Just picked up my 6 plus FINALLY. They were very helpful with the process and got me in and out quickly, which is important to us men.

I up graded to a 6S iPhone yesterday. Alex Schmidt was the young man who did the transfer from my old phone to the new phone. He couldn't have been more helpful and did a terrific job of making sure everything was completely perfect before I left the store. I've never had such a positive experience with purchasing and having the information transferred to a new phone. If you are in the market for a new phone go see Alex at Verizon. He even took the time to pair my new phone to my car. Best customer service ever! I hope Alex's employer know what a great Verizon rep they have in him. I had a cracked screen. Received service from Asurian, Verizon's repair company. They fixed the screen, however, once the tech left, I found that the phone no longer would make/receive calls or texts. With no phone access, I drove to Verizon store for help. Benito and Brian were super helpful! They tried several options to get my phone working again, but in the end, Asurian decided to ship out a new phone, which won't arrive until at least 7pm tomorrow. I didn't want to be without a phone, so I went home and got an older phone and came back. They helped get the old phone reconnected and offered to help me tomorrow when my new phone arrives. I was quite frustrated when I went in...but came out satisfied. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much. read more

I am so happy with the service that Brian G. provided me and my mother today. My mom recently had a stroke and dropped her phone. Her frustration with not being able to work her cell was at a high level. I went into the Go Wireless store yesterday, and Brian was understanding to the situation. We set up a time to bring mom in. He totally resolved the issues with a great attitude and sense of humor . We will be his customers for all future purchases and recommend him to any friends. read more

Recently moved into the area, my roommate's phone broke so we went into Verizon instead of apple to see if they can help us and to avoid all the apple drama. Best decision ever. A very kind man named Stormy helped us. He was so helpful and did everything he could to make everything easy and the best deals for us. I would give this place a 0 if I could. The first time we came in, the guy we worked with was very helpful and, other than trying to get us to buy a Samsung instead of the Google pixel we wanted, did what we asked for and ordered our phones. He told us they were on back order but would be shipped to the store and he would call us when they came in. He never called, but that wasn't a big deal since we could see through email that they had shipped and were at the store. When we got there, Bibi greeted us and was the one to set up our phones. We told her we had to get back to my parent's house quickly since they were taking care of our baby. She totally took advantage of the rush we were in and our distracted sleep deprived parent minds. After setting up our phones and getting the plan set up, she told us the total came to over $ 300. I was rather shocked and asked her why and she told me it was lots of taxes. Now, at this point, it's my fault that I didn't demand to see the receipt, but again, we were in a hurry and not thinking clearly. I signed, went home and a couple of weeks later finally had a moment to look at it. She charged us 79.99 x2 for a protection package for our screen protectors which she had told us was something free that we got with the purchase of the protectors themselves. When I called to get the charge taken off, they told me that I had to come back into the store. I will not be going back to them, but rather to another one to get the charge removed. Do not go to this store. UPDATE: This is an update to my earlier review. I still give the actual store 1 star for my experience, but since my review, the customer service experience I had was much better and, if it wouldn't give the store itself such a good ranking, I would give the service I've had 5 stars. After I wrote my review, I was immediately contacted by the regional manager of the GoWireless stores (Matt) who was able to refund my money remotely without my having to go into the store. He was professional, apologetic, and took care of everything quickly. read more

I only went in for accessories for my iPhone 6, and they were extremely helpful. I got great customer service and they went out of their way to let me know about a current tablet special. Went in to get technical help for mine and my wife's phones. Glen, Sabrina, and Alex helped us. Glen and the team were excellent. I wish I would have stopped here first when it was time to upgrade our phones. We had gone to the actual Verizon store, in San Marcos, and we felt like we were rushed to get out of the store. I will definitely return to GoWireless for all my future cell phone needs. Much more one on one contact and they took their time to ensure we were up and running. read more

