Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home!
