Located in Kapolei Commons across the Ross store. Plenty of parking available. This provider is awesome. From the moment I walked in and explained what I needed, service was too notch. They have a wide variety and all the latest phones plus accessories. They fully explain all the plans and help you choose which one best suits your needs. Janice helped me out and she is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She walked me through the whole process of transferring from a different carrier, and helped me set up an additional line. It was fast and easy. She explained all the options to me, set up my account, and fully explained all the great deals Verizon has to offer. Tony the manager was also really helpful in a follow up visit. If you need to switch to a new cellular provider, this place has it all. Great service, awesome staff, and the latest technology to choose from. A+++

If I could rate this company with zero I would. DO NOT ENGAGE with this company. Run away. They…read moretalk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

Be careful before you make a contract with this company. In the terms of agreement it looks like a…read more3 year deal. It's actually written in big letters, but it says 5 years in a smaller letter font in the order sheet. After 4 years in their contract, we had to cut costs during this hard pandemic situation and we are down sizing and wanted to terminate the contract. But they are still asking an early termination fee over $1800. No other communication company recently is asking for a 5 year contract. It's sad... In addition, they raised the monthly fee from $136.07 on the contract to $146.31 without any notice. It is automatic pay from my checking account, so nothing I can do.

Microcom was supposed to come out to my place yesterday April 20th.. ( this is the fourth day I…read morehave taken off work to accommodate their technician ) But when going over the work request. Which included hanging 4 large screen TVs.. ( in 3 areas that are already wired for service ) I was told by their technician that they were unable to provide services because they needed a second certified technician because the TV were over 55", a fact that everyone has known about since I originally placed the order. Even though there were 2 competent adults here on premise that were able to help them with the monitors the technician claimed it was against company policy. I originally tried to schedule service back on February 19th .. which is over nine weeks ago. Microcom promised me that they would call me today to reschedule. But as of noon, still no phone call from Micom to tell me when they will reschedule me for the 5th time? Thank you again for your terrible customer support!!
