Terrible customer service. 3.5 hours to switch phones and they were still unable to complete the task. Left me alone after 2.5 hours, I had no help. I left the store with no phone service. Customer service reps were on their phones doing I don't know what. They told me that people threaten to use other providers and wind up coming back anyway. They have an entire branch that deals with returning customers. It's a garbage company with a good product. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! You walk in and all the employees are standing around talking like it's a hangout spot. You'll also get told on the phone that it will be free to swap data from an old phone to a new phone, you get there and a smug prick named Derrick I believe wants to tell you that you must pay $30 to swap data per line. Derrick will continue to laugh at you and act like his job as a Verizon employee is a joke. Although he didn't tell me that all I had to do was turn both phones on and hit swap data and answer a few questions. Complete money grab, terrible way to treat your customers of over 25 years. Will never be returning to the rock hill Verizon store because of its pitiful customer service. I would recommend to go to any other branch than rock hill even if it means driving to another town. I should of waited to post a review til all services were rendered. That same day, at check out, the phone we wanted was unavailable. So Eric had called to different stores and they were out of stock as well. We left for lunch and came back. The store was extremely busy and we were not helped until an hour later. We decided to just get our phone number transferred to another phone we had. The other salesperson who helped us could not understand that we were waiting for over and hour and was a compete jerk. Visited this store yesterday to get help with my phone. There were six employees sitting around laughing and talking. No customers in this store. I was met in the parking lot by one employee, obvious that he did not want me to come in. While sitting at the desk separated by Plexiglass, one of the employees, Rachel, approached me demanding me to raise my mask to cover my nose in a very threatening tone. Her behavior was unacceptable. She yelled at me more than once to get out. I have never had such treatment by anyone like this before. Verizon customer for more than twenty years. read more

Do not go to this Verizon store (2143 Mana Ct)-or even consider passing on Verizon completely. My MIL got two new phones in November 2019 after a sales associate at this store told her and my FIL that they'd receive two $25 credits each month with a discount. They weren't ready to purchase new phones, but this caught their eye (of course) and with a bit of convincing from this associate, they signed. They were assured the discount would be applied after two billing cycles, and to call back if there was any issue. Fast forward, they've been faced with "I'm sorry, the associate lied to you" and now they're stuck with a 2-year contract, costing over $600 dollars. This is horrible customer service, and it's borderline criminal. When they asked to get their old phones back, they were told it's impossible and they're not able to do anything for them. My in-laws are obviously upset and are left footing the bill because of an incompetent, lying representative. I'm posting this because I hope that others will head this warning and consider another store, or even another company altogether. Don't fall for any tricks, schemes or other sales tactics from this location. If the deal sounds too good, it likely is. Don't go here. read more

My husband and I were at Verizon this morning to purchase a new iPhone; as my iPhone 4 is outdated. We were greeted by Vonna; who was so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind! Vonna was amazing! She answered all my questions; provided exceptional instruction, and made the process so easy! Phone has been acting wonky for a while. Three trips to the Verizon store yielded no helpful advice and conflicting diagnoses (Virus? Software failure? Obsolete model? and "I don't know. Just buy a new phone."). I then received a replacement phone under warranty and it arrived without a sim card, a battery, or a back panel. It's looks like a half constructed Lego figurine. However, the replacement phone did come with a scary warning to "return old phone in five days or pay $500." So I took both phones to the local Verizon store to have my data transferred and the customer service reps wouldn't event talk to me. They handed me a piece of paper and marched me out the door. I got back to my office and read the paper. The instructions require the two phones to work simultaneously -- which, shockingly, requires having two batteries. I have spent two hours on the phone (landline) with Verizon technical support trying to get solid answers and have my data transferred. Not how I wanted to spend the day... I am also seriously rethinking my family's relationship with Verizon. read more

Worst experience of my life! My sales consultants name was Matthew. He threw everything at me telling me how great of a deal it was which I get it he needs to make money but he was a complete jerk when I didn't want a mophie juice pack or a set of beats or a smart watch. Like dude. I came here for a phone I know what I want and I want to get out in a timely fashion. He was SO rude because I was on the phone with the person I was buying the phone for. Every time he offered me something like a screen protector I would ask my bf on the phone if he wanted it. We didn't get ANY accessories because they are WAY over priced. And Matthew LIED to me when he told me they "Don't make that kind of case for this phone because of the edge screen" which is complete BULL because my bf had the Galaxy s6 edge and had that particular case. He just wanted to sell me the only cheap case he had. If I wasn't there buying a gift for my bf and it was for me, I would have walked out. I will never return here! God please save yourselves and DO NOT work with Matthew. read more

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. I went in with a bleeding LCD display, thinking I'd have to pay $200 to get it fixed or buy a cheaper phone but they helped me find out that I could get my same phone, but brand new free because of a one year warranty. I'm so glad I went to them first instead of a phone repair place. Saved me $200! read more

I went in here to add a phone to my account for my daughter. I wanted to get one with the locator so I could find her whenever I wanted. The people in here told me I could use the locator and have the internet blocked at the same time. they also told me that I could use the locator even if my daughter had the phone turned off. So after going home and finding out that that was not true and they basically was just telling me what i wanted to hear, I had to go back and get the internet unblocked to use the locator. Next, I found out that the locator does not work when the phone is off. I then added 2 locations on the locator thing in order for me to recieve text messages when my daughter leaves or arrives from home and school. She leaves for school at 7:45 am and I get a text telling me about 10:30am. Then periodicaly through the day it texts me and says my daughter is leaving and arriving at school. It's basically a worthless application. Don't rely on anybody that works here. they just want to sell a phone and don't have any problems lying to you to make the sale. read more
