I knew what I was after, so I headed to the discount laptop wall, after a quick test drive, I chose the HP I wanted and headed to the register. Service was ok. They were well staffed, but the associates were all chatting with each other, not too focused on the customers, especially in the computer area. Store is clean and in good condition. Service is awful, if you receive any at all. Rarely staff on the floor to assist, and when they do assist, you are a clear bother. Register staff are no better, and are actively on their phones will ringing you out. It is shocking, especially for Target, that they allow this level of service. This location is notorious for having stock issues, whether it be disastrously stocked shelves with items in wrong places or completely empty shelves. Additionally, and one of the biggest pain points of this location is the amount of goods that are now behind plexiglass, requiring an associate to come unlock for you. This is a stock and service issue, as there have been many times the wait has caused us to simply leave. No one should have to wait 10+ minutes to get an item from the shelf. If you are going to have items that require staff assistance, then you need to staff appropriately. Cleanliness and condition are not much better. Bathrooms are rarely clean, empty containers and trash strewn throughout the store...Conditionally, this Target needs more than a refresh, a good demolish and rebuild would be best. It was a bit better than expected. Service was friendly. The cashier/associate was helpful and available as needed. We laid eyes on a few things, and ultimately bought a smokeless wood fire pit that was around $100 after discount...which is a great price!
