Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Clearlake, California

A friend recommended Verizon after 3 months with Mint. Mint was ok but my phone's port was loose so I thought I could get in on one of these free phone promotions you hear about. I went in 3 days ago. Got a Pixel 7 "free" and supposed to get a tablet. It cost $158 set up and $120 a month which is very high for me. I asked the assistant manager if he could transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone to the Pixel 7. He said yes. I asked him again double checking...he said yes. I was hesitant but decided to go for it. Today, I had kind of a difficult time accessing my voicemail. But got in...only to find that all my saved voicemails have been deleted! I could not believe it! They were not on my old phone either. I went back today...the same guy was there. He checked it out and said yes they are deleted. I said no one told me that. He said "I didn't ask". I said I asked you twice if everything would be transferred and you said yes. He said everything but the voicemails. This was the same phone number btw. I said I would like a full refund..those were very important voicemails I saved. He said he could refund me $32. What crap? So I have to pay $136 to have this phone for 2 days and have all my important data erased? I am going to call their headquarters and complain. Verizon, for me, has been a terrible experience. It is completely hackable and not secure. Your verizon up rewards are a scam! I still have yet to get my 4 fandango tickets cause they screwed up on their end with promo third party. Thanks for fucking up a birthday gift! Yes, after 8 hours and other means of reaching out through channels, I was not able to fix this either. This means that by July, almost 6 months to a year out, I can eventually get a new scam proposal. Isnt that great? Their contract with Apple is completely fucked up! The music doesn't stream the same and drops out differently-fades in and out of songs without listening to them completely before changing, sends to top of list, and wastes time in lists only on android!!!! Which you dont tell that either. Lots of lies really. Google play game pass is not included even though they say it is as it keeps asking for payment on one of the phones, and both have the same plan? Tf? Mobile hotspot likes to self turn off even sometimes seconds after turning it on-I travel all over state - so this is a big problem for never being able to connect to 5/6g in movement. Especially when Hulu is also a fucking mess! I had hulu with no ads and was told that I could switch over with Verizon with no changes, and now, for the last year, I've been stuck with ads. Bullshit and lies! Awwww and let's not forget 2 factor authentication! People do not put that shit on your phone! it is for them and not us. I was locked out of 256 accounts and only claimed back less than half of them! They took my over 2000$ iPhone 12 pro max with max gbs at time and an iPhone 7/8 on trade-in for these garbage phones I have now and are not worth what I'm paying for them. (THEY COST LESS NOW!) dwindling my trade-in value against the account but not in full. They scam you and steal your devices and lock you into a contract that is botched and breached from start. They are lucky my disabled child has such extensive medical because if I wasn't so busy as a single mom trying to be in multiple places at once for her, we would have squared up already! Not in this pathetic excuse for a non-professional business space front! We would have already met up in a court of law where I'd mop the floor with your -hand over fist, poor ass choice behaviors! A poorly managed store, obviously, who doesn't care about its customers. Your people need training. All stores should be trained well enough to provide excellent care services over the phone, and if not, either shut down the lines or close the store, as it is not a good look. read more

This location sold my 83 year old mother a pixel 3 phone and "free" tablet and every accessory available for both, including a non returnable $59 glass screen protector, external battery, extra charging cube. Even though she is hard of hearing and easily confused. It was way more power than she would ever use or need. They charge a 70$ restocking fee for the unused "free" tablet, because she signed for it. The manager Sarah said the salesperson did everything she was supposed to, and because my mother "walked in the store" it was not elder abuse. So if you or an elderly person walk in the store alone, you are a target. They will do everything they are supposed to, so they are legally covered. She chose to switch to Verizon because she wanted to to have a local place and be able to ask Questions. read more

I replaced my iPhone at this store. My agreement clearly states that I will be paying 24 monthly payments. Instead my credit card has been billed for the full amount. Verizon recommended me renegotiating and clarifying my agreement and having the charge reversed on my card. Instead Sarah refused to consider any changes to my agreement. I would not recommend doing any business there. Not user or customer friendly!! Thanks for the response from Victra but it still doesn't address why my original contract has not been honored. Page two of my contract clearly states that I will be billed in 24 installments but my credit card has been charged for the total cost of the phone. Sarah quoted me monthly figures that do not appear in my contract. I called the store to email me a copy of what Sarah quoted me so I could compare my copy with the store copy. I just had the most fantastic experience at this Verizon authorized dealer. Yesterday I went to the store to get a Sim card for my hotspot. Unfortunately, the systems were down and the agent, Vanessa, could not give me a sim card. Vanessa came in first thing at 9 AM to meet me to make sure that I got taken care of. This was exceptional customer service because she was actually scheduled to close the store and came in early just to take care of me. When I first walked in to this Verizon store I was greeted politely by a man named Sook. Even though the associates were all busy with other clients, they managed to get to me to take care of my needs under a minute. I had to update my account for my phone as well as some other minor accessories. The associate that greeted me at the door named Sook took care of my phone needs pronto. The process went smoothly. He helped me with adding benefits onto my account for a small additional fee - like a mobile hotspot. I was very pleased with the service and product of this store. Sook was a good businessman. He learned what I needed and what to do for me to best suit my situation. Usually it's the other way around in some companies. But not this one. That's why it stood out for me. When I thought I had recieved an amazing customer service It tourned out to be a nightmare! We thought we were getting a tablet promotion for half price since thats what the salesperson told us and sold to us was not true. I am very upset with this store never never never have I been lied to like this in my life! He sold us a tablet for $300 dollars saying the regular price was $600 and it tourns out we got it for regular price almost $500 dollars! I didnt realize this until I called verizon directly to ask what it was worth and there they told me I never got a promotion! So now im stuck with a fat bill! I went into tje store to see if I could find "Carlos" who sold it to me to tell him my issue, but he was out for his lunch so I asked to speak to a manager.
