I came in around 6:00p and a girl named Sonya was the one who waited on me. My phone for some reason was locked for no reason. I thought she was able to help me, but 40 minutes later she wiped out all my texts, all my important apps. My photos were removed from the gallery where they usually are. It was the worst experience I ever had. The next day I went to another verizon & the gentleman helped me. He was not able to restore my texts because Sonya wiped out everything. He was able to retrieve my lost apps. As far as my texts were concerned, Im pretty upset because there were important texts from doctors & family. I dont know who trained this girl, but she was the worst. read more

After switching 5 lines to Verizon, my mom who leaves near Henderson visited this store. She talked to Cess because she didn't know how work some functions of new iPhone 17, my mom was told she had to pay $40 to over function & also did't want to take time to have her reset passwords on some of the apps. I talked to Cess on the phone and she mentioned that that is Verizon will charge $40 and if my mom had any other question on iPhone 17, either go to Apple Store of back DTS, but I told her again, she lives in Henderson. When we switch over to Verizon at DTS location, we went there 7 times because there were problems w/switching the carrier. I told Cess that least she can do is help her w/few questions she has, which won't take more than 10 mins. After spending so much time switching over to new carrier, this is by far the worst customer service ever at this Verizon location. read more

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON OWNED STORE. Verizon allows them to charge whatever the traffic will bear and we got TAKEN without knowing. I complained to Verizon and that is when I learned. So if you are going for the "FREE PHONE" not only is it not free (you pay $25 more per month for that line for the next 3 years. THAT IS $900 for your phone, plus the Store's setup fee (which is in addition to the activation fee charged by Verizon on your 1st billing). The biggest problem is if you don't know this, THEY DON'T EXPLAIN IT. IF YOU HAVE TO SWITCH, then go to the 2 Verizon-owned stores in Henderson. read more

First don't bother making an appointment if you arrive don't leave the store cause you lose your place in line . The service is horrible I went in to change carriers from T mobile to Verizon and I was in this damn store for almost 3 hours! They don't know how to transfer my cell number to their new phone , they had to call customer support which is out of country and very small English speaking . The female worker who helped me didn't give me the deal promised on line or tv she is a redhead with tatts on her arms . No one in the store could fix the problem they told me I had to go to corporate office because they are only a retail seller and they couldn't solve the problem they started! Tried to charge me $40 for a charger box saying " you don't get the deal unless you buy the boxes" this store I would avoid like the plague I'm still trying to get my phones for me and family to work and I've visited this store 3 times! I stopped in here to pay my bill and come to find out this is an actual authorized store so they can help one with payments and upgrades. I also needed help changing my password for iTunes. The cashier/tech was cross trained to help me with them both. The tech part of trying to reset my password has hindered me for weeks and my I phone will not let it pair with iTunes. I am so grateful for the mini lesson and the changing of my password on site. Plus bonus here there was no que or wait time. I walked in and I was the only customer in the store. And when a customer did come in he made sure that my issues were solved before assisting her. read more

