area where I thought my kids could be occupied and out of the way
    Darci Y.

update 2: So I went to transfer all of my files and such and get our new phones activated, but apparently something wasn't done in store that should have been. After spending 3+ hours using the chat support, we finally got both phones working. I also discovered that I was charged some additional fees for the "free" tablets that were part of some promotion... the fees were not made clear to me... but I guess I should have known better. So I removed a star... This location needs help. Online support was excellent tonight! They made sure they stayed with me until I was able to get both new phones working and a few other things the store associate said could not be done in store. They went over and above to help me. update: while the initial interactions were awful, Toby was a great associate who seemed very helpful and efficient. Had we just interacted with him. it would have been a much higher rating. Horrible manager experience. I wish I'd looked at this location's ratings prior to coming in. we came in and wandered for a good 5-10 min before I finally asked someone if there was a check in. apparently someone was suppose to be at the door and wasn't. so the associate I had asked checked me in.. 6 people ahead of me. ok... it is Black Friday... they should be prepared.... nope. waiting still and we've been here almost an hour. we had to bring our 4 kids with us (oldest is 8) and they didn't want them playing around the areas where they were out of the way and there is literally NOTHING they could damage. Robert, who informed us of this was very curt, and sadly, was the manager on duty.. If we weren't on a family plan we'd probably see how T-mobile is now. I get it... he probably doesn't have kids... but seriously, be kind to families.

We went for the highest T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 2 devices: a Gateway & WiFi Mesh Access Point was sent to us and we found switching over and installation to be quick and not difficult. The speed was to be about 200-300 mbps and ends up being about 135 mbps. Why the difference? Because our devices are wireless. Our everyday speed for internet and television streaming is adequate. The beloved T-Mobile customer service is VERY disappointing. For example, when addressing an issue, they said they will email me a link for a VISA gift card to be after 90 days of service. They did not send me the link and when inquired about it they told me it was too late. I told them I never got the link so it took me several calls, being on hold, and transferring me, and then giving me reassurance which ended up being just words and a few lies on what they told me and promised. This involved hours of phone time, and when they decided to enable me to still be eligible for the gift card, they told me it would take "10 weeks, plus or minus 7 additional business days from when it is approved". During this process I was told 3 times I would get a confirmation email, which I never got and also a call back pledge which I never received. So more lies. Gone are the days of their award winning customer service. Now I will be waiting to get the digital MasterCard gift card which I have my doubts about ever receiving. UPDATE: After jumping through hoops and waiting weeks, I DID receive the Promotional Digital MasterCard. To add insult to injury, my home security system has been giving me problems and after a 2 1/2 hour service visit they told me that my T-Mobile internet was inadequate for my security system making it's features unaccessible except for working only intermittently - great huh? I will consider switching from this service when feasible but now I cannot enthusiastically recommend using it.

This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last. If you value your phone, your money, or your time, avoid this place completely. There are plenty of legitimate wireless and repair shops in Phoenix that actually respect customers and stand behind their work. This is not one of them.

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

We arrived armed with skepticism and left totally awed by Alex Clark and the transparency of the experience. I have a gut instinct about people and Alex quickly won my trust. He explained every absolute detail known to man regarding the phones, the contracts, the options without pushing for a decision. There was no expectation to leave with new phones- he would give us the printed bid- yes you read that right-the PRINTED bid. In the past I have walked from upgrading my phone when I was presented with a multitude of verbal quotes-nothing in writing,-and promises my bill would be lower than my previous bill- but no definitive agreement. Not with Alex- he would have met with us all day answering any questions we had- we never felt rushed. What we did feel was respect, patience, clarity and actually joy as Alex continued to deliver both professionally and with his endearing enthusiasm. Yes we left with new phones, and several Verizon products. We hope Alex never leaves Verizon- but we know he is a gem and may be snatched up in another capacity. A plus for Alex and a minus for us. There was an issue with payment; the system didn't like the card or billing address. After all that I was told to go to a TMobile store. So I went to the store closest to my house, and they were busy and grouchy, the staff was. The customers all looked depressed. I left and went to the store at 1810 W Northern. Great experience! I was greeted immediately by a friendly and all around nice guy named Tigi. He seemed to really enjoy his job? He straightened things out for me and made some suggestions on how to get a phone to my grandson sooner, and with less hassle. He made appropriate calls to get my card accepted by the system. I wasn't in there long at all. The other customers in the store actually looked happy, too. It's getting harder to get friendly and helpful service in the current job market. Jobs are so plentiful that many employees act as though they are doing me a great favor by coming to work. So it was amazing to be waited on by someone who seemed to enjoy helping his customers!

I initially visited this store to open a new line and purchase a new phone, which was completed unsuccessfully. My partner, however, was already a T-Mobile customer and only wanted to upgrade her existing phone. Despite us clearly stating more than 10 times that we did not want to open a new line, the employee proceeded to create an entirely new line anyway. During the transaction, I noticed that the trade-in information appeared incorrect. Instead of showing the expected trade-in value, the system displayed a TCL tablet valued at only $40. When I questioned this, the employee repeatedly assured us that it was simply a "system glitch" and that everything would automatically correct itself. It never did. No trade-in credit was applied, and I ended up paying nearly $600 out of pocket that day. Before leaving, we specifically asked multiple times whether the pricing, trade-in credit, and account details would be corrected. We were repeatedly promised that everything would update properly. Unfortunately, that never happened. Two days later, I returned for assistance setting up my new phone. I had previously been told that the store would help transfer my data and move my number to the new device. The employee assisting me seemed unfamiliar with the transfer process and was unable to properly initiate it. In fact, I had to explain how to start the phone-to-phone transfer myself. Ultimately, she only helped me sign into my Apple ID and assured me that the rest of my data would transfer within 24 hours. A week later, nothing had transferred. I eventually visited another T-Mobile location, where the staff immediately identified several errors made by this store. Because of those mistakes, I was forced to return the phone and purchase another one. In the span of three days, I spent approximately $1,500 dealing with issues that should never have occurred in the first place. To make matters worse, when I returned to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was unavailable. At no point was I able to get meaningful assistance or accountability from management. Overall, the employees appeared poorly trained, provided inaccurate information, and made costly mistakes that resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss. This experience ended up costing me close to $2,000 and countless hours of frustration. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
