    I came in to get a new phone because my current one was unusable. Luckily, I got paired with Waleed. Waleed is a legend. He is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and truly cares about the customers. Waleed could have easily just sold me the latest phone and I could have spent $1000+ on the spot. Instead, Waleed took the route of professionalism and ethics. He informed me that I had insurance on my current phone and instead of spending $1000+ for a new phone, I could spend $99 and get a new verision fo my current phone. I cant't explain how much that means to me and probably most customers. A couple days later when I had troube transferring my ESIMS he amde sure I was helped promptly and properly. Appreciate you big dawg. See you when its time for a free upgrade!

    Verizon said I never had an appointment on the 20th . Here is the proof they refused to acknowledge or look at.

I originally had a Logitech solar keyboard that was impossible to replace the (rechargeable) battery on. David at the Geek Squad repair desk did the nearly impossible, and carefully coaxed out the tiny drawer needed to swap out the dead battery. SO relived! I'm pretty tech-y, but the K750 keyboard is notorious for making it near-impossible to get drawer out. David may well be our next King Arthur, for pulling out that stuck micro-Excalibur! On my way out, I spied a really nice floor-model large appliance I was in the market for, and am going back today to check that out. (I'm not telling you which one, because I want it!) One thing I've learned lately was to replace an older appliance before it breaks! Glad Best Buy is still local. You just can't depend on getting everything online. Two thumbs way up!

When I stopped in someone was ranting at the security guard; someone else was standing outside the store on the street screaming and insulting anyone walking by. It feels decidedly unsafe. Even worse, since their Broadway entrance/exit seems to be permanently locked, you have to leave through the parking lot, where a lot of these folks seem to congregate. I really wish Target would do a better job of working with the city to make this location safer and easier to visit.

This Target has a CVS pharmacy inside. I have picked up my Rxes here on occasion. The staff here are very friendly! This is not my usual CVS pharmacy, but when my CVS pharmacy doesn't have my meds, I am directed to this one inside Target. There is a very small parking lot adjacent to the store entrance.

    Amazing customer service from Damaris at the front office to Rudy, the printer specialist…read more Unfortunately my movers did not read the "this side up" on my printer box and had it on its side without me noticing until a day later. Everything printed came out pink and yellow. Signal was recommended by the Brother printer website for repairs and after reading great reviews, I contacted them. Their professionalism was remarkable because Damaris did not hesitate to recommend a competitor if I needed an immediate repair because their printer tech Rudy was out I'll. I preferred to wait 3 days and I'm so glad I did! Rudy came to my door to pick up at exactly the scheduled time, I got a call 2 days later with the entire prognosis as well as recommendations for a later maintenance (they did not push for any additional service). Upon delivery a day later, Rudy stayed to show me that everything worked and printed out the entire maintenance report. I highly recommend then for any of your computer needs.

You can trust them with your data AND your business. My System76 machine developed an issue in the LCD controller board out of warranty. Signal Electronics found an OEM part, ordered it, and installed in about 8 days between Christmas and the first days of January. When it turned out that the replacement part had a spec of dirt obscuring some pixels (which I thought were dead), they ordered a replacement free of charge. When the replacement was the wrong size (wrong part!), they sent it back and ordered from a new supplier. I picked up the machine today and the screen is PERFECT. So yeah -- if you need to fix your PC, Mac, or Linux machine -- these are the droids you're looking for :)

I called on a Friday, they came and picked up the TV. I paid $60 forr the diagnostic fee and was told they would call me back on Monday with a status. Monday morning rolls around and they call telling me they need to order parts to fix it and it will take 3-5 days. They quote me a price which I was expecting and said OK. The very next Monday they called me and said that they determined that they could not fix it because it was the panel not the power supply like they first thought. They delivered it back to my home 30 minutes later with no additional charges. Of course I still have a non working TV, but that is not their fault. They didn't charge me for the parts they had to order or anything. I was very happy with the service. They called when they said they would and did not try to screw me over. All in all, total time they had my TV was 9 days, the diagnostic fee included pick up and delivery (very happy about this as a 60" TV is not something you easily transport), and they were straight forward and friendly.

Today for Black Fri/Cyber Mon, their website shows 75% off til 12/1/25. I created the giftwraps I wanted on their website just uploading pics from my phone, & chose my pickup location. Even during the week of Thansgiving, my order was ready in 48 hours! I did place another order & they called me to tell me their poster printer broke so they had to send my order out for printing. My lead time is about a week for that, no big deal. I could have chosen pickup at a different location whose poster printer was working, & I likely would already have been able to get it. They have choices to upload your own design, or use their designs & upload pics. They all came out so cute!! I'm going to do this every year!

Not just because it is archaic but more importantly, every little thing I need fix (tune) required me to call my dealer who charges an arm and a leg. One day, all my speakers died, so I called my dealer, and they wanted my first born. So I decided to venture out and I found Definition AV. 1st, their service call price is very reasonable. They diagnosed the problem (the Amp died) surgically, but what's great about them is that they asked a lot of questions to truly understand my use cases. They recommended me to switch half of my system to SONOs and leave my living room TV's 5.1 audio system alone since it was still working. My previous dealer would had never recommended that because SONOs is more DIY and they would not be able to charge as much service money. Before they left, they even tuned up my 5.1 system just because they found some misconfigurations on they way. It sounded WAY better. I got the quote, the price is very reasonable and they came out quickly and upgraded my system. Now, my system works way better and I can use my voice control (my main method of controlling everything else in the house) to activate any speakers or speaker groups. I'll be a returning customer!
