I was also disappointed that there was little effort made to assist with my trade-in. Rather than working with me to find the best solution, I felt pressured toward options that were not in my best interest. Customer service should be about helping customers navigate issues and providing clear information, especially when making a significant purchase like a phone upgrade. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I hope management addresses these concerns and focuses more on customer care and service. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. And best of all, i can walk in and get my issues solved immediately. Plus, it only costs me half of what i was paying ATT, and before, i was never able to get service inside doctor offices and hospitals, and now with T Mobile i always can connect inside of doctor offices and hospitals.
