Came here the other day with my elderly friend who didn't know how to set up his voicemail. An employee got him set up and we were out the door in seven minutes. Wife bought an iphone 15 pro max -- in cash. I had to verify my account using my driver license before they accessed the account to add the phone. As the rep was transferring info from her old phone to new phone, another rep took the company ipad to assist another customer. After a few more minutes, I overhear conversation between that rep and new customer. Rep having trouble explaining to customer that what customer claims does not match account. They went over the items on the account and costs. I soon realized these two were viewing MY account and discussing terms of what my account consists of. Obviously, the rep had not verified account info with the new customer nor had he cleared the ipad and accessed that customer's account. Brainless! To top it off, once I got home to review my account, I saw that the rep at the store had added a service plan for wife's new phone--we did not request that. Walked in to this store to fix the new phone and the guy told me in as to dive to the store in Olympia by Trader Joes to address the activation issue bc His is a Corp Store and can't address a third party store issue. ... Apparently I forgot my blonde wig and skin lightener ...car stalled and I had to call 611 instead. 611 said the rep is lying , and go back in and ask for manager. No reason a corp store can't fix activation issue. I returned and spoke with manager and phone was fixed. So his rep did in fact lie. Nothing worse than a liar who is a sales rep. read more

I like T-Mobile. Sometimes the store is busy and I have to wait, but once I get service I find the service is 5 stars. The person always makes sure I am happy and explains everything to me. They also make sure I am on the best plan available. I love the free music streaming as I listen to Pandora when I drive. Free International Texting and Data is fantastic. My daughter is in Europe and while others have to be stingy with their texting and/or need to get a local SIM card, she has 100% use of her phone with no extra issues. read more

Upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro ON US up to $1000 on eligible trade in. ON US. In the United States, ON US means free. Drinks are ON US means we pay. The ad implies that current customers, such as myself, can upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro FOR FREE, because it is on T-mobile. (FREE to me) This is deceptive, in other words, FALSE ADVERTISING. Having an iPhone 8 to trade in gets me $85 (in monthly bill credits over 30 months). That is no where near $1000 and in no way is this upgrade going to be FREE to me. I currently have 4 phones, 2 Smart watches and an iPad on the account and have been with T-mobile for many years. Imagine my disappointment. :( Now, this evening, I see a tv ad for NEW customers, no trade-in required, simply port your number from your current carrier over to T-Mobile and get the iPhone 12 ON US. This tells me that NEW customers can get the iPhone 12 for FREE. What can I do to upgrade to the iPhone 12 as a current customer??? I would have to pay for the phone. Even at half price, which the representative on the phone implied was a legit offer, this is not FREE and not fair to long-term T-Mobile customers. I have canceled the pre-order for the iPhone 13 Pro. I am more than dissatisfied with T-mobile. And THAT is ON THEM! read more

Then when we were ready to switch from AT&T, they ran my credit (hard pull! 750) and told me we'd have to put half down on the phones ($850, $425x2) "because of my credit score." Most people out there with a 750 score? Doubt it. Scam! Big print giveth, small print taketh away. Watch out for bait & switch! They draw you in with lower priced offers and get you in the end. He not only packed my order with something I didn't ask for, and did not advise me of, he totally failed to seek the best deal for me. He was condescending and snide. I had to undo his damage on line. He is an exception to an otherwise excellent series of experiences at this location, so I didn't give the shop a one star. read more

Tmobile decides to give away free pizza with Domino's, with no communication to the local stores so there would be enough food or staff to handle the extra orders. Now because people are abusing this promotion alot of people will go hungry as Domino's stores will rum out of food because there was no advance warning of this promotion so no planning could be done. read more

The employees have zero training and no idea what they are selling. I went in 3 times to try to find a phone that had less problems then the G4 I was sold by them a few months ago. I explained that my phone would get hot and shut off within a couple min of being outside with the phone on a game. I also explained that I didn't want a phone that took a unique charger like the G5, I was pushed toward Apple products, but resisted, next they recommended a LG V10. Great! Wait, the v10 has a standard micro B plug for charging. However, it takes the charger and cable that comes with it to fast charge and that is the only thing that will work with it due to the fact it takes a 9.0volt 1.8amp to fast charge. All normal USB devices are 5.0volt. The phone shows on Ampere app that the phone on draws up to 1.8amps at lower voltage to operate, so without the 9.0 volt charger you are lucky to make any headway charging because the phone isn't designed to take more then 1.8amps read more

I went here to get a hotspot and was told I could return this if it didn't work at my house any time. When it didn't work I tried to return it and was told that I must now pay for the device and they wouldn't allow me to return the item. Additionally when I called to cancel service I was sent to tech support several times to try and fix the problem after I asked to cancel. And the icing on the cake was that the first two times I finally got to the cancelation department I was hung un on. I will never use this service provider ever again. read more
