them out on it it gets worst to where they ask you to leave the store. I asked for the manger (Margie) even worst attitude than the first girl. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. This store need to get shut down can't believe metro let's stores like this be open.

    Came in to the store for a consultation regarding my laptop having boot-up problems and Frank and…read morehis technician(s) were happy to assist me. They were providing me solutions and informing me on how they were going to solve this issue for me. The service was quick and picked it up immediately the next day and they told me what was the problem on why my laptop was having issues. The team also made sure to test the laptop in front of me to make sure it was booting up correctly before I left the store to ensure that it was working. A great shop inside with lots of the newest electronics being sold for a great discounted price. Friendly staff, great customer service, and clean environment overall! Come and stop by to support your local business if you ever need a electronic service-related repair! Would highly recommend to all the locals nearby as they do not charge you any absurd amount of fees and are honest with their fees/prices. P.S. I also asked Frank and his team if they were able to help me solve this specific monitor issue I was having trouble with and they were not able to assist me - but they did went above and beyond in helping me find a referral to a different technician. I've always loved T-Mobile…read moreservice I do have one complaint recently my husband's phones have been STOLEN luckily We got insurance on the phones unfortunately when my husband tried to submit the claims on 3 separate occasions each time took a minimum of 2 to 3 hours he was told that there's nothing that they could do and to call there hotline the first thing that they asked was the model number to the phones that had been STOLEN . We do not have possession of the phones to give them that information the second thing they asked was for verification code to be sent to the phones that were STOLEN again we do not have possession of the phones to give them the information either we bought these insurance's to protect our devices My husband's phones have been missing now for three weeks The only thing left for us to do is to go to a T-Mobile store to see if they could fix thisunfortunately through this entire ordeal my husband has been in the hospital so we have to wait until he's discharged which could take another three days now we're continuing to pay for two phones they cannot be replaced and for services that are no longer being used by us your workers are wonderful but your insurance is useless spending 2 to 3 hours on a hospital line to access insurance that we paid for just to be told that there is NOTHING that can be done is maddening
