This is so wonderful! So I am a T-Mobil customer having an absolutely crazy and frantic day and somehow in my purse my phone went into vision accessibility mode which I could not get out of so in a panic not being able to find the T-Mobile store I went to the Verizon store to ask for directions! Hoping they would be that kind to me the manager Robinson it was so amazing and went out of his way out to actually help me reset my phone so that I could use it properly!!!! I really had to laugh with love, relief and joy because they never made me feel bad about being another carriers customer! Came in about a month ago to switch from At&t, something I have been putting off but could no longer bear Att poor customer service.... Walked in unplanned one Saturday to this store and it is a night and day difference, no lines of waiting customers, no one there to fight random charges on their bill, everyone has a smile, energy on 10. Furthermore, Kimberly gave an unmatched experience in the transfer process, we walked out with new phones after receiving incredible trade in value on our old devices. I have gone back since to replace an accessory and everyone on staff in this store has been apt to help and given such pleasant experiences. The manager is THE GOAT. Would give ZERO stars if possible. Came here two months ago for new iphone. After chumming it up for what seemed like hours I was finally able to walk out with a new phone and "free" accessories such as a new tablet which I explained to them I really don't want but after some back and forth they convinced me overall it's cheaper to get. The way the employee Joe explained it to me was getting the tablet would save me money since I am getting a large rebate and it was once of their special offer promotions. Come two months later when I receive my new bill I suddenly have $20 line charge THAT WAS NEVER EXPRESSED TO ME. I called the store and spoke to the manager Ethan about what has transpired. I told him that this monthly charge of $20 which amounts to $240 a year is insane and was never expressed but Ethan was convinced it "must have been explained by Joe" during purchase. The hell it was, no wonder all the guy talked about was how it would be great if I gave him a perfect review. Ethan told me that since it was 14 days after there is nothing he can do. All I can do I pay an early termination fee of $175 for the tablet. I told him YOU SHOULD BE PAYING THIS FEE SINCE YOU SOLD ME SOMETHING UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. I really wish I had read the countless 1 star reviews about this place and its scam artists. After doing some research I have read two other reviews from people with the same exact problem. My experience with Amanda was fantastic!!! I had a Samsung 5 for 5 years, battery dying on me ( swollen) . First she found the problem. Then my account and gave me a great price on a new phone. The sales people at this location only work for their own benefit and are willing to deceive and take advantage of their customers in order to make any profit. I am reporting them to the FTC and Better Business Bureau for fraudulent misrepresentation. They frauded my parents and changed their entire data plan without their consent in order to make money. Now they can't change their plan back to what it was because of what the sales person did, and he refuses to help or acknowledge what happened at all. I'm not surprised to see low rating average to this location, the manager Ethan himself helped me, he was nice guy but not professional, I came to ask for 4 prepaid lines knowing I do this every year for my family visiting from overseas with att but since I switched with Verizon I thought I go to Verizon , so I walked in Without phones I explained the phones purchased from Apple store overseas , he was able to sell me 4 lines and add some extra charge he did not mention at the biggining ( set up ... ) he did not even asked for the phones iem numbers or to bring the phones in to check if they work , I put sims in , non of the lines worked , i came back for refund he refused even I did not use them. So basecally a trap. I had learned from Verizon customer care that this call victra it's a subcontractor with Verizon. read more

The new staff here is awesome! (As of March 2018). Super knowledgeable about all the devices and services, helped me upgrade easily and quickly, did everything for me without even asking, and then they found me discounts that I didn't even know about. Richard the manager and David (the new employee David) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They've really turned this place around. I'll come here from now on. PENDING CORPORATE INVESTIGATION TICKET Do not come to this store. They will ignore you for customer service needs, sell you on things you don't need, and promise you things they can't offer. Backstory: I switched over to VERIZON from AT&T back in October 2019 and I was promised a $200 VISA gift card that I never received. The salesperson incorrectly promised me the $200 gift card which was only eligible with an unlimited plan to which he did not disclose to me when I switched over. I would've selected the unlimited plan if I knew all of this at the beginning. I really tried my best to give the employees and the manager the benefit of the doubt, but after 7 months (minus 3 months I was supposed to wait for the gift card) of calling and visiting the store, I still do not have my gift card. No one called me back. No one followed up. For 7 months. Current Status: I escalated this to Verizon's corporate office today, May 5th and the rep submitted an investigation ticket to look into this. Side note, all Verizon corporate employees have been very polite and understanding when I spoke with them. Still no gift card as of yet, but I'm hoping this will be resolved soon. read more

The Store Manager, Ali, was very quick to set up me with an amazing Sales Representative, Carson, who helped me to choose a plan to fit my needs as well as my budget! Carson took the time to explain everything regarding the plan, and answered all of my questions !and I had many!) I would give this location 10 stars if I could, but I am only allowed to put five! NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE. Unethical signing practices, convoluted and dishonest pricing, skeezy salesmen (that abuse their access to text you flirtatious messages afterwards). First: I was told, like many others, that I'd be given things for "free" that ended up costing my family (3 phone lines) over $800 extra for the 2 year contract. What is more, I was told to sign on an electronic pad without being given *anything* in writing explaining the pricing structure. The salesman seemed frustrated when I asked him to replicate the explanation multiple times, as there were inconsistencies in each iteration. I was never shown a computer screen or the actual contract, even though I specifically asked for both. What I got (and was not allowed to keep) was a random assemblage of numbers that my sales clerk wrote down. It was shady as all else, so I took a photo of it, copied down, documented in email, and sent to the office afterwards to prove that that was what I had agreed to. Unsurprisingly, the actual billing was radically different. When I came in 2 days later to voice these concerns, I was told after 6 months, the cost of our phone bill would drop dramatically, and that's when we'd start reaping in the benefits. Unfortunately, our bill went up by $40/month and I have no assurance it won't increase again--because I don't know what I signed! Verizon is unable to help because this is not an actual Verizon store, but contracted out. What is more, not one but *two* of the salesmen there used their company access to my phone number (without my permission) to text me, send me winking emojis, tell me I was cute, and ask me out. I called both the old manager and the current one to alert them about their sketchy personnel practices and sexual harassment and have not been taken seriously. read more

