    Customer service! This is the Verizon worst store. The employees suck and need to be trained in customer service and customer relations.

I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I have been using Comcast Xfinity Internet since 2005 but grew tired of the messages that popped up on my browser window and being double charged for going over the data cap they imposed. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options. Bert Berthelot who is the owner of Cable Busters! called me back in short order. the other place I called twice and never got a return call, so that made things simple. Bert set up a time that worked well for both of us and he came out and mounted my StarLink professionally, ran the wire through my wall to my Modem / Wireless Router and set the whole thing up for me. I could not be happier with the install. Later I cancelled my Comcast Xfinity Internet Provider and lived happily ever after.

I told her about an issue I am having where calls coming in while I am on the other line are telling people my number is disconnected. She looked at a couple of things on my phone and told me I needed to call the ATT help desk and that I would need to wait at least an hour before I talked to a person. She clearly didn't want to help me. Then I told her I needed a new iphone 15 for my son. She didn't let me know there were different versions. I was supposed to purchase the pro. I didn't realize it until the box was already open and saw that there were only 2 lenses on the back. She told me I would have to pay $55 to get the pro because she had already opened it. She asked if I had WiFi at home. When I told her yes she said "then you can go set the rest up at home". I told her I was not comfortable doing this and asked if she could please help. It was obvious that she didn't want to. We ran into an issue with transferring the cloud data over. She said I would have to call the cloud to resolve it because they weren't part of ATT. I kept saying that didn't sound right. We could clearly see that he had backed his phone up on the cloud (we have a family plan). She argued that it wasn't an automatic backup, that you have to manually set it up and that we must not have done this because nothing transferred over. This was despite the fact I found on my file that it showed a file size to transfer. She then started talking very slow to me (as if I had a learning disability) and kept saying it was like buying a car and someone makes different parts that you would have to go somewhere else to fix it. It was extremely humiliating. She obviously didn't want to help me and kept trying to get rid of me. I asked if I could speak to someone else to help me. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that she had been doing this over 10 years and that I just had to call the Cloud. I had to ask again for someone to help me. That's when Leslie walked by and said she would come help. Leslie figured out that we were using my son's iPad cloud id and not the phone one. Leslie took the time to get it all figured out and properly transferred.
