Verizon has us as customers for life. Not only are they very helpful when us old geezers (usually my husband) can't figure out something tech-related, but they are oh so reasonable. We were already happy with our cell service by Verizon. Then our television and internet services ended their contracts with each other, so we had to change our internet provider. The one we chose first was a huge, huge mistake. I won't say which one. This post isn't about that mockery of a service, it's about Verizon, and Verizon helped us a lot. It pleased us very much to find out that in addition to cell phones and service, Verizon also provides internet. We've had it some time now, without a hitch. Very few service outages, and when they do happen, they are resolved quickly. Not only is their service faster AND less expensive than the one we erroneously chose the first time, but they also helped us offset the cancellation fees we had to pay in order to get rid of the mistake. Thank you, Verizon, and I only wish you provided television service in our area too. read more

I went in to cancel my monthly internet connection to my jet pack and my notebook a couple of days Before my billing cycle ended in June. Was told it was canceled. Three days after my July payment period started I noticed it was still on. I was in the process of switching carriers. Found out I have to pay an additional month because they didn't cancel when I went in. Then I called customer service to see what can be done and was treated like I was confused and didn't understand what another months worth of payments were because I Didn't Cancel Before the end of the pay. Was told I can do nothing but pay an additional $85. read more

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but today is the day. I walked in right after they opened and there was one other customer in there. They only had one gentleman working behind a desk and he didn't acknowledge any other customers that were in the store. The place I had a little bit of a smell and I can only tolerate waiting about 10 minutes to get help. After not being acknowledged I simply walked out. This is the third time I've been to this location and I will never come back. read more

rude, ill-mannered, condescending had a few simple questions about upgrading to a smart phone for my father ( increase in bill, data usage, fees .... not exactly outlandish questions here ) the young woman ( between eye-rolls and blank stares ) curtly blurted yeses and nos to us until we finally just gave up on getting any help. when i tried to talk to her straight-up ( and surprisingly, in a calm manner ), and explain that he just needs a little reassurance that these smart phones aren't a scam, she practically threw her manager's card at me and said if i wanted to make a complaint about customer service, he was the one to talk to. not going back. last straw for verizon, and happy to say my father has switched to at&t and i will be switching along with my brother very shortly. read more

Bad accessories, got a glass protector for the note 7 out does not even cover the full screen tried it out, still don't like it went back for a refund the Guy was like sorry if you did not buy the Warranty with it we don't do refunds lol I was like well, you guys never even told me about getting one. This by far the worst verizon store I've been to. Inexperienced reps and the store barely had anything in it.

My wife and I bought screen protectors at this location and we recently moved. In order to replace our screen protectors a receipt needs to be provide to the screen protector company. They can find my receipt but can't find my wife's. I keep getting told we'll call you back, I'll let my manager know, ignoring my emails with my bank transaction. I wouldn't care but we spent 188 dollars for the life time in store replacement. Once they get their money their care goes out the window towards their customers. They aren't held liable by Verizon because they aren't apart of the corporate office if you value your money go to a real Verizon store not a Verizon go wireless. Their location are slim to none in locations through the States. Had a wonderful experience picking up our new phones. Salinda was very knowledgeable about the Samsung Galaxy S 6. She got us up and running very easily. The whole process took about an hour or so. I know they are a busy store so have a little patience folks. read more

I walked in and was asked to wait, so I moved to the side. After about 15 minutes someone asked if I had been help and I said not yet. A minute later someone else walks in...they help them right away. I notified them that I was still waiting then someone started to help me. I explained that I had to pick up a phone I ordered online, I had never received a call from them and had tried to call 4 times and ended up speaking with someone in customer service who emailed the whole store and ALSO couldn't get a response. Since they never contacted me I finally showed up and they said they sent my order back because I didn't show up. when I explained the situation the guy got defensive and recommended I call customer service...I called customer service, not only did she solve the issue, she said it was unacceptable that it wasn't attempted to be solved in the store. My husband and I went to Best Buy first looking to buy a tempered glass screen protector for my new LG V20. They were out of stock at Best Buy so we went to Go Wireless in the same shopping plaza. So glad we did!! The minute we walked in, a young gentleman came right up to us to ask us if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and unfortunately after looking at what they had in stock, he let us know they had none in the store. He proceeded to check other stores in their region and no such luck. He suggested we try back on Tuesday or offered to order it for us to be shipped to the store. He then proceeded to let us know about a lifetime warranty that would be available if we purchased the tempered glass protector. We were almost on our way then remembered that we wanted to purchase extra charger cords and car chargers for our new phones. When Aldo told us about Go Wireless lifetime warranties, we were sold and bought 5 charger cords and 2 car chargers plus a phone mount! I was on the fence about the phone mount but Aldo offered to open it up and show me how it worked with no pressure to buy it. I ended up liking it and we were sold. He helped check us out, input his contact info for us in case we ever had questions or needed help and took our bag and walked us to the door, handing us our bag on our way out. It's a great thing to be provided such great customer service! So thank you Aldo B for making us feel like a King & a Queen today!!! read more

Anna at the Verizon Store is super. She was so patient with my wife and I as we bought new Iphone X which then turned in to a ton of work for her. Our ATT reception at our house is horrible and converting over to Verizon took some real effort as ATT kept dropping the ball on their end. So Anna had to put up with me on three visits and was always cheery and oh so helpful. I am very pleased with her and the store. read more

Well for starters they charge a 25% re-stocking fee on everything. I went to the store to return a phone case I told them the Rep kept my receipt and threw away the box. When I asked about the restocking fee she replied with well we gave you a discount, and the policy is printed on your receipt. I explained that I receive the discount because of my work, you didn't give me anything also you kept the receipt so how was I suppose to be aware of your policy. There is no sign or anything. It cost me a few $$ to learn the "Policy" but I will never shop at a go wireless location again EVER. Verizon Corporate Does Not Charge A Restocking Fee On Accessories. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Do not abuse yourself by doing business here. I waited for 25 minutes without as much as eye contact while the lady working there flirted with a customer and talked about the beaches of Hawaii and called it business. When I interrupted to ask for help, at this point very angry, she and the gentleman carried on an insulting conversation about me like I wasn't there. Four other customers came in and they still carried on talking about how rude I am and how he is a better person. ABOMINABLE!! I said I would take my business elsewhere and she said to the whole store, "sorry she is so rude!" What kind of customer service is this?? Go to an actual Verizon store. read more

Bad experience. Went in December to purchase a new phone for myself and a Gizmo watch for my son. I was still on the fence on whether to purchase the watch for my son considering he is in Kindergarten. The associate I originally spoke with (Daniel) told me that if there were any concerns, or my son wasn't doing well with it, there would be a 60 day return policy. Now, within the 60 days of ownership, low and behold they said that policy doesn't exist. I spoke directly with Daniel again and he said that if it was something he had said, then he apologizes, but there is nothing he can do on his end to refund the money. Sooo basically, he got the $200 sale and I can go kick rocks. Customer service used to mean something. Coming from my sales myself, I can tell you, without the customer there is no sales job. I had purchase a few items from This store, and unfortunately will not be returning again. Thanks a lot Daniel and Staff. read more
