This review is to give credit where it is due. NFM turned me over to Square Trade who then turned me over to Iowa Appliance Repair. In the end Iowa Appliance repair did a good job replacing both ice makers and Square Trade did a good job of getting the parts here on time. I have a working fridge again. I would recommend Iowa Appliance Repair if you have a need.

Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.

When we did get it back, it was immaculate. He replaced several parts of the switching, since they had gone bad over the years. He put a couple of new toppers on a couple of the sliders. We met with Darcy who was happy to help, got everything setup and planned from across the country. As we arrived in Iowa we picked up our items and planned delivery. We had our items delivered in the end of July. As they were delivered and the dining table and chairs were scratched up and damaged. (Keep in mind they were new) After setting everything up I called and Darcy very quickly got manager to discount the table set for us. In middle of October about 2.5 months later we went in to pay them off. THIS IS WHERE WE HAD THE MOST ISSUES. April came around and the couches both broke. The power cords were unable to work and needed to be replaced. We called Darcy who spent 6 months trying to get them fixed. She told us she called factory, would send replacement parts, etc etc. But nothing happened. In October we hired an electrician to look at them and he told us that the issue was the power adapter. We let Darcy know and her manager refused to fix it or replace it. DARCY IS A ROCKSTAR AND AMAZING. HOWEVER HER MANAGER IS A HORRID PERSON AND CHEATING THIEF. We were told in October that the reason he refused to replace or fix it was because the warranty expired 30 days after we bought the item. NEEDLESS TO SAY DON'T GO THERE. DARCY IF YOU SEE THIS YOU ARE AMAZING AND DESERVE A BETTER BOSS.
