This store deserves a 0 NOT even a 1! Horrible customer service! We called to discuss some concerns we had regarding the charges and fees they charged my mom and the RUDE so called supervisor Ruslan Hung up on us twice! Clearly, he has no right to be a supervisor! You NEVER hang up the phone on a customer, his job is to listen and address the customers concerns. Verizon already rips people off with their random unexplainable charges and now the this store was trying to do the same thing! They signed my mom up for things she had not even agreed to and she was calling to find out what the charges were. Ruslan I suggest you read this review and maybe take a few classes to LEARN how to be a supervisor OR step down from that position and go work on your rude personality! read more

We came in to the store to see if we can upgrade my sons phone and see if we can lower the bill. We talk to Miguel and Luke they advised us to get the iPhone 11 Pro max 64 gig at the same time they lowered our bill gave us options for any goodies that we could benefit from and help us get our phone completely set up with transferring the data putting on a screen protector having us not have to worry about anything and go home happy thank you very much Miguel and Luke for all your hard work we will visit you again soon for my other sons phone. read more

He answered all my technical support questions in depth., and with enthusiasm. When there was a lule in foot traffic, I received a few tutorials on how to use the phone and tablet that I have. I have never had a more amazing experience shopping for a phone than I did with Nicole at Verizon. I had gone in to purchase the new iPhone 7 and from the moment I walked into the store...Nicole greeted me and was happy to answer all my questions. She provided such amazing customer service and even went out of her way to show me some of the new features on the phone. I wouldn't recommend any other store or individual to work with! Went here to turn in my old phone for a new one. the process took about an hour and everything went ok i got my phone. But the thing is the two guys that were helping me had the worst personalities ever and not customer friendly! There was a new guy that barely knew how to do anything and kept asking the armenian guy for help, (which wasted my time, why isn't the more experienced guy helping me, I didn't sign up to be a training session). the armenian guy was super arrogant and condensing (to the new guy and even to me as the customer!) you could tell the new guy and myself hated sitting there with him. Sitting there for an hour with those two rude guys who seemed annoyed at their jobs was such a awkward and bad experience! I do not generally post reviews unless I have something positive to say about a service, that will alert the company to an employee's excellence. However I must warn others about what I feel is the unethical treatment of senior customers. I have, over the past year or so, been to a store close to home that identified itself with a well recognized logo, Verizon. The "wireless plus" which was attached to the logo did not identify the store as other than Verizon. During this time, I have brought in a SmartPhone that needed fixing, and ended up with an new phone. I am a senior customer, and am not as tech savvy as the new millennials, and so, have to ask a lot of questions regarding use of the phone. I believe from that point on the sales staff decided I was a good mark. The phone I brought in was not very old, but no longer took a charge. I was informed that the battery had run out, and had been factory installed, therefore couldn't be fixed. I was given a new phone. I was also given a Hum device for my car as, I suppose, a consolation prize. There was no charge for the Hum device, but was given inadequate explanation of the monthly charge and contract. I was, over the course of time, given a tablet (which I think had been refurbished) again without much explanation of any monthly fees or charges. When that quit working, they replaced it with a new tablet, which I assumed was for free, but for which I was charged full price and monthly fees (once again poor or no explanation of monthly fees and set up charges.) I had also been given a Jetpak, which I didn't request, but told it was for free. Sometime later I was given a second Jetpak, which I had not requested and brought both in asking why a second one had been given to me, and was told it was an upgrade of the previous one. Eventually, I was receiving exorbitant bills for 2 JETPACKS, 3 TABLETS (ONE OF WHICH HAD BEEN UNUSABLE FOR MONTHS) A HUM DEVICE WHICH WOULD NOT WORK PROPERLY FOR ME, AND A NEW PHONE. The new billing system showed I was being charged for monthly fees, had contracts which carried penalties, if broken, and on my last business visit had renewal of insurance on my telephone, as well as on ALL the devices (the insurance was added by Ashley while Chris was reviewing my bill. I didn't ask for insurance on all devices, although the sales slip has a signature on it that is not mine) The manager said he'd call his boss to see if charges could be brought down, and would call me the next day. He didn't. I called a day later to say I was waiting for resolution. He didn't call back after he promised to discuss again with his boss I called a 3rd time, and he asked me, "Oh didn't someone reach out to you?" which I believe is corporate speak for " I didn't inquire for you and I don't intend to follow through ". He further indicated that here was nothing more he could do for me. I've spoken to Verizon (corporate) customer service 4 times. They all agreed that it looked like I've been "taken". One agent said she'd have an investigation made. The last one was good enough to bring down my bill, somewhat. It's sad that a vulnerable senior would be treated this way. It's a shame that Verizon would allow it's name to be attached to an unethical business like this. I intend to notify the Better Business Bureau, Verizon corporate offices, as well as Google and Yelp, and to steer anyone who asks for advice, away. read more