Update: finally i installed screen protector that i bought for $11 on amazon. It was pretty easy to install on my iPhone 12 promax. Saved a bunch of money by not buying from verizon store Bought a iphone 12 pro max through verizon 3 months ago. I also added protection plan. I just ordered a glass screen online from Amazon . I decided to stop at verizon so they can apply the glass screen to my $1099 iphone pro max. They've done this many times in the past. The store was empty. I couldn't believe when i came in , and the gentleman said they will have to charge me $20 to apply the screen protector. I obviously refused this, and walked out the store. Do they not realize that I bought a iPhone 12 through them,as well as protection plan, and i pay $220 each month to verizon for my iPhone 12, and my wifes iphone 10. Im just gonna apply screen protector myself, and cancel my protection plan, and switch my wife to another carrier when her contract ends. Why do they spend millions on tv advertising their customer service when their customer service is terrible. read more

This place is a total scam, they will up sell you and charge you insane stocking fees AVOID. The manager Colby is never there and provides absolutely no customer service and the district manager, Kory Bennon, is equally useless. I came here and bought an iphone 7 and was upsold for a tablet that would be "free" on my monthly bill. After purchasing the tablet and checking with Verizon the tablet would in fact cost an extra $20 a month on my bill. I brought the tablet back within 14 days and was charged a $70 restocking fee that A wireless refused to waive. Come here if you want to pay more for your items and then get charged restocking fees once you catch onto their SCAM. read more

Buyer beware!!! These guys ripped off us off. As a family we have an account with Verizon for many years. They claimed the tablet they included in the iPhone upgrade was free. Not so, it's $20 a month for 24 months. The sales agent, Jacob, said the $20 a month would go away after a few months. Not so according to the customer support agent I spoke to at Verizon support. They did the exact same thing to me when I upgraded my iPhone with a jetpack. Something I am still paying for today. If you read the reviews you'll notice a pattern that they do this to many other customers. It amazes me that Verizon hasn't taken corrective action with their dishonest business partner. Shame on Verizon. The local district manager for Verizon must only care about the revenue versus their reputation. Totally unethical...be careful! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I don't typically write bad reviews unless I feel brutally ripped off like I did here. The reviews are TRUE! Everything was fine and easy when I was in the store, it was the aftermath of all of these false promises that were such a pain. I am a former AT&T customer and went into this store to join a Verizon family plan via the Switch to Verizon promo thinking it was a true Verizon store. IT IS NOT and IT IS NOT RUN LIKE ONE. For the last 2 weeks, I've been trying to undo every mistake that the sales guy made when adding me onto my new plan. They are such a scam and I just get the run around anytime I've called to try to rectify the situation. They only have an interest in their own commission and will try to up-sell you in every possible way and lie about "free trials" that you WILL be charged for on your bill. This place needs to be closed and not advertised as a true Verizon store. It's a joke! They made my simple switch to Verizon SO unnecessarily complicated. I was at the store yesterday, the worst service ever than any other Verizon stores. The manager is terrible, very rude. This person doesn't help at all and he said very loud that HE IS THE MANAGER AT THE STORE, so he is the big boss. Douche attitude. Provided me fake information, deliberately make things difficult for me to upgraded my phone to 13. Mr. manager, you should have a better knowledge that customer can receive information not just at your store. Understand that during pandemic, it may have a tough time looking for people to hire. However if Version hires employee like him, then this would be my last time to do business with Verizon and none of my connect would go to CDM store. Kimberly is amazing! We as a family will delay in upgrading because it's always a pain. I went in Thursday because my phone has been giving me trouble. She looked at my account and realized I could upgrade and save $30 per month on device charges. She also asked if I could leave the phone and she would handle everything. 90 minutes later I picked up a new phone, completely ready with front and back screen coverings on. I was very pleased! Tell my husband and son, we popped in today. To my delight Kimberly was there. Long story short, same incredible service. She had their phones done in two hours. I am not sure why this store is getting a bad rap, other than maybe it's under new management. My experience with Jacob (salesman) and Colby (sales manager) were nothing short of FIVE STAR. I came in with an iPhone5 that was dead so I needed a new phone right away. Jacob took his time, walked me through my options honestly and thoroughly. He did NOT TRY TO UP-SELL ME or HIDE ANYTHING. In fact, I was on-line yesterday and purchased a tablet from A "real verizon store" and was ripped off from the CORPORATE VERIZON company - and Jacob brought this to my attention! I went straight to the Verizon Corporate store in Irvine and got my money back (they tried to scam me into the DEVICE PAYMENT option). I used to work for a mobile phone corporation and can tell you, I know all the tricks. The whole experience in getting my new iPhone (an iPhone7 for a great price + a new tablet for a steal) was great. I would recommend this store to anyone. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more
