Cell service has gone downhill in recent years, along with customer support. they only redeeming grace is if you complain and threaten to leave you can get discounts, and they have good deals on phones/watches. just got my daughter a free iphone 16 pro and a free apple watch 10 with phone trade in. I was told if I switched over from my old service to them that I would be saving $30 on my Internet and only paying $35 on my new service. Now they charge to $238. With hidden fees, I feel like these people should be held accountable for everything to do. Do decide to go here please bring a hidden recorder so you can document for yourself what they say rather than what they do because this is just a scam. read more

I give this location a mixed review based on really having two different experiences in one visit. This store is fairly large, well organized and attractive. Plenty of parking outside the store since it is in a large strip mall. Upon going in the store I stood in line at the counter for 30 minutes. Not a single store employee talked to me for 30 minutes. There were four employees on the floor at the time. All engaged with customers. Eventually the manager emerged from the back, after 30 minutes, and checked me in. There were four other parties ahead of me and three others behind me. Two sets of people left in my 30 minutes while I waited. If you have yo wait...you are going to stand and wait. There are only two small seats for waiting customers. Note: my wife has been in this store several times in the past. Every time she has had VERY long wait times. Though...she has always left satisfied outside of the wait times. The service representatives seemed very friendly and professional. I eased dropped on their services. The customer representatives were fully engaged at trying to serve the customer. Once I did get to talk to someone they were very helpful. My phone was dead and not charging. The individual was very friendly and helpful. He quickly diagnosed my issue, provided a quick service action and started charging my phone. He stayed with me until we were certain the phone was fixed...no cost. So...I will dread having to go to this store knowing they I will be frustrated out of mind having to wait. The good news is I know that my issue will get resolved eventually. I'm sure your experience will me similar. read more

My mom was just in this store with my son to return a phone after purchasing a phone. Representative was very rude stating "common sense". My mom left the store to grab something from her car and while my son was sitting in the store employees started trash talking my mom in front of her grandson. We have several phone lines through a business and are interested in using another Verizon Store to avoid this location ever again. read more

I had a simple return to do. I had to come back twice and eventually ended up having to make an appointment and return a third time - for a return? This is ridiculous. The salesman made a mistake and didn't attach the transaction to my phone number and they kept having trouble finding the receipt. This is simply unacceptable. Everything we do with Verizon, every transaction, is attached to our phone number. What should have been a 2 minute transaction took 4 hours and multiple trips. read more

Overall, I walked out with an updated phone... but my sales representative, Raz was not great. Unfriendly and overall not the most helpful. He sat on his personal cellphone rather than talking to me as he set up my new device. The other staff in the building, Mike in particular was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgable. These people have no problem what-so-ever lying to your face!! They conned me into trading my new phone in because they said the voicemail wasn't compatible with their plan. I found out later that that was a bold-faced lie. They also told me they were giving me $500 credit for the phone and that since I was there during their buy on get one free promotion, I was getting a second phone absolutely free. How exciting...right? Not quite!! First of all, the second phone, the free one, had a line charge of $45/month for a phone that isn't even in service. They conveniently leave that part out when they are spitting their lies in your face. Secondly, I found out that I not only didn't get the $500 credit, I was being charged full price for two phones!!!!!!!! That's over $2100 in phones!! These people are a special kind of crooked!! Came in for some accessories today. Made a move straight for the wall where we could find what we were looking for. An employee made his way over to help us within moments of arriving at the store. He was helpful and was able to assist us in making our selection and eventually completing our purchase. The price was a bit more than we wanted to pay, but we were happy with what we found and the level of service offered. read more

If you ever need to get a new phone or new plan or anything for that matter I would not recommend going to the store. The store is very unhelpful manager, Manny, is not trained in communicating with people at all. He is very rude and unhelpful. They will lie to you to get you to buy anything. They do not keep their word. They told me they would hold my phone on the return but they sent it back and told me there was nothing they could do about it. If you ever need anything DO NOT COME HERE. Call customer service number instead. They are a lot more knowledgeable and better versed in communication. They actually get stuff done. read more

The older lady with the blonde hair who checks you in is very rude and unprofessional. I went in there yesterday because I needed to replace my phone and she was not friendly or helpful. I have worked in customer service for years and her whole attitude turned me completely off. I know several other people who have had similar complaints about her when visiting this particular store. This Verizon store needs to be closed down, all the employees fired, or retrained and then reopen. My bad experience started with the hostess at the door who told me at check in there was one ahead of me, then skipped over me and asked my name again after the first 45 min. wait. then I asked, after another half an hour where I was in line and I was rudely told there were 3 people ahead of me. I said "I think I have been skipped over " then I was accused of being a lair. I have never been in a store where they don't want to sell you anything! as a matter of fact, they try everything they can to talk you out of the purchase. They could care less about customer satisfaction, I spend a lot of money every month on a cell phone and I am looking in to another carrier because of the "hidden" rules and "hidden" charges they want to add on to returning a broken phone. I wanted to pay cash for a phone, I couldn't buy that. This place is a joke. After a 3 hour wait, I left there with no phone. I will never go to this store again. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I am looking for another cell phone carrier, and hope to change soon. The service industry needs a major overhaul if they think it is alright to treat people they way they did in this store. read more
