    I needed to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 10S because the battery was about to end it's life. I wanted the new Galaxy S22 because I heard the picture quality was better. When I arrived there were several people waiting so I was put on the wait list. I asked how long was the wait and the rep said I was fourth so approximately an hour. I decided to leave and get some lunch and requested the rep text me when I was next. As requested, the rep texted me when I was next and I returned promptly to the store. I was greeted by Seth and he has to be the most polite, knowledgeable and kind Verizon rep I've ever met. I let him know I was interested in the new Galaxy and he explained the plans and costs associated with the new plan. He even showed me other options. After going over the prices, plans and rebate. I changed my mind and decided on the new IPhone Max 13. My son has an iPhone 13 so now we can use the FaceTime and other features. Seth even found a $300 rebate plan to save me money! This was definitely the best experience I've ever had with a Verizon rep and office. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and loving my new iPhone with my son's help of course. It's totally different from my android but I'm getting the hang of it.

    I'd been carrying a Droid Turbo 2 for close to two years and after punting it a couple dozen times it sorta broke and I couldn't check in anywhere!?! Late Sunday afternoon and facing the prospect of being phoneless for 24 consecutive hours!!?!! (OK, not really a big deal but still inconvenient) So how do you find the phone store when your phone is broke? Went online and found this store still open! Got there 15 minutes to close (yea DST!) and they stuck around long enough to get me into a Moto Z (2) Play and grippy cover and screen protector and the fancy camera mod. Obviously every body wanted to be "not there", especially ME but we all stuck around and wasn't anyone whining about it. Half hour later I'm walking out with a new phone and heading home to download every app again...

    Walked in without an appointment to buy my son a new phone. The wait was long and was helped by Archie. He was amazing! Walked us through being able to order for in store pickup instead of waiting for over an hour. Excellent customer service!

It was under water for a few minutes before we were able to get it out. You could literally see water under the screen, in the camera lenses in the back, and water was trapped inside. We tried to dry it out hoping it was salvageable, but it was turning off and back on constantly. I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! I called and they were super confident that they could help get my phone working enough for me to get my contacts transferred to my new phone. They did even better than that.... They got my contacts transferred over AND got my phone back working 100%. Y'all, they literally saved my real estate business. I was in a bind not having contact info for clients, vendors, and other agents... I'm super thankful these guys took the time to get this done for me. I dropped it off yesterday and picked it up 24 hours later. If you need help with anything Apple related, reach out to them! You won't regret it. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!!
