Always good experience coming into this location. This visit was my wife upgrading her phone. We were helped today by Johnny, he is awesome. Worked on getting us the best deal available. He took his time working with us and we really felt like he was finding us the best deal. We asked questions about other items and services, he took his time and worked with us throughout the process. Spoke to his supervisor to see what we can get on promotion. I went in a few months ago because I had some extra charges on my account and the manager ( short, dark,Hispanic, middle aged) looked into my account, pretended to help me and he actually removed my insurance WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! Heaven the sales associate at this location was so knowledgeable and helpful with a recent complicated issue we had in upgrading a couple phones. She wasn't even the salesperson and spent her time resolving issues that were complicated and took her away from other potential customers in store. Heaven went above and beyond and I'm so grateful she was there. We've had AT&T for over 20 years and have avoided going in store for service because it's typically very busy and we've felt rushed and pressured by sales people and managers particularly at this location in the past. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received on August 15, 2024. From this AT&T location . Osmin Bonilla assisted us with upgrading two cell phones--one for my daughter, who was with me, and one for my son, who was at school at the time. I explicitly instructed Osmin not to deactivate my son's phone number. However, without any notice, he deactivated my son's cell phone, leaving us unable to contact him while he was at school. This situation created significant stress and inconvenience for our family. When I realized what had happened, Osmin informed me that we needed the IMEI number from my son's phone to reactivate it. Since my son's phone was deactivated and he was at school, we had to go to the school to retrieve the IMEI number in person. This entire situation resulted in a considerable waste of time and caused unnecessary frustration. Additionally, Osmin added a $50 per month AT&T Protect Advantage insurance to my account without my approval. I rate my experience a 0. I will not come to this location again. read more

This store is always a so well kept and quiet. I've never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes for someone to assist me. I walked in today knowing what I needed and wanted to do, and was helped by a wonderful guy named Gus. He was quick and efficient and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. He mentioned a promo for a specific phone and that's exactly what I got at a great monthly price. He thanked me for my service and we had a great conversation while he got it all set up. First off let me say the phone customer service for this company is horrendous! But when I went into the store, I talked with Larry, service person and the Store manager, Juliana they provided excellent customer service and resolve my problem. Long story short, my parents passed away and the telephone service would not close out their account after getting death certificates - they forced me to come in store to close the account. Not specific to this store but ATT in general. Horrible service!!! Beware!! Do not do business. They will hassle you and try to steal from you. I decided to try internet air and had it for less than a day before I decided to cancel which was supposed to be a trial. They keep charging me for service from February to end of May now. They have claimed past due and threatened with collections. I have not had their service! Also, the ups store mentioned they try to charge you the price of the equipment often so keep the receipt! Sure enough they have been trying to charge me a ridiculous amount but luckily had the receipt. Horrible business will never deal with them again. read more

I keep coming back to this AT&T branch because of the customer service. We won't talk about the other branches I've been to this time. Sure, there might be a wait but, from what I've seen each time I've been here, it's because the team members are assisting customers. Today, I was helped by Anthony. He was super awesome and thorough. The process to return my phone for an upgrade was smooth and painless. He let me know about the various specials and promotions going on but never tried to push me into buying one thing or another. Just a reminder to always read the fine print on the receipt. I went into the store for an upgrade. After review of my account, I noticed there were add-ons, i.e. insurance, Next Up option, and Asurion. These were add-ons I did not ask for or was mentioned during my visit. These add-ons add up to your monthly bill. The sad thing is that my visit for the upgrade went smoothly but wasn't happy that the other services were added to my account. read more

