I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. I stopped in this store just to see what I could do, and was very pleasantly surprised that I could buy necessary items and have them for my size. The manager, Kim, assured me they would have them before I left. Due to the lateness of my order (late afternoon) the pants did not make the delivery for the next day, but I was called by Kim and assured they would be there the following day before I boarded my plane. Kim came in on her day off, 2 hours before the store opened, to meet me and provide the pants. I wanted to get a nice gift for myself, but could not think of what. While walking thru Glenbrook Square Mall, I saw Sunglass Hut. I realized I should buy some sunglasses as I was planning a huge trip to a sunny location in 2023. I started going thru the store and trying on glasses. I got helped by a very helpful and kind employee by the name of Kerati. She recommended the two pairs of glasses I took pictures with. Now, for the longest time I wore glasses. It wasn't until relatively recently I got lasik surgery and was able to see without them. Though I had bought nice sunglasses before, I never had been able to buy aviators because of the thickness of my prescription. I had always wanted to wear some, so this was finally my opportunity! I got those aviators! I think I look really cool in them! Kerati rung up the pair, i paid it with those gift cards and on I went. Fantastic experience!
