I stopped by to upgrade my phone yesterday and when I got to the store they had a sign on the door Be Back at 5:30. Someone came back about 5:25 so I got out of my car and walked toward the door and he opened the door and walked in and locked the door behind him saying he has to eat his lunch. I left disgusted. I will never go to that store again. I do not understand why any store would close during normal business hours especially at one of the busiest times of the day. Go somewhere else. read more

DON'T waste your time here. My husband and I wanted to purchase a new Iwatch for himself and new iPhone for my mother here in December. We called ahead to make sure they had the exact iwatach and iPhone model/color on hand and were told " yes, come into the store now because or the holiday deals." When we arrived they said they didn't have either- the phone was on the computer inventory but couldn't be located and the watch was being delivered from another victra branch. After an hour of just waiting for one guy to run the whole store, his manager returns with the watch and locates the phone. We spend another 2 hours there as they transfer 2 new phones lines over and sets up a watch, which was suppose to come with a total of $750 of promotional Verizon credit. They told us it would take 1-2 billing cycles to see that reflected in the statement. Fast forward to today, 3 months out and still no Verizon credit. We spent 2+HOURS on the phone with Verizon going back and forth until they realize that these guys at the authorized retailer branch DID NOT link the right accounts to get the promotion. It took getting through 3 additional people on the Verizon support line to rectify. It has been a huge waste of time. We wish we would have gone to a genuine Verizon store to save the time and effort in the first place. There are only 2 guys at this store and they're not mean but there way the conduct Business use also not professional. It's a poorly understaffed/ undertrained store and they obviously don't care about your time. read more

This Verizon store is understaffed , having just 1 manager and no employees to assist customers. I'm not sure why there are no employees staffed . It is an inconvenience waiting a long time to get help when all you need is something simple. I can just imagine when this store has many customers who need to be helped but they havE to wait forever. Please staff this store with more help . Unlike an actual Verizon branch, this location isn't too packed so I'm not waiting for hours on end. I came in to start a new family plan and wanted to see what my options were and was helped by an associate named Christian. He was super nice and very accommodating. He didn't try to upsell me and genuinely care about what I was looking for and gave me the options that were ideal for me. I ended up going for an unlimited family plan for four, he helped me set up my new phone and transfer all of my previous information. Would highly recommend! read more

Beware!!!! Upgrading to Unlimited is not Free. You will get Slapped with a $35 fee without being told. $80 turned into $123. I was also told my Employee Discount will Continue. Not True!!! Unlimited doesn't honor employee discounts. I was already set up for Autopay and Paperless from my previous plan for about a year and would get $5 discount every month. They told me it won't show on my bill but it is there and to give it a month to show. The second month I contacted the company and they said it is only for Debit Cards and Bank Accounts not Credit Cards. Thank again!!! I asked since when and they said since the new Unlimited Plan came out. Wow thanks for your Honesty and Integrity to your Customers! It really builds Trust and makes us want to return!!! Code of Conduct Verizon Commitment and Values: "Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We are honest, ethical and upfront because trust is at the foundation of our relationships with our customers, our communities, our stakeholders and each other." I have had previous experiences with this place when certain employees exaggerate what a plan really offers and are not upfront with true hidden costs. When I have come back, other employees tell me something completely different. For Example: Tablets- it's unlimited for $20 and used as a wifi spot. Then told it is uses your own cell phone's data and wifi and it's not unlimited. Tablet cost- hidden fees but aren't told about it until about to pay for it. Really $200 and 2 year contract for a tablet? :( Employees have changed very often. Yes I have also had great customer service in the past but those workers are gone. Verizon please retrain your employees on being honest about what is really being offered and don't teach them to trick customers. Please value honesty. read more

So my phone was stolen -- the worst as it was only two months old. After checking at Costco where I bought it, they suggested this nearby Verizon store for more individual help. What a surprise when I walked in and there were no numbers to take, no lines. Manager Jay and assistant Christian made every effort to find me the best possible price to purchase a new phone and continue with my existing Verizon loyalty plan. It does pay to stick with Verizon. You cannot beat their coverage. These two men are the greatest at customer service. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! While Christian spent time getting me set up, Jay was at a table helping a long time older gentleman customer who had followed him to this location. This will be my new go-to store for Verizon purchases and assistance. read more

Ryan did an excellent job explaining all my options to transition from TMobile to Verizon. Held on to TMobile way too long because my wife got a family plan. I wasn't sure whether to switch over from iPhone to Android, but Ryan showed me some advantages that seemed worth it to me so I got the Galaxy S7. So far so good. Biggest pain is loss of iTunes, but I found an app called iSyncr that makes the transition less painful. Ryan also helped me with the purchase of a MiFi data card which will also be on my data plan. I need that for my travel trailer so that I can have a dedicated hotspot. Over the years I have had TMobile, AT&T, Sprint and Verizon and bottom line is Verizon is far superior in terms of coverage and bandwidth. Ignore that Sprint dude that used to be the Verizon commercial guy. He's talking about reliability, which is a different measure than coverage and data rates. read more

Not sure how this store is garnering such great ratings. I was mislead and flat out lied to by the store manager. I was informed that items were completely free and they weren't. I asked repeatedly how much it was going to be "out the door". I was quoted a certain amount and the total was 26 times the amount promised. I didn't ask only once. I asked at least five times. I was also PROMISED that my bill would DECREASE by $30. I didn't believe him so I asked again, and again, and again.Yet he insisted that it would in fact decrease. Instead it INCREASED by $60. I am on a VERY tight budget, it's why I kept asking questions to make sure that I wasn't taking on more than I could handle financially. I am extremely disappointed in this store and especially the manager. So much so that I am considering leaving Verizon Wireless after being a loyal customer for over 12 years. read more

I came into this store based off the reviews I read. They helped me get 5 lines ported over with all new phones for me and my companies employees. It only took a couple hours and they even drove to another store to get the other 2 phones to get my guys going that same day. Ended up getting a great deal and they set us up with some great promotions to save a lot of money. I was willing to spend whatever it took to get what I needed, but they went out of their way to sort it out so we now have the best cell phone provider and reliable new phones.