Very poor experience with this store. They used the "bait and switch" tactic... Baiting me into the store with a nationwide iPhone deal, but saying that the only way for me to get the deal was to increase my monthly plan to a "5g" plan. When I rejected the monthly increase, suddenly all the iPhones were out of stock (even though online ordering at the store said there were 5 available). Honestly, I wasn't hesitant to visit this branch because of the reviews. I had been there years ago and probably had a so-so experience . But I just finished at US smog check ( check out my review) so this was nearby so I thought I might as well stop in . Being Father's Day, I was the only person in the morning. I just picked up my Apple Watch and was having trouble connecting it to cellular service. I was met by Gus immediately when I walked in. He said he could help me access cellular. The service at this location was atrocious and not customer service friendly. Not only did the salesman not ensure that my phone was ready for my use, but he added additional charges that I never agreed to in the first place. I recently had an issue with my iPhone XS and had to get new phone thru insurance My old phone was inoperable and when I tried to set up my new phone I had major difficulties. I'm not tech savvy! I spent 3 hours trying to set up my new phone to link with my iCloud but no luck. I was very furious and upset I went to the at&t store on grand in chino hills. Denay was the person who helped me. I was already on edge thinking I lost my old info. She spent 30 minutes with me trouble shooting the iCloud issues. I felt she was going to eventually quit and send me to apple or customer support; but she persisted. She could of gotten frustrated or short with me because I was tense. At the end she helped me get ALL my old info back on my new iPhone!!! She deserves recognition for her excellence and her patience to serve me. I am so happy I had to share this win for AT&T!! My sister & I went to get new iPhones this past wednesday but we had a scheduled payment for today for our phone line. I decided to pay that on Wednesday instead of today, and asked employee Osmin if I can cancel the payment scheduled for today. He said "you don't need to cancel it, it will automatically cancel the scheduled payment after you pay it right now." We were a little skeptical and wanted to be 100% sure we would not get double charged. He was very assuring that we would not, so we trusted him. the entire time he was super nice, but very pushy to get a sale. He said if we didn't get the phones that day, the deal may not still be available when we came back after our scheduled payment (which is why we just decided to make the entire payment that day). Low and behold, we still got charged today :/ not a super big deal since we are getting refunded one of the payments, but it's just disappointing that he wanted a sale that bad that he was willing to lie to a paying customer to get his sale. read more

Not very helpful at all. I came with a problem on my bill and after being helped for 20 min., they still had me call 611 on my own to fix it. 1st Issue: "Sign-in System: -When I walked in, I was lost, and one of the workers just asked me from the desk if I had signed in. When I said no, I asked where I should sign in. He replied by saying that HE had to sign me in... uh, OK... -I wasn't the only one confused either. While I was waiting I saw the worker have the SAME conversation with 3 parties who came in after me. Everyone was confused when they walked in. Very poor "sign-in" system. 2nd Issue: Unprofessional Employee -There was a worker who was yelling "HEYOOOO!!" literally every 5 minutes. It was loud and disrupted everyone in the store. I don't know if he was trying to be funny with his client, but everyone in the store would just stare at him..including the other workers. He was also completely leaned over on the desk while helping his client. It looked really unprofessional. 3rd Issue: The worker who helped me with my issue was nice, but he spent most of the time staring at his computer screen. He didn't explain to us what he was doing at all, so we were just awkwardly waiting there for 10-20 minutes. I had to ask to find out what he was doing. It'd be nice if you could explain to me what I was waiting for. In the end, I still have to call customer service on my own time. read more

I went into this location to get the number transferred and the lady and the manager didn't even know how to do it and and asked me to call to the customer service by myself at the store. All the staffs were chilling and playing their cellphone while I was trying to solve the problems on the phone with customer service by myself at the store for 1.5 hours. I do not enter into this largely negative review lightly. The time came for me to upgrade from a busted up old iPhone 6s to an iPhone X. I knew what I wanted, I knew I wanted to pick it up at the store, and I knew there was a store local to my work. Simple, right? Well, not if you're Roxanne M. Roxanne, instead of heeding my concern that I was on lunch and needed to just purchase a phone and nothing else, asked me about my TV service, DirecTV NOW, an iPad, offered several accessories for the phone I had yet to purchase, and tell me I should have "come to the store when you had more time". Customer service is paramount, and Roxanne, you lacked a sufficient amount. It appeared as though, after realizing you wouldn't be getting any additional commission from me, you became cold and flippant, and decided it was no longer your job to serve me, a customer, if you would receive no additional compensation. He explains every step he's doing when it comes to our phone service. Jerry is bilingual and is always so professional when we ask him questions.
