There were a few things they weren't familiar with, and they weren't afraid to make a call to someone who handles business accounts to clarify a few things. I really like the way they took their time and worked as a team to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. It wasn't just me that had great experiences that afternoon, there were 3 other customers that were in there that I watched them interact with and all of them were completely satisfied as well. These things are expensive, so I looked at repairing it versus replacing for a new iPad. While the Apple store will perform some work, they are closed during the pandemic, so I started Yelping alternatives. I contacted a phone service shop, and they explained the work required micro-soldering, which they don't do, but were nice enough to refer me to iTechCare. I contacted iTechCare and spoke with Xia. She is clearly very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what the work entailed. She made a recommendation on changing the battery since the case will be open, and the battery had a few years of charging cycles on it. I opted to just have the charging port replaced. I wanted to keep the time the iPad was away as short as possible, so I paid a deposit so the parts could be ordered. Then a couple of days later Xia notified me the parts were in, I dropped it off that evening, and she had it ready for pick up the next afternoon. Xia showed me photos of the old very-damaged charging port, which had several charging pins bent and some missing all together. It's been a couple of weeks now and the new charging port is still working flawlessly. Thank you!

There were only two employees behind the computers and another making sure you signed in. Of course they accommodate the appointments first which is why they should have a dedicated employee or section to drop off. Never disappoints! I…read moremanaged to destroy my phone screen again, so of course, I decided to stop by and get it fixed. As usual, the entire process took less than 10 minutes, and they even offer a couch for customers to sit and wait. I especially love how their price remains the exact same as it has been the past couple of years. Every other place that I've called tried charging me double, which is just plain stupid. The place is still in the Bolsa Mini Mall plaza, but they've relocated to the space next to September and near the staircase. The shop is a bit smaller, but its impressive customer service and quality remain unbeatable. The husband and wife team are incredibly sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!