Best phone-buying experience by far!! Zach helped me upgrade from an IPhone 11 to a 16, a watch, and all the accessories. He was very knowledgeable, was easy to talk to, and very kind and patient! We've had terrible experiences at other Verizon stores (others told me they couldn't give me a new phone with my same number) and Zach had us in and out with no issues very quickly. We so appreciate his assistance and making this experience great! Especially as an early birthday gift having a good, easy experience makes it that much better. Went in today an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon thinking it would be nearly empty. There was one employee helping an older gentleman and his son. We waiting our turn. We were not greeted by the employee for about 15-20 minutes. I had enough time to look on the Verizon website and start an online chat with customer service to see if I could take care of my business myself. Finally was greeted by the employee who asked what we were there for. We needed to add an Apple Watch to our account -- mind you, the watch was already setup and has been on my wife's arm for years -- we simply needed to pair/connect it to her phone number so that she could use the cellular feature of the watch. I thought this was a simple enough task that could have been finished in 5 minutes. The employee asked for our phone number and got into my account on his tablet. Then went back to helping the other customer again. Left us standing in limbo for another five minutes. Came back to us to ask which line we wanted it connected to. We told him. Then he diverted his attention back to the other customer. Left us standing there at the desk right next to this other customer for another 5-10 minutes. We had dinner plans, so I ended up having to leave after being there for roughly 30-40 minutes and not even getting my Apple Watch connected. The store was empty other then the people I mentioned, so I know exactly what was going on with the other customer. For half of the time I was there, the employee was on speaker phone with customer service. After a while, the customer service on the phone told him that this other customers phone COULD NOT be connected to Verizon (as it was from another country). At that point maybe the employee and the customer could have paused their business to handle my (seemingly) easy request. After the employee got off the phone he told the other customer that he needed to update their phone in the hopes that it would fix their connection issue. BUT THE PHONE PERSON JUST SAID IT WOULD NOT WORK!! So perhaps while the phone was updating, he could have handled my small request -- but no. I just have to say that the employee could learn a bit more about customer service and managing customers. I am sure the other customer would have been fine if the employee told him, "I'm sorry, you heard customer support on the phone, your phone will not work on Verizon, please give me one second to handle this other gentleman's Apple Watch connection". Probably going to just call the Verizon customer service phone number from now on. read more

This is just my personal opinion but when there is more than one customer in the store it's not time to discuss politics with customers. Personally, at work IMO it's a no fly zone. Now, the employee at this shop didn't initiate the conversation another customer there did, but he sure didn't change the direction of the conversation either by contributing. I am so glad my friend, who is the loss prevention manager, suggested I visited this location after I told him I couldn't find the Samsung s21 ultra 512gb at any other Verizon stores. I called Verizon, checked Samsung website and Best Buy. I called this location and they told me they can order it if I visited their store. I went in on a Monday and the gentleman was very helpful. He was definitely able to order the phone and told me it should arrive in a couple days! And lo and behold, the phone arrived in a couple days. The same gentleman helped set up my phone and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Verizon store and so definitely be coming back now for my Verizon needs. read more

We came in only 20 minutes to closing. Andrea was extremely patient in giving us directions twice! Upon arriving Andrea immediately greeted us as if we were the first customers of the day! She helped us find ways to keep our bill affordable so we could stay with Verizon instead of switching to another carrier which we desired as we've been with Verizon for 15 years. We need to call customer service and sort through some erroneous charges and ended up staying well past closing. Both Andrea and Maurice were super positive helpful and pleasant the entire time, never making us feel like we were making them stay for us. Very impressive! I am so disappointed with Verizon. I am a 15 years customer, never has a problem with them. The customers service and honesty was always there. For the last three months, Verizon customer service is horrible, it takes around 15 minutes or more to communicate with them. When we are trying to solve a problem on the phone it takes around 30 minutes or more. Verizon use to be really honest with the customer, lately they are just trying to extra charge you. Honestly for the last three month they over charge us three consecutive month. If you want to get Verizon, honestly think three times before you get your contract. I know Verizon has the best services but right now is sinking really badly and you will turn into a bank for them with extra charges. read more

