Stopped in due to being next door to my dentist. I had some inquiries and also general questions on the new home internet. I was reassured that my address is compatible and was given a free 30 day trial. Was told if I found the service was not good to return it to only to Alderwood or Everett Mall stores as they are only one that can accept returns. After trying for a few hours moving the unit around everything was extremely slow and even the simple streaming buffered. I went to Alderwood and they refused to accept. They said to take back to Vectra. I had the number of the salesman but just went to voicemail. I went to Everett Mall and was told the same however they also recommended calling *611 and see if they had options to return franchise purchase. I phoned Verizon and they in fact recommended to take it to a UPS store and they will package and ship for no charge. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer care I received at Vectra Mill Creek with the salesman reinforcing that Alderwood and Everett will accept my returns. I've been leery of Vectra franchise and honestly see no use to use them when a true corporate stores are near by. read more

I ordered an Apple Watch through Verizon (online) & picked it up at the nearest location. This happened to be Victra in Mill Creek. I returned the watch 5 days later- unopened. I was told my account would be credited. It's been 2 months & nothing! I'm still paying for the watch & the service. I can't reach the store because the number goes directly to Verizon. We left Verizon cause of service outages, rising costs and all the things. We paid a questionable bill we got from Verizon just to be done with them. Months later they issued us a credit but with the only choice being a pre-paid debit card. After months go by we finally get the card but was expired. This is a mixed review. A couple of weeks ago, we were in to the Monroe store to get help with my husband's phone. Nellie helped us and was amazing, enthusiastic, and friendly. On her own, she'd be 5 stars! I knew I'd be getting a new phone this week and she asked if I would ask for her so she could activate my phone as well. I received my unlocked phone in the mail this week and called to see if she was working. The phone at the store rang and rang and got transferred to the Lake Stevens store. They were friendly and able to check to see that Nellie was not working that day. I called today to check and they did answer at the Monroe store. I got a guy who sounded like I was really annoying him. I asked him if Nellie was working today. He said "I don't see her". I asked if he could check if she was scheduled. After some time and mumbling, he said no. I asked if she was scheduled for tomorrow or the next day. He said he didn't know. I asked if he was telling me that I needed to call each day to find out or if there was a schedule? Silence. I said "ok, I'll call again tomorrow". His response? "Good luck with that". As much as I wanted to give Nellie my business, I made an appointment with an actual Verizon store near where I work instead. Do not use this store. Use a real Verizon store. They charged me for a sim card, and then when I visited a regular Version store they told me I could get it for free from them. As of yesterday I'm happy to report that I have officially ended my Verizon Contract after 17 years and joined AT&T. After this post - Verizon's "retention manager" (Gina) contacted me to see if she could help. I phoned to see if she could expedite things and shared an internal memo where Go Wireless reps/mgmt staff confirmed to the WA state Attny General they would be expediting a refund for undelivered savings on botched promotional program. Never heard another word. The issue here of course, is horrible service and lack of ethics and accountability for a deal that was obviously offered in error (according to "corporate"). It's about more than just the $250 promised savings I never received - months of wasted time and annoyance following up and getting nowhere. Lesson learned - companies don't care and it's better to move on and out - take one's business elsewhere. As I now have. read more

Holy F****! I had the worst experience with these guys. Here is the story: I bought a Verizon Jetpack for Internet access on the go. It did not work well in the usual places that I work out of where Internet is not available. Hence I returned the device and told them I want to cancel the service within the 14 days that I was allowed. They gave me the refund for the device but missed to cancel the contract. I then got my first month bill. When I called customer service, they said that they could not do anything about it since "Go Wireless" were not an authorized Verizon store and that they were just a reseller. And hence they had to take care of it on their end. So, I went in. These guys said "Oh Sorry. Not sure what happened". And they did something on the computer and gave me a print out of the same return receipt that I originally got when I returned the device and they said that they had taken care of it. They said that there was nothing else that needed to be done and it's all good. Again , next month I got another bill. This time for 2 months of service. Same f****ing story all over again. Month 3 - Same f*****ing thing again. I then went there first thing on a weekday morning (took off from work). Made them get a freaking supervisor that worked for Verizon but looked over these guys. Got him to take care of this s****. These guys, not a single apology or nothing. These guys are worthless and two things that they are good at every time I go in.... Screwing up my stuff and flirting with girls and women. Way to go guys!!!!! read more

