I went in after I accidentally broke my phone, the person to help me was Emily. She was able to find a deal that worked best for me and had me in and out with a new phone and no additional charges within an hour. The next month, Verizon (not the store) attempted to charge me in full for the phone and not validate the deal Emily made. I contacted her, and within 30 minutes the charge was taken off including all fees and my bill went back to the amount that was agreed upon when I got the new phone. She was polite, quick, and effective. I have never had a "good" experience with phone companies but I will be coming to this location as long as she is here. read more

Great store. The sales reps always helping people here and giving them the right deals. Its right off of 45 S and near the Walmart in a shopping strip. Just take the exit for Bucees--stay on the feeder ride all the down until you see it or you can do what I did and get off at the Texas City exit--loop around off of Century Rd and go from there. read more

We came in, intending to purchase two phones. We had a great salesman Derek Taylor. We had been discussing with Mr Taylor the phone specials and prices and were going to go in this past week however do to Hurricane Harvey we were unable to make it in before the end of Aug. So we come in to get the phones and the store manager Olivia Montemayor would not honor the price even thou they have been closed due to Harvey. Now we are having to pay $80 more on wife's phone. I'm not big on phones so went with $20 phone on special. The phone is not in stock so I asked if I could get next priced phone, $59, for same price but Mrs. Montemayor refused. Mr. Taylor offered to go get the sale priced phone from the next available store and the manager refused to allow him to do that. She said they would get another shipment the next day or two so now I have to wait till it comes in to port my number in and get service with @Verizon. read more