First of all , i bought a new phone from jimmy paid in FULL. , (also given a jet pack ) and promised me that it will work immediately , I waited 2 days for the phone and still NOT activated ..now he charged my credit card twice . I was promised by his manager Mike that it will be refunded 2 days after.. 3 weeks have past and no refund.. I asked him why And he said I have to go to the store so they could swipe my card.. can you believe that?! all those time I'm waiting . Then the bill came .. $434 and I am paying $60 more on my monthly .. called Verizon and they said they the retailer have added insurance on my new phone which I am not aware and they even include the insurance for the jet pack too!! LASTLY I PAID FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE IPHONE 7 ..my credit card was charged .. now Verizon told me I still owe $610 for the phone!? Are you kidding me? I told Verizon that I paid for the full amount of that phone and when they called this retailer Verizon plus , the retailer said they made a mistake and would remove and credit it to me .. The lack of communication at this store is ridiculous. I've worked food service jobs before so I understand that people have bad days but customer service has been completely unreliable and kind of shady. Menooa first helped us and he was pleasant but after I tracked my phone and saw that it's been delivered to the store, I went in a few weeks later to see if I could pick it up. On my second visit, I was told that they couldn't give me the phone because they couldn't find it, which I was understanding about. I was told by the worker that I would get a call the next day for any updates (spoiler alert: I didn't receive a call). I called them myself and they gave me the okay to come by the store to pick up my phone; they even said if they didn't have the phone I ordered, they have more in stock that they can give me. So I went in again, and I spoke with Menooa who was working again. I left the store without a phone because I ordered the phone in a bundle as part of their promotion (I wasn't told that I couldn't pick it up because of this reason). I was trying to be understanding, but my last visit made me pretty upset. I came in to pick up my phone because Menooa told me I could, and I come in to be helped by Chris. I tried to explain the situation to him and he gave me attitude the entire time. I was then told that they have my phones but I couldn't take them because the order was locked (what?) I tried to ask politely what that meant and was shut down with "you don't work for Verizon so you wouldn't understand even if we explained." Very dissatisfied.. read more

Ordered the new iPhone three weeks ago and even though it was delivered to the store apparently I still can not take it home! Yes I understand that things happen, but to be rude about it and constantly cut me off when I am talking is not okay at ALL! I have come three days in a row because when I call the representatives keep telling me different things and when I do come in I am treated horribly. I wish I had stuck with the original Verizon that I usually go to because this experience was horrible and a huge mistake. Menooa is the best representative at this store but unfortunately he is never there when I come in. Chris on the other hand was very rude. Not sure how he is allowed to talk to a paying customer like that.. and yes... I still have not been able to pick up my phone. Avoid this store at all costs unless Menooa is there. read more

This is the best Verizon store I've ever done business with. Menooa and Ilyas know their stuff, were able to find the best solution for my issue, got me 2 new phones with a Buy One, Get One free option, and gave me a tablet for free as well. While they were getting me set up, Nate, the manager checked in on me and went over everything thoroughly, explained the way the offer works with the buy one get one, and also that the tab would have an extra charge on my account. With all that said and done, they were still able to save me about $60/month. Long story short, I got 2 new phones and a tablet for much cheaper than what I was paying before I walked in. If you want thorough service, people that care, and who go above and beyond what is traditionally provided at other stores, do yourselves a favor and check out this group of guys. They know what they're doing, they do it well and quickly, and they'll find ways to save you some money on your bill. They have secured all my future transactions with Verizon! read more