First, this is not an official Verizon store. My husband and I found out the difference the hard way. Second, if everything goes south and you find yourself here then don't go to Robert. We put off replacing our phones for almost three years since dealing with this kind of thing is always a pain. We worked with Robert on our first visit. There would be two more visits to fix Robert's mistakes. First visit. My husband explains what kind of phone he's interested in and I explain I'm not that into phones so something simple will work for me. The only thing I care about is a half-way decent camera since I am a Yelper. So, this review shouldn't be a shock. Robert explains that are no phone upgrades anymore. Our phones will be about $680 a piece. This is when I ask more questions and finally get him to dig a $250 phone out of the back......because as I explained earlier, I don't care about my phone enough to spend $680. We spend a painful hour and a half discussing costs and plans as well as getting the phones activated. My husband and I are very clear about what we will pay for and what we do not want. We ask a lot of questions to make sure we are clear on costs. An hour and a half later we're just happy to be done so we leave and have lunch. When we return home we start to review our receipt and the bag Robert gave us. When I swiped my card for my phone, just my phone, it turned out that Robert slammed us for several items that we told him we didn't want. This included a $35 case for my husband's phone, a wall charger for $35 (even though both phones came with chargers), a car charger for $35, and a green cleaner for $15. The real kicker was that the first three things were in the bag, but the fourth item wasn't even in the bag. He charged us for something we didn't want and didn't even give us the product! I was shocked at the audacity. Imagine if a retailer like Target or Walmart did this. They'd be sued before the offending cashiers could end their shifts. Second visit. My husband has to waste time going back so that we can get refunds for the various products Robert slammed us on. He also decided to return his phone, After more research he finds on Verizon's own site that his phone should have been more like $350, not $680. Robert did refund all of the random products. At the end of this interaction my husband had now wasted tons of time, but still didn't have a new phone because we weren't getting a phone here. Flash forward to a week later and now we head to what we find out is an official Verizon store so that my husband can get a new phone. This is when we find out that we should have both been eligible for our phone upgrades as part of our plan. We shouldn't have purchased either of our phones! This is what we thought, but not what Robert told us. The previous interaction at this location screwed up my husband's upgrade and made it look like he had used it. After all of this we had to go back to this location for a third time to have this fixed. Third visit. We're pretty angry to have to return here to have the mistake on our plan fixed. Immediately I knew that I was returning my phone as well if we had to go back to this place. The store manager was able to fix the mistake so that we could go to a real Verizon and get our new phones. They also accepted the return of my phone . I can't speak as to whether Robert has poor integrity and decided on his own to do these things. In my experience situations like this usually originate from the top. Either way, I'd only recommend this spot to my enemies. In summary, I don't appreciate being deceived, being charged for items I said I didn't want, and having my time wasted more than once. In the end they did refund everything and we were able to go to a real Verizon store to get our new phones. read more

Walked in to Verizon on December 23rd to discuss changing cell carriers. Walked out with two internet gateway modems to do a free trial with and it has been a nightmare! Do not, I repeat do not fall for the internet trial. The internet Verizon offers does not compare with Cox at all and when it is time to return the modems you cannot just bring them back to the store, you have to call customer service and request labels to be sent. Then when Verizon messes up and continues to charge you for items you no longer are in possession of be prepared to make several phone calls and talk to several customer service agents who "assure" you that this has been taken care of only to receive notification you are being sent to collections to pay for items you no longer have and a service that was cancelled within the 30 day trial. I spoke to an agent again today who assured me the account is closed and will not be sent to collections, fortunately she included an email promise for me. Long story short, I will never switch my service to Verizon based on the horrible experience I have had with this "30 day trial". read more

Idiots!!! Stopped in just make a quick payment on a friends account. Approached the counter and observed a female employee elbow the male employee to look up and greet me. I informed the gentleman that I would like to put some money on my friends account. I provided the phone number. The employee asked for the zip code, why? Asked if I knew my friends PIN number, why? By this time the female employee noticed her co worker could not find the account. After about ten minuets neither employee could find my friends account. I decided this was pointless and decided to go to another location. I drove a short distance to the St Rose store. Immediately upon entering the store I was warmly greeted and asked how I could be assisted. I explained my request. In less than thirty seconds the employee brought up my friends account. Within a couple minutes I made the payment and was given a receipt. I wish I had never visited the Green Valley location and next time will not waste my time. read more

Yesterday I witnessed the most gracious employee assisting a senior customer who was in dire need of help. The gentleman clearly was not versed on today's phone systems and how they work. This saleswoman, Andrea, was sensational in her approach to helping him and her patience was awe-inspiring. I watched her efforts unfold as she led this man to watch, listen and learn and how she did so in a way in which the customer felt respected, important and cared for. I was impressed by her helfpfulness, her compassion towards him and her agility to weather the storm from the long line of impatient customers who thought their urgencies were the most important. Hoorah to this spectacular employee that works for Verizon. I was sent to this location by Verizon to for a warranty phone replacement . The Verizon representative on the phone even made me a appointment for June 26 @900 am. When I arrived the sales associate Paul would not even look at my Appointment and said we don't do this here and wouldn't help me.