I called the different Verizon's in the area looking for a specific phone and I received the best customer service at this location. All the other locations basically told me "no" they don't have the phone in stock & left it at that. When I called here, Alexander was the one that answered & told me no, they didn't have it, but offered to check to see if any local stores had it. When the local search didn't pull up anything, he widened the search area. Later that night I did more research and decided on a different phone. I made sure to go to this location specifically because I was so impressed with the professionalism I experienced over the phone. They were really busy and it took a while to be helped BUT I never felt ignored or unimportant. I know that they couldn't help the fact that others got to the store before me. As luck would have it, Alexander was the one who ended up helping me in-person as well & was even better in person. I forgot her name, but the woman that was there that was helping the family in front of me was very nice and professional as well. I ordered a replacement phone through my go wireless insurance and had it sent to the store for pick up. When It came in and I went in to get the phone, I was in a hurry. David put everything together very quickly and sent me on my way. He told me to turn my phone on in 10 minutes, as he was going to set everything up for me and it would be ready then. I was very impressed with the professionalism with which Erik S. assisted me with everything that I needed. He truly appeared to want to help people. Each time that I described what I needed, he was able to come up with a product or solution. He really did prove that he had a great deal of knowledge for his profession. We need more like him. This has been the worst and most costly experience ever in obtaining a cell phone. We have spent hours (literally) on the phone with service to try and straighten out what the store should have done correctly. We would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this store. It is also not part of the corporate Verizon organization so when something the store promised does not happen they simply blame it on Verizon and say they cannot control it. We advise going elsewhere. read more

Great customer service! Issac is the man! He was very helpful and patient with us explaining how these new plans Verizon has work. I felt like he was very honest telling us the pros and con's about each phone. At the end my wife pick out the iPhone and I got my self a galaxy note 5. We absolutely love them! He also was able to get a IPad for our Small business just doing payments with 0% interest. We very Happy with the deals we got and Isaacs help ! Thanks big guy! read more

As was said in numerous other posts, avoid this store and Francisco. While F. was nice, he also told me lies or left out important information. One, I was given a phone as an early upgrade, as it was put, and come to find out I was given a Samsung Note 4 that is so old it no longer is stocked at Verizon stores according to Verizon customer support. Next, as we were wrapping up this, F. pulled out a tablet and said I was in luck that they had free tablets. He left out that I was signing up for a two year contract, which makes this tablet around $400 when done. Last disservice from this company, Go-wireless states that they have a 180 day return policy for full refund. After reading reviews of how bad this tablet is rated, I called and tried to take advantage of this. Well, it was misinformation on the GoW website and on their app. Above all else, I blame self for not reviewing GoW or phones or tablets. read more

I can't even describe how horrible my experience was at this location, but I'll do my best. My iphone was having issues (volume would turn on and off randomly, battery would die super quickly, etc.). I called the store to see if I could get it replaced and, since I have insurance on my phone, he said I would only need to pay the shipping fees. So I go in, explain what has been going on with my phone, and ask for it to be fixed or replaced. Bibianna informs me that I'll have to pay something like $299 for insurance to replace it. I asked her if that was the deductible or something (I've never had to use my phone insurance to get it replaced before, so I wasn't sure how it worked.) She said yes. So then I tell her that I was told I would only have to pay shipping - she tells me "well technically that $299 is the cost of shipping." $299 FOR SHIPPING A PHONE???? Ridiculous and obviously unbelievable. She then proceeds to say that I can get a new iPhone for only $199, whereas the replacement phone would be refurbished and cost me $100 more. No thanks. I kept insisting that I don't think I should have to pay for a replacement since it was clearly a manufacturing defect, but she told me straight out that with my insurance (Total Mobile Protection), my only two options were to pay $299 for insurance to send a refurbished phone or to buy a new phone from them for $199 (and it was only $199 because I would be using my upgrade....) Both options were not acceptable, so I left. Afterward, I looked up my Total Mobile Insurance coverage and it clearly states (if your phone is over a year old which it is): "Your device will be replaced with a Certified Like-New Replacement at no cost (a like unit or one of comparable quality)." Given that Bibiana WORKS FOR VERIZON, she must know this but wouldn't honor it because she wanted to make commission (which, since I have coverage, is basically like she was trying to steal money from me). So either she is completely incompetent, or she was trying to screw me over... either way, she makes their whole company look terrible. To wrap up the story, I drove straight from this location to the Verizon in San Marcos, told them that my phone was acting up, the sales guy told me "you have Total Mobile Insurance so we can replace that for you at no cost. It should arrive in 2 days." And that was it - 5 minutes in the store and I was taken care of and didn't have to pay a penny (even for shipping). This incident with Bibianna took place a couple of months ago, and I'm STILL so angry about it that I decided to share my experience. I urge you to go to another Verizon location; I've never had a bad experience anywhere else. read more
