    Problems continue with Verizon not correcting charges. From February contact: - finally refunded the trade-in value they charged erroneously and gave the trade-in credit. -Discovery+ charges ceased, but no credit of $87 received yet for continued charges after cancellation. -Connected Car charges continue after cancellation. New problems: -A $10 charge for 100 mb hotspot on all 5 lines that we did not order. Everyone needs to be carefully checking the statements from Verizon.

    This place serves as a destination where you can get your phone repaired (cracked screen, etc),…read morephone covers and additional phone accessory. In terms of pricing, I know they also provide warranty for any services hey provide you. However the warranty does have a cost to it. My recommendation is to shop around for pricing. There are plenty of shops in the Columbia mall that provides similar service. However, many of my friends use this place so it must be a good thing. When I was there, there was only 1 person working the front of the place. This person was very nice and informative. That person was in the middle of repairing a customers cracked phone. Not sure if this is a 1 person shop or has multiple staff. If you can quick service, this is the place to go. However, I think their prices are reasonable especially given the area. However, other places may provide cheaper rates. Got to search around.

This place, 2 rings and someone picked and answed my questions knowledgeably and set up an appointment to repair my note 4. I make good money as a busy limo driver but I'm also frugal with my expenses. I visited a couple other kiosks and small shops but was turned off by their lack of eagerness to win my business. Additionally, the other locations had a repair time of greater than 1hour. Some even had customers complaining about their previous repair as I walked into the store. Cyberion was well composed and was eager to provide solutions to my multi symptom issue. Some of the other people turned me down because they said "It can't be done". This place serviced me fast, had the solutions, and charged me the right price. As I read the other reviews I felt the negative ones were overly critical and I sensed that they were the type of customers that would go to a fancy restaurant, demand a refund and refuse to tip the busboy just because the restaurant forgot to bring a free appetizer before the meal. Long story short, I fell off my Segway, got a hefty dental bill, broke my $800 Samsung note 4 and these guys were the ones that came through after extensive research on best value. Whole I waited for my repair I got irritated at the negative reviews and wanted to do these guys justice by stating it how it should be stated. Hats off to cyberion Columbia ! with the savings these guys provided me, I ran to Starbucks and bought some coffee for them.

    They do not even deserve one star. I brought a new phone and was to have the old phone content…read moretransfered to the new phone. My content is not in the phone or the pictures that can never be replace. Plus it is not the phone I chose to buy. It has some other persons information on it. It is not a new phone like I paid for but someone elses phone. Who has my phone which has pictures I can never replace. Especially the pictures of my son who was killed in a car accident at the age of 15 years old. It is like they killed him again. So after talking to a Verizon agent I was told to take my phone back and if they did not return my phone with its contents I should call the police. Wish me luck.

If you do, don't expect Verizon Wireless to be able to assist you should you have any problems. I pre-ordered a Galaxy S6 from this location and then later learned at BJs was offering a much better detail and had a wider variety of phones (in size and color) which they could guarantee would be in store on the 10th when the phone was released. When I tried to cancel my pre-order I learned (after MANY hours on the phone with the BJs kiosk manager and Verizon Wireless's customer service) that I could not cancel the order. The problem was due to the fact that the BJs kiosk was an "in-direct store" and Verizon Wireless cannot control their system. The in-direct store's core support requires the phone's ID to cancel the pre-order. In order to get the phone's ID I would have to wait for the phone to arrive in the store, go in-person to talk to the kiosk and then wait for the manager to call the in-direct support number and have them cancel the order. No one could tell me how long it would take to cancel the order in the system. Perhaps several business days. I would understand this practice if I was trying to switch providers, but I am simply trying to RENEW my Verizon Wireless account and get the phone I want. Next time I will avoid this drama and go straight to a "real" Verizon Wireless store.
