Worst service ever, they charged me 2000 dollars for no reason, I had to fight my case and they refunded me the money. A month later they charged me again. They suspended my account and I couldn't even call them. I went in the store to talk to a manager and the couldn't help me, in fact the manager didn't even come talk to me while he is hanging out with his other employees 2 tables down. His name is RJ and he is very disrespectful. I'll never use AT&T again in my life. I'm going to make a complain for the better business bureau because this is a scam and unacceptable. People do not have time to stay on the phone with an agent 3-4 hours and keep hanging up on and call again and explain the story again and again. It's horrible. I am struggling to find much positive about my experience in this location. Apparently, the girl who greeted us missed the "pretend to be happy" day in her AT&T training. Topping it off with her mumbling under a mask, behind a walk of plexiglass and us being another five feet away was also not helpful. Bottom line - she lacked effort. She also seemed very disappointed to know we simply had questions rather than willing to purchase today. While we may stay with AT&T we will never return to this location. Please take your time and energy and gas money coming to the store. I literally called the store less than 10 minutes to verify stock on a phone. I asked for a specific phone and I double checked with them if they have it in stock because I was traveling from another store that did not have the phone I was looking for and a person under the name of Gus said, and stated that he had that specific phone with the specific colors, when I get to the store, they gave me the runaround saying that "they just sold it" then what believe to be the manager comes up to me and giving me the runaround that those phones sell very fast, no shit! That's why I called to see if you guys had it on stock and then she told me that they don't hold it for anybody clearly why would you say that you have a phone on stock and then when you get there, tell me, you just sold it! Great customer service and nice bright and open store! The workers are friendly and greet all customers with smiles. More than one person asked if I needed help, very quick to assist customers. They never pressured me or bombarded me with a sales pitch, but answered my questions and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. They were busy on this Friday noon but kept a great atmosphere and customer support! The assistant manager named Jundel (sp?) was especially friendly and helpful, as were Brian and Bryant. This is the worst at&t location I have been to. I needed support regarding a trade-in and when I called customer service they advised that I go into a store. I came in and very politely explained my situation to the short pretty girl with long light brown hair. She took us to a table and after looking up our account, she went into the back for a bit. When she came out she said, "Well I have good news and bad news, the bad news is that everything is processed and done and I can't do anything for you." I work customer service and this is the last thing you tell somebody. Her good news was that we could upgrade my mother's phone, who was not there; and I came in with the single expressed purpose of upgrading my phone. When asked if we had to return the new phone and start the process over, she confirmed this was the case. Additionally, before leaving my father asked why our bill had gone up $40. With no explanation she stated that was just the new price of the package we were on. Then we go to another location down the street at 10624 S Eastern, just in case. Turns out everything she said was false, she just knew we weren't there to make a sale off us and didn't care to help us. At this second location, they were able to help us with the trade-in process. The gentleman there also provided proper education as to why our bill increased, helped us go through the steps to correct it, and gave the customer support we needed. Don't bother coming here if you care about not giving your money to "customer service specialists" that only want the commission they can make off of you. They do not actually provide any service to the customer beyond what placing an order online could. The second location mentioned deserves your business much more, and from what I hear they might just send you there anyways. read more

If someone comes in just wanting to drop their old iPhone off, after being told how much easier and better it is than waiting for the mail in box to get delivered, I expect it to be easier. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the manager (sorry forgot his name) he put us in touch with Paul who took care of everything for us. We got new phones and a great plan. My experience at this AT&T store was actually quite pleasant. Our salesperson, Christina, was knowledgable and friendly. She answered all of our questions (we had a lot) so calmly and patiently. There was a special going on with an iPhone upgrade, I qualified to get an iPad mini for $199. That was such an amazing deal and I wanted an iPad anyway, so I couldn't pass it up. Christina explained my bill in detail making sure I understood everything. Not once was she pushy nor did I feel pressured to buy anything. Kudos to you girly!!! I came into this location on 05/16/2016 and spoke to Daniel Hoff who quickly helped me fill out paperwork and submit it to the insurance company. I got my new iPhone 6 Plus in 2 days. I went back to this At&t 5/18/2016 Anthony Colondres was able to activate and restore my phone to a early date before the damage. All my contacts, photos & apps were restored. On 5/19/2016 I went back to this At&t location and bought several cool items and Xochi Bustillos helped save me 20 percent by purchasing 3 items together. They told me my phone was broken and I had to upgrade it. It didn't seem right but I did anyways. 4 days after upgrading to the new iPhone 14 pro max my phone was still having the exact same issues. When I went into the store today a male associate, name began with "a", looked at my phone for less than 1 minute and then said "it's not on them. It's apple". I told him the previous issues with my old phone and he very rudely told me that "I don't understand how these things work and he does". So I called Apple. Like I thought they said it was a carrier issue. I walked back into the store with apple on the phone. I refused to talk to the rude male associate. And female associate, name began with a "j" listened to the issue and also what the Apple rep said. She immediately said what the issue was and fixed it in less than 30 seconds. She was amazing and helpful but he was extremely rude and unprofessional and tried to yell at me that he was right and I was wrong. If it would let me give a zero star rating I would. I needed to add a line to my existing account. I went to this location because they had the phone I wanted. Junior was the associate that assisted me on 07/21/2020. He was knowledgeable to their promotions and what plan would be beneficial for me. Before I left he made sure the SIM card was activated and everything was functioning properly. He was efficient throughout the process. As for the store, it was clean and organized. They way they have the store set up allowed for social distancing, and each table have a bottle of hand sanitizer. They also have curbside pick up.
