I have to say I was expecting long lines and frustration but I was wrong. The took my phone number and name and a representative was working with me within 2 minutes. The store is clean and modern and well stocked with all the latest and greatest upgrades a new tech toys. They had my issue resolved and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Credited my account for my inconvenience which made me grateful that they respected the inconvenience I experienced. I will stay a loyal customer because service and quality internet is hard to find. They say what the can do and they do what they say. Give them a try and you'll be happy you did.

Turns out since we switched to Xfinity's NOW network, mom was no longer eligible for her upgrade. I was still willing to pay cash for everything well over $1000 but apparently when switching to the now network, which was all done in this store, the person helping us told me there's nothing they could do. I would have to call to make sure all the accounts were combined and order online. The customer service does not exist in the store. Everything was set up there the way that I've had it there on that premises and they could not undo help me or make a sale when I'm willing to pay cash and they could seem to care less and to call Xfinity you get their chat bot and cannot get a live agent. So myself and my mother now have two new phones I got my iPhone 17 my mom her new android galaxy and it only cost me $400 with T-Mobile and our services are less and will be doing T-Mobile's Internet for less than what I was paying to Xfinity as well all because Denise at T-Mobile took the time to provide customer service and do the job that she gets paid for. BUT, he found another plan with a higher gig speed and it was $10 cheaper! Plus, he said if I change my autopay from a credit card to automatic bank withdrawl, it will go down another couple of dollars. I was greeted by the scheduler who put me in queue for the next tech. The wait was about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning.The tech, Tony, was fabulous and took time to answer all my questions about installation, made sure I had the right Xfinity app on my cell phone to activate the system while everything is down during activation. I also observed him help 2 other people and he was just as thorough and helpful. I have completed the install and just have to return the old equipment to the store. Highly recommended. The online help and live chat help on the Xfinity log in page is horrible by comparison, and would have cost me a $50 increase in monthly fees if I hadn't seen the fine print on the contract they texted me for the free modem replacement and halted that process.

By 11:15 AM, I still hadn't been helped despite being on their list for over an hour. This is the second or third Xfinity box I've had that has failed, so it's already been a frustrating day. At 11:20 AM, the support representative finally called me up to the counter. However, as I was walking up, a woman who had just arrived cut in front of me. The employee chose to assist her first, so I had to sit back down and wait even longer. When I was finally seen, swapping out my modem took less than a minute, but the representative who helped me had an unpleasant attitude. You can call three different times, talk to three different people, and get different info from each one. Wait times to speak to a rep can be very long, and God help you if the rep who finally answers can't help you - and that's often the case. When you get transferred, you'll have to explain the entire situation all over again...each time you get transferred. That alone can turn the calmest, most peaceful of souls into a raving lunatic. The two-star rating is for average internet and horrific customer service.
