I wouldn't want to even give this store even a star. I pull up to the store with my wife. Because we wanted to check the company out and by some things. Well as I go to the other side of my vehicle. I was looking at the employee to see if they was still open. He never said anything while he was letting another customer out. Well as I let my wife out and start walking towards the door he closes it shut n just storms away to the back. 5 minutes after standing there a guy named Kenny comes out and talks to me well he acted like he didn't know who was working in the store at the time. Asking me which bald guy with a beard. When clearly he was the only one at the time there. That was the most rude customer service I ever seen in my life and I want to talk with the district manager on this issue. read more

Only 1 complaint. The store needs to have a different customer line for service than purchases. I just want to switch a phone number to an existing device. A two minute task but I have to wait behind everyone that's looking at new phones. read more

I'm only writing this review because there did not seem to be a way to send one directly to Verizon Wireless regarding this store. I was traveling from out-of-state and my GPS on my phone stopped working. I had several appointments that I needed to make (which I was not able to do) because I was unfamiliar with the area and could not find where I needed to be. In the end, I had to drive three hours back home. I went into this store for help, but the brown/blond guy working was more interested in my personal life than he was about fixing my problem. I made it clear that I was in a hurry, the store was NOT busy, and I needed to know if I could get this problem fixed and be out the door. He said my GPS wasn't working, "I don't know why" and he spent less than 10 seconds on my phone and downloaded a useless GPS app on it instead. He asked what I did for a living, then started grilling me about my credentials. I told him I was in the area to look for a vehicle, then he started insisting that I go to "such and such" dealership and then started bashing the places I had visited and the cars I was looking at. He was not picking up on the hint that I was getting increasingly irritated with this conversation...I am a grown woman, clearly old enough to be his mother and I don't need to be "mansplained" on how to buy a car as I have bought several. I don't care what car dealerships where he has previously worked. He asked me about my bill, about upgrading, I had to REPEATEDLY tell him I just needed this one issue fixed so I could be out the door as I didn't have time for anything else today. This kid is probably 23...maybe...at best, but he has a serious ego problem. I didn't feel my visit was about helping me, I felt like he was trying to impress me on his car knowledge. I left with my GPS not working, the new app he downloaded didn't work either. I later fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling Google Maps....should have been obvious, but I was distracted to consider the most obvious fix. GET RID OF THIS GUY! read more

There's one guy who works there who is very pressuring to customers and tries to get them to make choices about their device(s)/purchase(s) that they really don't want. His name is Justin, he's bald and he has a short beard (nothing against his appearance, just warning so you know what to look out for). He refused to provide us the same services we had been provided with for years, and when I took my phone to get exchanged, he basically refused to switch the phones out until my dad started getting upset (got an iPhone 7 instead of a 6S and he basically threw a fit when I asked to exchange, which they told me I could do for a $35 restocking fee three days before when I got the 7). He just has a very haughty attitude towards customers and I am very displeased with how we were treated. read more

We have had several occasions to visit the store in the last few months. The welcome at the door has been pleasant. We were informed on the approximate wait time. Technical service was very helpful. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable or quickly brought someone who had the expertise. We were especially impressed with Justin Haber. He really qualified our needs without being pushy, helped us problem solve the best option technically and financially and then help set up the phone before we left. He was a joy to work with. We have traveled with work over the years and have had ATT, Sprint and others. Verizon has the BEST national coverage. So glad to have such great service in Mooresville as we just bought a home here. read more