The customer service here is great. Everytime I have walked in, I have gotten my issue resolved without a problen. I switched to T-Mobile a few months back (worst decision ever) and I walked into this store to get some documents from Verizon that T-Mobile needed. Ruslan was there and informed me about some changes Verizon had made and gave Me a deal I couldn't refused and switched back to Verizon right that instant. He gave me the best possible deal I was eligible for , set up a business account and got even more deals. I'm currently paying less than I was on T-Mobile, now I'm back at the best carrier ever. Thanks Ruslan for setting us up with all this. I also need to thank Wes, for helping me out the past few days regarding the phone trade in rebate program. Corporate customer service failed to help me in any way, but once I walked in he was able to show me immediately how to do it. Came home. Finished it. Good to go. My boyfriend has been having issues with his iPhone and really needed to upgrade. This was our first time at this Verizon and it was the best experience we've had compared to the ones near our house. We had the pleasure of working with Wes. He was very patient, kind, and understanding. We had a lot of questions and had to keep going back and forth to find a plan that would work the best for us. Nate Panasi at this Verizon store was wonderful! He is the manager of this store. I just happened to walk in on a Sunday afternoon and spoke to the first person I saw. I had a very disheartening experience with the Verizon store in Burbank,CA (I will write their review later.) I explained to Nate what had happened and he very calmly took care of what I needed. He ordered the new IPhone SE for me and assured me that he could transfer ALL of my data from one phone to the next. Because of what I went through in Burbank he even waived all activation fees and other fees. He made several phone calls the get this on going problem with Burbank rectified. He told me about a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of and it ended on that Sunday that I was there. When he made these (numerous) phone calls he told the person(s) on the other line that he was going to give me that promotion that was ending that day.Nate totally went to bat for me. I walked in ready more negativity and when I walked out I was calm and very happy. Nate went above and beyond his job for me and that makes me a very happy customer. The best part is, it is right down the street from my house! I don't have to drive down to Burbank to deal with less intelligent people there. read more

I am so appreciative of the help I received at this Verizon Store today from Ruslan. I was out of storage on my old phone, and he walked me through all of the steps that I could take to increase the amount of storage to meet my needs. He is so quick and accurate with numbers that it was easy for me to follow the various options and decide what was best for me. I decided to upgrade the phone, and he completely cloned my old phone and installed the data on the new phone, so when I walked out of the store my phone was truly "good to go". He also was patient in explaining some uses I was unfamiliar with, and helped me feel comfortable with the new one. This place will rip you off whenever possible. Don't order any accessories. They will take your money and you will never get your order. We had to call and go there a dozen times. They will tell you a million stories that over time all conflict with each other. If you press them they will get rude and say that you are rude instead. The guy that helped me initially was pretty friendly, but ended up being not-so knowledgeable. I signed up for the postpaid plan to make payments on a new phone, but I was verbally quoted one price on payments for the phone, and the paperwork showed a higher price. The $11 insurance fee should have been optional also. The guy also gave me wrong instructions on adding my correct gmail to the phone. He also put the wrong address on my account, and then didn't bother to cancel the prepay plan I was on prior. I was told initially that I could bring back the phone as long as it was within the 14-day period, but not until I tried to return the phone, did I find out and get charged about the $35 restocking fee. The 2nd guy today also told me that I could not go back to my prepay plan. I took all these problems generated at the Foothill store to the Burbank Empire store, and all issues were resolved expertly, promptly, and professionally. Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time and money at this La Crescenta location again. read more

What can I say about this store. First off I had forgot to buy a car charger for my new iPhone from the store in Montrose and I saw this one walked and Nicole was there busy helping another customer. But she greeted me promptly and asked if I had a quick question or not. I told her I was just looking for a simple car charger for my new phone that I bought from Montrose and she said yes I have one I can ring you up right now while this customers data loads and she didn't just tell me she even asked her current customer first before she switched to me. The customer had said yes and I got one of the best customer services ever.