Sales rep lied about activation costs. Was told if I didn't pay for GoAdvantage premium plan, that I would be charged additional costs. Called the corporate office and was confirmed that was not the case. I was told I would be called the next day, and this would be taken care of. Still no call, so I called corporate again. They just transferred me to the store, where the same sales rep answered. Still trying to get this resolved, and be refunded for unwanted costs. I understand working for commissions, but lying to customers is not the way to do business! I strongly recommend avoiding this place! read more

When I went in, there was an old cranky guy complaining that his one step up from rotary phone cost too much. Another customer in line was literally a crazy cat lady who wanted to pay her bill with a counter check and had no idea a what her account password was. She did not think my jokes were funny, so I'm pretty sure she was a plant by the cell phone illuminati. The employees at go wireless, on the other hand, laughed wildly at my jokes and in store antics, so they're aaaaaaallllright as far as I'm concerned. We have gone to this store twice to try to upgrade our phones. Both times we had terrible customer service -long waits and reps who knew nothing about phones or plans. They have no phones on display, and none in stock if you want to buy something. Like seriously, they have like three phones actually in stock. You can have a phone ordered, but then you have to go back to spend what they said was "45 minute to an hour" to have it activated, etc. Verizon twice had the chance to sell us new phones and a new 2-year contract. We desperately need new phones and were ready to buy something, but both times the customer service reps were so awful, we waited so long, and they had so little in stock, that we just left both times. We're going to switch to AT&T. Seriously the WORST service I've ever had a cell phone store - twice in a row. read more

"Free" turned into a $70 device fee, $40 activation fee, $10 line fee on and a 2 year contract! Do not ever go here! These people do not know what they are doing. I went in to get a iPhone 6 on my edge program. My iPhone 5's home button was not working, and it wasn't working for a while. I went in and I had a lady help me. She told me that I could not trade in my phone on the Edge program because the home button was not working. She told me the phone was still under warranty and that I should send it in, get a refurbished phone, and then trade the refurbished phone in for the iPhone 6. To double check that the phone was defective and not damaged by water, they took the chip out and showed me this line that would be red or pink if it was water damaged which it wasn't. (Keep in mind she looked up all my account information). I got the new phone within 2 days. Was very happy with how fast it got to my house. I went straight back to the store once I got the new phone so I could trade it in for the 6. The lady that helped me was not there, so there was a gentleman that helped. I WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN DOWN THESE PEOPLES NAMES! Turns out, I couldn't even trade in my phone on the Edge program because I was late on a bill. Which the lady that helped me initially should of told me. So I never got my iPhone 6. I kept the refurbished phone and they returned my defective phone for me. This weekend I receive my bill. Its $430 dollars!! I was charged for my phone. I call Verizon and they tell me that I need to go into the store and talk to them since they helped me. I go into the store, and a young man helps me at first, but then calls the help of his "manager". She tells me she can't help me either and that only phone support can help me. So she calls phone support from the store, I talk to someone else who tells me there was WATER DAMAGE!!!!! And that they could not refund me and that the rep in the store shouldn't of promised the phone was defective. Unfortunately I am stuck with a huge phone bill, paying almost full price for an iPhone 5, AFTER DOING EVERYTHING THE REP IN THE STORE TOLD ME TO DO. This store will use someones acct without ever verifying the acct holder. I received a text after someones purchase thanking me for my order. First I live in MD. Second, I have never been to Washington State. 3rd, why would they not ask for ID when adding purchased equipement to verify the person and acct holder. Then charge me for activation fee's. I spent hours fixing there massive screwup. I supposedly purchased 4 devices and changed my Plan? Thank goodness for the text but then it took hours to have this corrected. Horrible experience.
