My husband and I purchased new iphones directly from Apple but were not able to get them to work as far as the phone part, so we first went to the Verizon store in Tradition. We are already customers of Verizon. Ryan was very nice but not able to help us because whatever was wrong had to be done at the corporate store. Kevin at the SLW Verizon, which is corporate, was able to fix it quickly and was very pleasant. He did, of course, suggest some items for us to buy, which we weren't interested in, but he did it very nicely. If we ever need to buy more stuff from Verizon, we will go to Kevin for sure. One note, get there early! We arrived before the place opened at 10am. At about 9:55, two more customers showed up. So that meant there were 4 customers even before this place opened. Kevin was able to fix our problem in about 15 minutes, and by the time we left, there had to be a dozen other customers there and only about 3 Verizon employees. read more

We have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and the coverage and service has consistently been going downhill for the last couple years. Purchased 2 new phones two weeks ago and it took 3 hours and a lot of frustration. Verizon sent a coupon for $15 off any new products. Tried to use it to buy a charger block today and they couldn't get the coupon code to work, they locked themselves out of the storage area. I gave up after 30 minutes. How hard is it to just buy a charger and use their code. I really liked the OLD Verizon. Please go back to being helpful, courteous and having great coverage and knowledgeable employees. read more

My wife purchased i phone from this store, they messed up phone so bad that nothing worked properly! After paying30$ for them to transfer daya to new phone. Came back to this store next day, they tried again, no luck! Finally after watching some employees laughing and snickering at customers! Behind their backs! We thought this was very un professional! We could not believe what we saw! We finally drove to west palm, Apple finally fixed phone. We are considering legalities. Driving 80 round trip miles to Apple. I had a good experience upgrading my iPhone a few years ago. I would have saved 40 minutes of my life going directly here today instead of trying the closer "authorized" Verizon store in Tradition. After the Tradition place wasted 30 minutes of my life, waiting for service and then disrespecting me by taking on a customer that came in 10 minutes after me, I drove out to this place and got my upgrade request taken care of in about 5 minutes. read more

BUYER BEWARD DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The managers and assistant managers are dishonest, lie, and are terrible at their jobs. I have had to deal with them previously, because they were the closest store to my mother, and she too always said she found they gave her the poor service, with bad attitudes. A bunch of times, over the years, they would tell her that she could come in for help with her phones and basic Verizon tablets I gave her because she was a senior and not great with technology. But each time she came in, they were rude and refused to help her. They even told her several times that they used to have small classes to show older customers how to use the Verizon technology, but that they didn't have it anymore, and that she was out of luck. Also, several times, with me, she came in that store, some time ago, looking to buy an iPhone, because she thought the talking to the phone feature would be easier for her. And, on several occasions, their staff and managers, IN MY PRESENCE, got frustrated with her, and told her several times that the phone wasn't for her, even though she could have paid for it, and it would have been a big sale for Verizon and the St. Lucie West store. Now again, today, I was given a difficult attitude, by their managers and assistant managers they refused to help me, to help my very disabled brother, with getting his phone set up, which he needs in his new group home, which has no landline, as well, as his part-time job on top of SSI, that he is bused to with senior transportation. I am a large business holder for Verizon, for MANY, MANY YEARS. So, now my brother is moving to a new group home, where he knows no one, without a phone. My brother, who was born prematurely and somewhat disabled, did work part-time and lived in Title 19 housing there, working for a store. but had a bunch of strokes, two years ago, when he almost died, and lost his independence, at a young age, forcing him into a group home. However, just so you can all see that is a definite pattern for that store, before the strokes, my learning-disabled and dyspraxic brother, used to come in the store for help with using the phones, because he too had trouble with technology. And, each time he came info the St. Lucie West store, the staff and managers would get frustrated with him and discriminate against help by not helping him either, telling him he should pay for help on how to use a Verizon Flip Phone, somewhere else. And today, the Manager with a name that sounded somewhat like Terell, who most definitely said he was the manager, one of the assistant managers, and one of the workers were all rude and unhelpful to me, and THE MANAGER THEN HUNG UP ON ME. My mother, whom they used to treat rudely, died a few months ago, and I am her trustee and my brothers' Power of Attorney, my brother is still mourning the loss of our mother who lived right near him in Florida and is dealing with moving into a new group home today, without a phone, for something I had already spent hours setting up with Verizon off my business account that I have had for MANY YEARS, as well as having Verizon cell phones personally, as long as they are business, and I am HUNG UP ON THE STORE MANAGER. He needs to be fired, immediately. How dare he act like that! How dare his staff and workers act like that. I had my mother go to this location, being that I have been a customer for so many years I figured I would try to get the $20 activation fee promotion like Verizon had online. I was on the phone with my mother and I told her to ask the Verizon specialist Randall and he immediately answered No, I then asked my mother that I wanted to speak with him and he immediately responded I don't have to speak to him I can't do anything about the activation fee. I told my mother to let him know that he was very disrespectful and that was very poor customer service. Don't know where he got his training from but I think he needs to retake that training. He claimed he was not trying to be nasty it's just he didn't want to touch the phone and I fully understand why, but at that point what he should've done was tell her to please place the call on speaker. BUY A PHONE FROM THE VERIZON STORE ON VILLAGE PARKWAY IN TRADITON I LOST MY PHONE I WENT IN THERE TO GET A NEW ONE I GOT AN I PHONE 8 The salesman who set up my phone told me everything on my old I phone 6s would transfer over I left the phone wouldn't let me make calls and only a few contacts transferred over. I had to go back to the store the same same salesman had to down load an app to transfer from cloud my phone contents and contacts over The only thing that transferred were contacts he told me I had to retstore all my data by hand I had done this many times when I had gotten a new phone I knew something was wrong next date I went to the Verizon store on Port St. Lucie blvd They fixed everything and all my data and apps that were transferred over worked perfectly from apple cloud They are a company store I didn't know that the Tradition store was an agent DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE read more
