I had the worst experience ever at this store. My phone broke so I went in to purchase a new phone. I was told by the employee the best deal was to get a new iPhone 11 and just add it on to my plan for 11$ a month, with all accessories included. I asked if I could just pay for it upfront and he said no that's not a good idea, this is the cheapest way. I am there for 4 hours and they lose all my contacts some how... frustrated I leave to lunch while they try and restore everything (with my passcode) and when I come back the employee had left and denied all of this, charged me $400 and put $22 a month on my plan. At this point my old phone was erased. This store is the most awful store ever. Worst customer service. This is devastating to me. read more

They forgot to ask me what type of Apple phone I wanted and I forgot to ask for the bigger model with more memory. Sooo, I own the smaller model and wish I would have been asked which model that I prefer. O'well. Also, the interior of this store is a bit shabby and parking can be tricky. I had shopped at this store since it opened 5-6 years ago. my most recent experience was being upsold on about anything that went to a phone. when I had problems no one could help me; the store had 4 angry customers in it and all service people were in the back with no one out front! Again, I have been utterly embarrassed by the customer service at this location. Upon my most recent visit, no one knew how to place an order for an iPhone 6, since they are on backorder. The associate stood around clicking and asking the other associates how to do it, and none of them did. Two of the associates were busy laughing at pictures on Facebook, one of whom had a friend visiting (I assume because they were not dressed in proper attire). After we paid a $200 deposit, I was told that the lower gig iPhone would take 6 weeks to reach me, but that the bigger gig phone would only take about 10 days. Well, it has been 2 weeks and no one has called, and my deposit was "released." When I called recently, I was told I would be called back, because they were "too busy to help me at this time." I was never called back, I had to call them 3 days later. No one ever answers the phones here to boot. I called 3 days in a row, and got only a voicemail. When they do answer, it takes 10min. or more just to locate my account, and they never have straight answers for me. Latest: Order was never placed. FAIL. Contacting the BBB today! read more

So...I thought I experienced good service from Jacob until I got my next Verizon bill. I bought a new phone and was offered a "free" tablet with the purchase. They are very quick to tell you that the price of the tablet is zeroed out on your bill. What they don't tell you - even when asked specifically if there are any other charges associated with the tablet - is that there is not only a tablet line and data service activation fee, but also a monthly tablet line access fee for two years! I'll end up paying close to $300 for this "gift." Of course, Verizon customer service says they can't help as the contract is between me and Victra. Steer clear of this store and their deceptive practices. Stereotypical wolves in sheep's clothing! read more

THEY DESERVE NO STARS. They are frauds. When i went in to get a new phone, the sales person Joseph Leavitt told me that they were having a "free promotion" and that if i bought a new phone i would receive a tablet for free. My next question for him was would i have to pay for a line access fee to which he responded no, it is completely free. When i received my bill there was a charge to my account for $30 which included a $20 line access fee and a $10 insurance charge for the tablet. In addition there were activation fees associated with this tablet and the credit for my buyback value of my old phone was used to purchase the tablet! The worst part about this experience was the manager. When i called the manager, Ethan Portnoy he was so rude and disrespectful to me. To the extent that the verizon wireless customer service rep who was also on the phone had to cut him off and directly issue me a credit. (Mathew B, call verizon directly and bypass/report these fools). When i went back to the store to return the tablet he told me that they were going to send me to collections for the tablet. I asked him why he didn't warn me about that when the lady at verizon was on the phone with us and said she was cancelling the line. He responded i dint think about it until later. HE LIED, Verizon customer service assured me that they do not have the authority to do this. The manager of this store should be fired for his fraudulent ways and the way he treats customers. Furthermore, they did everything electronically, they never gave me a print out even when i asked for one and they told me i was signing for the purchase of my new phone and that was it. Ethan Portnoy refused to give me his last name, but it wasn't hard to find. Please beware of this verizon retailer. Also it looks like Mathew B had the exact same experience as me. I brought my old iPhone 6 to return after receiving my new iPhone 6s. Verizon Customer Service (who is awesome except for sending me to the wrong store) told me I can return my old phone at the CDM Verizon store. Apparently not, the guy who helped me was extremely condescending and horribly rude. So glad this isn't a real Verizon store, Verizon has better people than those who work here. AND they charged this to my account without my permission. I called and spoke to The manager (Ethan). He admitted that what his employee did was wrong and that "they will need to re-train them". My name is Brett and I don't think I've had a business treat me better ANYWHERE. I was reluctant to get my phone fixed today cause I had my dog with me and we were both spent from a long work out and wanted to get her home soon. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted by 4 absolutely lovely individuals who were able to play with my dog and give here treats while they worked on my technical issues. I mean seriously this is what capitalism is about! These guys are so awesome and they cares about me and made my problems go away. They even gave me a free phone case and pop socket thing! They didn't pay me to write this, we all were just cringing over how horrible and untruthful another review was and I felt obligated to make this. I've had it with this store's incompetence. Unbelievably poor service, bad advice on the iphone Xs, no fewer than 3 misquotes of bill amounts from 3 different employees (final email from the manager Rani Aridi showed a bill of a whopping $100 more than 3 other employees others quoted me), the employees are not well trained and did not know how to transfer data efficiently between iphones using the quick start option (they were unaware of it) requiring lots of my time to configure my new iphone, and did not give me the best deals available. I called another Verizon store and they were much better trained, more honest on best phones and pricing, gave me a much better deal, etc. read more

Very sleazy, sneaky salesperson named Ali told me I got a $90 credit for turning in my old phone, which I assumed would be going back to my Verizon account. Then without asking while working on setting up my new phone he put two screen protectors on my new phone that cost $65 each. He didn't say one word about them or ask, let alone did I ask him one thing about wanting a screen protector. He was very sneaky about it so I didn't notice until I got home and looked at the receipt - he gave me a "discount" so the amount was equal to the $90 so I didn't pay anything out of pocket so I wouldn't suspect anything. I thought he credited our Verizon account but instead he gave me store credit and then used it without me asking! That's theft. I would never spend $120 on screen protectors. I called immediately upon discovering what he did and he was very rude, gaslighting and acting like I was in the wrong saying, "I was very clear" so he obviously does this all the time and told me I had to come back in to speak to them in person when I asked for my money back. I'm paranoid now because I left my phone with him unlocked when my data was being transferred and he encouraged me to leave and go walk around. I had my baby with me so I was distracted and he clearly took advantage. read more

I ran over during my lunch break and there was 6 associates working with NOT ONE CUSTOMER.
