I tried every troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked. I went in to ATT and Saad helped me. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and yet personable. Knew what the problem was and started working on fixing it. Unfortunately during the process of fixing it, while trying to put a new eSIM card on my phone, an outage in the area happened and he was not able to do much for me. He gave me a suggestion which I followed when I had WiFi. I called customer service and was assisted by Annie. My phone was fixed, at least on WiFi until their coverage was resolved. I did leave work and when I got out of the area, my phone was perfect!

Returned at 1:45pm and another note is taped to the door saying "Be back at 2:30." Wtf kind of business are they running here? Either hire enough people to cover for breaks or don't claim to be open during your posted business hours. This location clearly has issues with their employees closing randomly during the day - how about actually staffing your location with people that work?? Thanks.

    My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a…read more"kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.

They spent two weeks trying to repair it even down to working on the motherboard itself, but they still weren't able to get it to charge because it's a manufacturers defect and a poor design . when I went to pick it up, they didn't even charge me. They even helped point me in the right direction to try to get it fixed from the manufacturer. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

Changing…read morefrom my providers (Ziply for internet, T-Mobile for phone) to Xfinity (for a special intro package offer) was the worst decision I could have made. Xfinity's wireless was horrific - crashing on an hourly basis and running slow. The cell phone coverage wasn't as bad, but not at all great. And when I called the customer service line (twice) for technical assistance all they did was transfer me to their overseas office, and I got salesmen (not technicians) trying to UPSELL me. Just terrible. Absolutely don't use Xfinity services. Yikes!

I haven't experienced such great service with Xfinity over the phone or in other in-person stores than I have experienced at this location. It has changed my outlook of the Xfinity/Comcast service. They answered all my questions regarding internet and billing. I left the store feeling content and happy. Thank you. Update (2 weeks later): I had to reduce one star because I wasn't told that my former account was in a contract and since I'm ending it early to switch to a new account that I would incur a $10 penalty charge. I went to the store and was told to text the Sales Manager that helped me since they cannot do anything. I texted and never heard back.
