The customer service was the worst I have experienced in my life. I felt physically threatened by…read morethe staff. When I asked to cancel a line for my hotspot (after I was told to do so from the telephonic customer service), he said, "I am going to be very frank with you. You do not get to come into my store and dictate what I will do for you." I immediately left and went to Annapolis -- who completed the task within 30 seconds. I am completely shocked. Do not use this store, think twice about using AT&T.

Horrible experience. I called them a week before to ask if they were running the free iPhone 8…read morepromo that was on AT&T's website; they said they were, and I always like to give my business to people in the store if possible. First, they insisted that I give them my Verizon account details. I made it clear with the first rep I dealt with that I was not trying to port over my Verizon phone number; I wanted a new number. It took a call to the manager to figure that out. The first rep finally got my new line set up. When he started the process for the iPhone 8, he asked which phone number I wanted to activate it on; I told him that I just added a line and was entitled to the free iPhone 8. He disagreed, with another employee in the store saying I had to add ANOTHER line in order to get the iPhone 8 for free. The first rep called his manager again, who backed up this policy, even though it says nothing about it in the fine print. I called AT&T while I was in the store and asked if they could give me the promotion. It took a few minutes, but the phone reps were able to set up my new line WITH my preferred 202 area code (which the store couldn't do), set up my free iPhone 8, and waive my activation fee because of my horrible store experience. I would warn AT&T customers, current and future, to avoid this location like the plague.

I contacted Bauer who said he did iPhones. He took one look and said come back in an hour! I did and $35 later I have a fully functional phone again! This is fabulous service.

Norman at Wye Oak Mobile Repair is top notch when it comes to customer service. He will give you a…read moreprice and stick to the price and commitment time for delivery. He is very honest. I was told by Best Buy and Asus that my laptops screen was unrepairable. Norman not only got right back to my message but had looked up a screen replacement, price and delivery time. He said i coukd mail it to him or bring it by. I chose to bring it by. He was on time and stuck to his price. Not bad for an unrepairable laptop. A year and a half later he repaired a corrupt file by remote access. If he can't do the job he will be honest and tell you. Norman is exceptional in my book.

The store itself looked nice but the employees were careless. It took almost twenty minutes before…read morewe were acknowledged after we had been obviously and pointedly looking into cell phones. Eventually we had to ask their help to explain some plans and we were told to research it a little bit and come back the next day. THEN after we decided for ourselves what we wanted and started getting rung up, we weren't asked if we needed phone protection, extra accessories, even the battery deal. Finally, the one gentleman nice enough to ring us up, while the other two were talking to friends or on the laptop, decided to make us take an extra half hour to get the phone turned on and ready because he forgot to originally. I've worked at the same Radioshack before and had much success making money by interacting with the customers. These people acted like they were annoyed and uninformed. I won't shop here for about another year when there's a whole new set of employees.
