If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I went to this location to drop off my phone that I was trading in on March 8th around 1 pm. I met with a young Hispanic guy that was wearing a blue suit. I gave him the phone, he looked up the account and said I was good to go. Two months later, Verizon is charging me $400 because my phone was "never returned". I would save yourself the trouble and go to the Fairmont location, they have a better inventory management system - or at least they've never lost anything on me. IF you have to come here, take photos of you returning equipment or get a document notarized. read more

First I'd like to say I've been a Verizon customer for 12 years and I had the worst experience today with a Verizon employee Staci. I changed my carrier so I was unable to log into my Verizon account and stop the automatic withdrawal for my phone bill and I wanted to make sure that I was not going to be charged again this month. As I tried to explain the problem to Staci I was told that nothing else could be done and I was told I had to leave and she actually called the police. Soo horrible. And as all this was going on a manager walked up to me as I was forced to stand outside to talk to an employee for the store. He was extremely helpful and he totally understood exactly everything that was going on and he also listened to me. As I was trying to explain to Staci that I've already contacted customer service and I've been to 2 other locations that referred me to go to a cooperate store to fix this problem hints that's why I was there in the first place. Staci only looked at me as the manager helped me from inside of the store. I truly hope this message finds Staci and that she finds a new job because clearly customer service is not for her. I only wanted to fix a problem of my money being deducted from my account and I'm no longer a customer. read more

Maria is a scam artist who will take advantage of you to complete sales. Even sprint and T-Mobile have better customer service. I came here two months ago to add new phones. While there Sales person Maria offered an iPad at just 10 dollars. That was it, my mother asked if it came with internet or if she would have to pay .. Maria told her oh no it uses the same internet as your phone. Well the first bill is a hot mess and complicated to understand with activation fees and what not. Come the second bill I notice I'm being charged an additional 20 dollars. I contact Verizon online and get told to go in person to return the iPad and a reimbursement since the service was not disclosed. I go in the store and Maria is there. She denies it all, we then talk to her manager rocio who tells me she can't do anything since the 14 day return period already passed. Keep in mind the first bill doesn't arrive till 30 days. I had no opportunity of knowing I had been taking advantage of. They then offer that we can pay the entire iPad and then don't need to pay the service fee. But why should I have to pay something after Maria didn't disclose info just to meet her quota. Why am I having to pay the after price for something I didn't know. Honestly just go to ATT and save yourself the headache. They even looked for other ways how to "offset" aka have me save money like do autopay to make it seem like they gave me a discount but the auto pay 10 dollar discount is offered to everyone. read more

Waste of time with these people. Not a real Verizon store. These people refused to tell me if they had a phone in stock, and pretended they had rules about saying so. I drove 30 minutes to them. Then the lady working the desk made me sign into my Verizon account prior to saying no. Even then I had to badger her to get an answer. Yet, every other Verizon store will tell you over the phone. There was another man there that apparently had the exact same issue with a completely different phone. Save yourself some time and grief, go somewhere else. read more

I came in to see if they had any smartphones that had plastic screens with the QWERTY keyboard plus to see why my basic phone was giving me issues of not dialing out or texting/receiving texts. As soon as I walked in, I wasn't greeted anyone, not even the security officer. Everyone was busy assisting everyone else and apparently a few more guys just came back from lunch break. So I waited for about 15 minutes until the next available sales rep. Then, rep Jonathan helped me. He answered all my questions regarding my basic phone issues. He suggested since the phone is old. I had it for 3 yrs. Then, I had asked him about the Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere 2 with the slide out QWERTY keyboard I was thinking about purchasing from Amazon in order to run it under my prepaid account. He told me that wouldn't be advise to buy from Amazon since it might not be unlocked to work for Verizon's service. Instead, he showed me some of medium sized prepaid smartphones that were good for my small hands. An LG and Pantech--the Pantech was exactly what I wanted: slide out keyboard with a plastic screen. Before in the past, I bought a Pantech from Amazon which worked perfectly for me since I'm not tech savvy.... I viewed the two phones and even Jonathan printed out a comparison paper for me to make my decision better. So, that being said the customer service is excellent. Jonathan even listened to my other thoughts and conversation. From all the other Verizon locations: Pasadena and Webster--I've received unreasonable attitude, but I visit this location and receive absolutely zero. I've decided to review my options first before I buy. The fact that Jonathan didn't pressure me into buying anything yet..is remarkable. Hopefully, the service is consistent. read more

