Best associates ever!!! Kind. Patient. Well informed. Helpful. Above and beyond. Seriously, they…read morewere so so great. Specifically calling out Ruben, John, and Jess! I don't think I've ever left a business wishing I could back and hang out with the people bc I liked them so much but for real this place is it. If you need to get a phone or internet or want to switch carriers to T Mobile you have my vote. No problems ever and the best customer care. I had Spectrum and AT&T before and I do not miss them!

1 STAR -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH T-MOBILE. THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP…read more I have been a T-Mobile customer, and my experience has become extremely disappointing. At this point, I feel like T-Mobile cares more about getting customers signed up than actually taking care of them afterward. PROMOTION THAT NEVER MATERIALIZED When I signed up for T-Mobile Home Internet, I was told I would receive a $300 gift card. I signed up based on that promotion, but the gift card never came. When I contacted customer service, instead of actually solving the problem, I was transferred from one representative to another and sent around in circles for nearly an hour. After wasting all that time, the call ended up being disconnected without my issue being resolved. That is NOT customer service. If you're going to advertise a $300 promotion, you should honor it and be able to explain clearly what happened when a customer doesn't receive it. THE "LOW PRICE" DOESN'T STAY LOW I was told the 55+ plan was $45, but then the price quickly went up to $55, and now I'm paying around $66 after only a few months. So what exactly is the point of advertising an attractive $45 price if customers are going to see the bill increase so quickly? $45 JUST TO ACTIVATE A PHONE?! When I purchased a new phone at a T-Mobile store, I was charged a $45 activation/service fee just to activate my new phone. T-Mobile is already making money from the phone and monthly service, yet customers are hit with another $45 fee for something that should be a simple part of the purchase process. HOME INTERNET HAS GOTTEN TERRIBLE The Home Internet connection has also been a huge disappointment. The service is slow, laggy, and unreliable, and the quality has gone downhill significantly. A home internet service that constantly struggles with basic connectivity is simply not worth paying for. OVERALL: VERY DISAPPOINTED Between the missing $300 promotion, endless customer-service transfers, unexplained price increases, $45 activation fee, and unreliable Home Internet, I have had more frustration than I ever expected from T-Mobile. My biggest complaint is not just the money -- it's the feeling that customers are promised one thing when they sign up and then left to fight for answers afterward. Think twice before signing up. Read every promotion carefully, watch your monthly bill, and don't assume that what you're promised at signup will be easy to get afterward. After this experience, I would NOT recommend T-Mobile to friends or family.

Terrible customer service, poor communication, and a complete waste of my time…read more I dropped off my Lenovo laptop on August 19, 2026 to have the hinge repaired. My receipt says "Tomorrow" for pickup, meaning I was told it would be ready on August 20. I couldn't make it on the 20th, so I came on August 21, giving him an extra day. When I handed Nick my receipt, he started scrambling around looking for my laptop and then asked me to give him another 10-15 minutes to fix it. Clearly, the laptop was not ready as promised. He also could not find my charging cord at first and had to look around multiple times before locating it. When he put the laptop back together, it was poorly assembled with visible gaps and open spaces. Nick told me it still needed to be glued and asked me to come back AGAIN later that day. I told him I live far away and could not keep making trips back and forth. Nick then gave me another option: he said he would finish the laptop and personally leave it with the tailor lady in the store so I could pick it up from her. He was very specific about this arrangement and even clearly told me that the tailor lady only accepts cash or Zelle and does not accept cards. Based on how detailed his instructions were, I had every reason to believe my laptop would actually be left with her as promised. I came back on August 22 specifically to pick up my laptop from the tailor lady. She told me Nick never gave her my laptop. So now I have made multiple unnecessary trips, spent time and gas driving back and forth, followed Nick's exact pickup instructions, and I STILL do not have my laptop. I was told I now have to come back AGAIN on Monday when Nick returns. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Nick has repeatedly told me something would be done and then failed to follow through. What should have been a simple hinge repair has turned into a poorly assembled laptop, a temporarily misplaced charging cord, multiple wasted trips, and repeated promises that were not kept. I will update this review after Monday to document whether my laptop is finally repaired properly and returned to me. Update 8/25/26: I was finally able to pick up my laptop today. Nick called me Monday to let me know it was ready and apologized for everything that happened. When I picked it up, Nick also acknowledged that a piece near the hinge had been lost during the repair, so unfortunately my laptop was returned with that piece missing. He gave me a discount because of the missing piece and all of the miscommunication. I do appreciate that Nick took responsibility, apologized, and adjusted the price. However, I'm still disappointed that after everything I went through to get the hinge repaired, I received my laptop back with one of its original pieces missing. The discount was appreciated, but I would have preferred to have my laptop returned complete and not have gone through so many unnecessary trips and delays in the first place.

First, I should mention that my wife and I initially went to the T-Mobile store in Westminster…read morebecause its online reviews were much higher. Unfortunately, our experience couldn't have been more different. We walked into the Westminster store, stood there for quite a while, and not a single employee acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We weren't browsing displays--we were there specifically to switch our service from Verizon to T-Mobile. After waiting long enough, we simply left. I turned to my wife and said, "Let's try the Huntington Beach T-Mobile (Store #8194)." Wow... what a difference. The moment we walked through the door, three employees greeted us and asked if we needed help. Within minutes, Ulises Garcia, a Mobile Expert, came over, asked what we wanted to accomplish, and immediately got to work. I had all of our information ready, and while there were a few typical snags during the transfer process, Ulises handled every one of them calmly, confidently, and professionally. He never seemed flustered and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I was also impressed by the atmosphere in the store. The staff treated each other with genuine respect and friendliness, and it was obvious that Ulises truly believes in T-Mobile and enjoys what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is refreshing. Most importantly, there was zero pressure to upsell us. His focus was simply on making sure our switch from Verizon to T-Mobile went smoothly. T-Mobile should be very proud to have employees like Ulises Garcia and the team at the Huntington Beach store. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you!
