This was total waste of time. I wanted to upgrade my phone…read moreknew exactly what I wanted and had researched ahead of time. The only rep there and his name tag said trainee . I told him what I wanted and waited until he came up with a price $35 more than what it should be. His manager came out helping someone else. When I told the trainee there must be something someone could do because I knew he was wrong but he said no. The manager should have assisted. I guess I'll do it on line . But what a waste of time and disappointment. I won't go back nor recommend this store.

Let me start off by saying this as simply and eloquently as I can--AT&T sucks! This company, once a…read moretitan of telecommunications, has plummeted to depths of incompetence, greed, and customer neglect that are nothing short of infuriating. From the moment I switched to AT&T with my brand-new iPhone, I've been met with a cascade of failures that make me question how this company still operates. If you're considering AT&T, run--don't walk--away from this dumpster fire of a provider. Let's begin with their jaw-dropping audacity at the store level. On day one, their so-called "professionals" managed to break the glass on my new iPhone during setup. Instead of owning their mistake, they had the gall to demand I pay a $10 warranty claim fee to fix their blunder! After hours of arguing, endless transfers to clueless representatives, and enough aggravation to age me a decade, they finally agreed to cover it. This wasn't customer service; it was a hostage negotiation. That set the tone for the nightmare that is AT&T's service, and it's only gotten worse. The actual service quality? Abysmal. Dropped calls are a daily ritual, as reliable as the sunrise. Whether I'm in the middle of a critical work call or trying to connect with family, AT&T's network seems to take pride in cutting out at the worst possible moment. The signal strength is a cruel joke--bars vanish in areas where competitors thrive, leaving me stranded in a digital dead zone. For a company that claims to be a leader in telecommunications, their network performs like it's stuck in the dial-up era. Shoddy doesn't even begin to describe it; it's an insult to the very concept of connectivity. Then there's their customer service--or rather, the complete absence of it. Calling it a "joke" is too kind; it's a masterclass in frustration and futility. Their online chat feature is a blatant scam, designed to waste your time. Every single one of the three chat options--yes, all three--leads to a dead end, smugly instructing you to call their hotline instead. Why even bother with a chat system if it's just a digital middle finger? When you do call, you're funneled through a labyrinth of automated menus and hold music that could double as torture in a dystopian novel. If you're lucky enough to reach a human, they're either powerless or indifferent, parroting scripted nonsense that resolves nothing. Escalating to their so-called "leadership" is like shouting into a void. These mythical supervisors are apparently too busy to speak with the customers they claim to serve. I've begged, pleaded, and demanded to speak with someone from their corporate offices, only to be met with silence or excuses. AT&T's leadership hides behind their call center minions, refusing to engage with the very people keeping their business afloat. It's cowardice dressed up as policy, and it's a disgrace for a company that dares to call itself a "class organization. "The cherry on this rancid sundae? The spam call epidemic. Since switching to AT&T, my phone has become a magnet for marketing and robocalls--up to 50 per day! When I raised this issue, expecting some semblance of concern, AT&T shrugged it off like I was complaining about the weather. Their solution? Change my number--for a lovely fee of $36! That's right: they refuse to address the root cause of the spam (likely their own leaky systems) and instead want to gouge me for daring to seek relief from their failures. It's a predatory tactic that proves AT&T cares more about squeezing every penny out of its customers than delivering a shred of value. It's mind-boggling to think AT&T pioneered telecommunications. They've squandered that legacy, devolving into a greedy, incompetent mess that excels only at disappointing its customers. From their unreliable network to their nonexistent customer support, from their shameless fees to their utter disregard for privacy and security, AT&T fails at every turn. They're not just bad--they're a case study in how to alienate and exploit customers while pretending to be a premium provider. Save yourself the misery and choose literally any other carrier. AT&T deserves zero stars, but since one is the minimum, that's all they'll get.