I was offered $800 for my iPhone 13 toward the iPhone 14 at their La Marque, Texas location. They took my phone and gave me the iPhone 14, but they didn't give me anything for the iPhone I traded in. NEVER TRUST THE WORD OF A SALES CONSULTANT THERE. I was having problems with my Samsung S8 phone signal connection dropping from 4G down to 3G down to no signal. Since I could not troubleshoot the problem with the online forums, I decided to go the a nearby Verizon store to determine the problem with the phone. A sales consultant initial theory on the problem was that possible there might be some damage to one of the components in the phone. He decided to take the phone in the back to test the phone on a diagnosis machine. He came back with a diagnosis that the sim card slot in the phone was damaged. He stated that it was time for new phone. From my previous experience in dealing with sales consultants, I decided not to purchase a new phone from the same store where the same salesman did the diagnosis. I called Verizon directly an asked for another sim card to be sent to me to determine if the problem was possible with the sim card. I decided to go to Best Buy and purchase a phone outright with no payment plans, warranty, etc. Using the same sim card from the S8, I still had the same problem with the signal dropping from 4G to 3G, then to no signal. I waited for the new sim card from Verizon and activated it and replaced the old sim card. Guess what, the problem was solved. The sales consultant LIED TO ME about the damage to the sim card slot. I also placed the replacement sim card in the S8 and it worked perfectly, no more problems of the service dropping from 4G to 3G. read more

My experience was horrible. I already called customer service. I never want to even go inside this store again. I got my number switched over the sales guy, told me both my phones will be working, until I trade the old phone In. My phone number was gone and not working for two hours. The Verizon lady over the phone had to help me. Everyone was helping, everyone else except us. I bought a new phone, the guy kept dropping it on the table. I went to Cellular Sales as a Verizon customer in search of updating my phone at the beginning of September. Roshawn or Shawn helped me purchase my new iPhone 8 Plus. He was great! Tried to make it quick & easy for me, any bumps we ran into he got right on the phone with Verizon & smoothed them out. However, which this has no reflection on Cellular Sales & more on Verizon itself but I had device dollars I'd used about my last 7 bills to get and Verizon cheated me out of using them!! Fast forward to 3 weeks later Ro is STILL calling and emailing & keeping up with Verizon to try to get them applied to my bill in the very least. Now THAT'S customer service! I'll be looking for him to work with for any of my account needs! read more

I recently went in to get my wife a phone for her birthday gift. I was promptly greeted by Bruno who attended to our every need and request. At first he asked us what kind of phone we wanted. After I told him I only wanted to get a phone for my wife he respectfully informed me that they had a deal for two pixel 3s. My wife didn't want to get a Pixel. He informed us that it was the best out right now and the best deal. He respected my wife's brand loyalty and got us both an S10 for a lot less than I anticipated. I had the most horrific experience with Joseph, the "Manager" at this location. For over a month now, I have been trying to help my boss cancel her service. Initially, she called customer care but they were unable to assist her because she couldn't remember her pin. They advised her that she had to go into a store to reset her pin. That's when everything went from from worst to catastrophic. My boss was unable to get through to Joseph, so she called me and had me speak to him. I told him that she wanted to cancel her account, he stated that she needed to pay a certain amount. I inquired about what that amount was for. He said he didn't know, I asked him about resetting the PIN because the customer service reps on the phone said the only way they could help her is with the PIN and if she couldn't remember it so she needed to go into the store. So they pretty much gave her the run around. As I'm speaking with Joseph on behalf of my boss, he began to raise his voice and became extremely belligerent and rude with me. All we want to do is cancel this account but the phone reps and store reps are giving us a hard time. At one point Joseph stated that in order to cancel the account a certain amount had to be paid then he turned around and said that the account was already cancelled out. At this point, I'm trying to get a clear understanding of which one it is. He then states that he doesn't know and we need to call customer care and I continue to explain that is the very reason why she is in the store because they won't talk to her on the phone without a PIN. Run around, run around, run around! He continued to get loud and rude to the point where I had to ask him to calm down. He then proceeded to hang up in my face. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? AND FROM A MANAGER? I can now see why she wanted to cancel her account with Verizon. If this is the level of service they provide, it amazes me that they are still in business. I will spread the word to everyone I know, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON WIRELESS!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! read more
