Shout out to Vanessa P. for going above and beyond as a store manager. My partner told me about this wonderful experience he had with her and I felt the need to share it with everyone. We had issues with a Home Internet box we could not get activated, come to find out thanks to Vanessa, the representative gave us the wrong box, and that the IMEI information did not match what was on the account. Not sure how this happens, but situation was resolved and fixed. Unfortunately, we were not able to return VHI box to the corporate store, but Vanessa kindly explained we could take it to FedEx and drop it off. Understandable, since the box was never activated and had to be returned elsewhere. Vanessa then proceeds to print out a shipping label & give us a box to take it there to avoid THAT hassle. If you are ever referred to the corporate store off Wilshire, ask for Vanessa. 10/10 service. read more

Verizon is horrible!!! I been a Verizon customer for two years & it's been nothing but a hassle. Verizon discounted my bill instead of giving me an affordable plan. The next month the discounts fell off, my bill went up. Now I have a loyalty reward holding my account in place but every year it drop off, go up high. I have to fight to get my bill down. I am extremely displeased with the Verizon representative named Duke. About a month ago, I went in to get a new phone and activate a new line. I left there believing my bill was going to be $120 because I asked him specifically, "How much is my bill going to be?" He said $120. I even asked, "Does that include my Verizon protection plan?" He said yes. Then I got my bill--and it was $160. After further investigation, I found that Duke added numerous services that were never agreed upon and never mentioned. I can't help but think--Duke is a swindler. This is exactly the type of person Verizon hires to maximize profit at the expense of honest customers. It's so disappointing that I actually downloaded the Yelp app just to write this review. I also called customer service to file a complaint, so Duke should think twice before trying to swindle anyone else. read more

This has been an awful experience. When I first came in they seemed all nice and all but they are fake as hell. They kept giving me excuses as to why they can't help me HOWEVER They could help me but they were not willing to try. My Rep was Arnold and the manager is George. I had been going through this issue for 3 days and it is because of Verizon I haven't had a phone to communicate for 3 days. Paid for it and everything and still didn't receive my phone. It took me to act like an ass to get help. Which they could do what I needed them to do but it took me calling in for them to actually do something. Also I brought my dog with me and unfornturely she pooped in the store. I apologize and picked up her poop like I was suppose to. Then The manager George told me he can't help me because of my dog. I've been a Verizon customer for over 9 years, and this was the worst service I've experienced. I went to return a device after customer service made notes approving it, but George Castañeda refused to help. He said customer service "doesn't know how to do their job" and that he was "only there to sell phones." He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I came to upgrade my phone (which took 3 hours) and ended up walking out with a massive headache for over a week because Danny made multiple unauthorized changes to my account including adding an additional line and multiple perks in the process. I asked him to revert the charges and reverse everything to which he refused to do. He didnt even refund me fully after a botched transaction forced him to redo the process. Ended up having to spend hours with customer service and the executive relations team to rectify this issue. I fear how many unwitting elderly Korean speaking people he has taken advantage of and lied to by this individual because he wants to make a commission. Completely unacceptable that this behavior seems to be within VZW standards.. Funny because the last thing the very helpful executive relations team did was worry about me filing a report to the attorney general or the FCC, maybe they should have proper procedures and actually get rid of individuals like this to not worry about federal complaints in the first place. If you made a mistake all you had to do was say sorry and own up to it. You were even incapable of that. Get caught in the act? Say sorry, you made a mistake. But nope, couldn't even feign ignorance. This reeks of someone who has methodically been doing this and has had zero repercussions. read more

We had several problems, including a 34-year-old business phone number which had been inadvertently canceled by Spectrum and was unable to be restored. Myong In got involved and spent 3 hours on the line with both Verizon and Spectrum in an effort to help. He is an asset to Verizon and his pprofessionalism, knowledge and caring shone brightly. One of the worst Verizon stores I've been to. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes to an hour. Although I thought that was an excessive amount of time to be waiting I went ahead and agreed to wait. I came in to return items so that I'm no longer being charged for them. There weren't a lot of people in the store so I was trying to figure out why it would take that long. After sitting for literally 2-3 minutes, the same representative that just told me about the wait time stated that she would need to schedule me an appointment for another day because they just got word that they're closing early! It was only 2:30 pm! The store closes at 6 or 7 pm. You didn't know that before you told me the wait time? She mentioned that some staff called out and other staff need to go on break. So which is it, is it closing or you just don't feel like assisting me with my return. The reason I was returning the watch was because the representative that helped me previously ordered the wrong size watch. This is my last time ever coming to this location. One of the best Verizon stores I've been to! I drive 1 hour just to come to the store because the reps are exceptional! I've worked with Dominique twice! She's exceptional! Great knowledge! Great service, everything gets resolved quickly! I've gone to other stores and have spent endless hours getting no where. She backed up my phone, acknowledged me as I got in and took care of me! Another rep, Lonnie from Ascurion insurance was there. Very professional , polite and congenial. I also learned that some Verizon stores are Victra and not really Verizon stores. I had an appointment and I was helped pretty quickly. The whole process of upgrading to a new phone took around 40 minutes which was a great. Seems the experience depends on who helps you out but most of the workers I talked to were friendly. If you're thinking about parking at the lot in the back I would recommend coming here on Saturdays as it's $5 flat compared to Mon - Fri. The only problem is I was automatically enrolled into Verizon's $17 mobile protect insurance when I never asked for that. So if you buy a new phone always check asap your next bill on the Verizon app or site to see if there's any unwanted charges. read more
