    Opened a phone line on my husbands WiFi account everything was fine until he switched providers for…read moreWiFi and xfinity added 30$ to my phone bill a month without disclosing that to either of us he calls them to get credits for me being overcharged for several months and they sent him the refund I've never heard of money being taken off of one card and then refunded to a completely different card but besides that inconvenience I was tired of paying 107 a month for one phone line so I paid the balance of the phone off and opened and account with T-Mobile they can't put service on my phone because xfinity refuses to unlock my phone I haven't had service all day yesterday and am currently typing this review using WiFi my husband and I have to go in store today to have them release my phone because no one did it yesterday even though I was told that I would receive a text saying the phone was good I would never recommend xfinity for phone service it's the worst experience I've ever had but their WiFi also isn't great and they will raise their prices on you until you want to switch just go with any other service provider *update* was told over chat that I would be getting a refund within 24-48 hours instead had to go to the store to plead my case to a representative in person because you cannot get a live agent on their phone line and the man I spoke with in store was immediately irritated by me like I was wasting his precious time mind you I was so kind and calm I just wanted a conversation about how they could charge me after my account was paid off and closed and all of the hassle and time waste I went through to switch providers why I would still get billed for service i didn't receive but that was too much to ask for some clarification he just said the charge is accurate and I'm sorry in the most not sorry way possible I wouldn't recommend their service to a dog at this point and if you aren't aware they use Verizon towers so if you use their service you are deprioritized from Verizon customers so your service will be slow all the time every time I actually used my cellular data it barely worked just be aware of this company they are the worst!

    Ezee fiber works with a company called Blackrock Utilities. They were ripping up the parkway in…read morefront of my house. I know I have no say in that so I kept my mouth shut. I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

    If they disconnected my phone, then I'd be like U2, with No Line On The Verizon…read more I came here to get a couple of replacement things for my phone (screen, case) and the service was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about them and the security guard was very helpful as well even though he carries a gun which is a little creepy. It's nice to always be reminded that somebody can kill you at any second. Some days I really miss England. But yes, the only reason they don't score 5 is because their stuff is sooooo expensive. Anyway... We came here to pick up a phone that we bought directly from Verizon via telephone. Apparently the store had just been re-opened for a day or two because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say, masks were required, and -- other than 2-3 customers who came and went while we were there -- the place was a ghost town ... except for the 3-4 employees who were seemingly texting on their own cell phones. The stock here was also sparse, but understandably so considering that it was mid-June and everyone has been hunkering down since mid-March. Our representative was very polite and mostly efficient. I got the feeling that he was flying solo, despite that there was a manager and several other co-workers who were essentially twiddling their thumbs and riding the clock. This was, by no means, a bad experience. But it wasn't a great experience either. I'll return to this store, if necessary, but my expectations won't be that high.
