People like Alyssa makes a huge impact difference when it comes to delivering the experience and to make things right and make it happen. I dealt with AT&T over the phone about five times and I couldn't get it remove, just the worst experience and the customer service is horrible. Thanks to Alyssa I'm still with at&t! At this store they wanted to charge me a restocking fee, but also refused to honor the original price, wanting an extra $395. When I questioned this, the salesman became angry, rude and belligerent. He refused to give me his name. The manager came over and was somewhat calmer and did give some useful information , but he was not exactly polite. He told me to call AT&T at 611. I told him I had already done that (51 minutes online) and they had referred me back to the local store. I expressed my frustration at getting the runaround. They said if I did not leave the store immediately they would call Security.

I've been with Tmobile for 8 1/2 years and have a business account with them. It's a very small business so every dollar matters and I was dealing with an issue that could impact my bill for two cycles. Store manager Josh Gaffney stepped up immediately with gracious professionalism neutralize my frustration very quickly and made it clear that solutions would be forthcoming. I watched as he coached a team member through the steps of how to handle a situation like mine and he was a very clear, methodical thoughtful mentor Sharing system sensitive insight with the staff member as well as technical wisdom. I learned from observing him. Sometimes these things can take a very long time, because of Josh's assistance the whole issue took less than half an hour. There was a follow up step necessary and he indicated he would make sure to until completion if I needed to return to the store. I appreciate it professional as well as his knowledge and felt respected and seen in the wake of what would otherwise have been a frustrating and time-consuming issue. Many thanks for having a leader like him at the helm of a busy local store to demonstrate exemplary customer service.

On the first day, we spent about 4 hours setting up service. We were told that for two lines plus a promotional extra line, the total monthly cost would be around $145, and with my husband's Boeing employee discount (15%), it would be about $119. Based on this information, we decided to switch 3 lines from AT&T (where we were paying about $136/month) to T-Mobile, especially because we were told their international travel plan was good. However, after going home and calling to confirm our travel plan right before our trip, we discovered our actual bill was $171, with no discount applied. We felt misled. Because we were about to leave the country, we rushed back to the store to fix the issue and add an international plan. The store wasn't busy, and the manager on duty, José (who refused to provide his last name), was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I politely explained that we were in a rush to catch an international flight and urgently needed help fixing our phone plan. Since we had already waited 4 hours the day before and needed all family members present, I asked if he could at least start assisting us while we waited for our son to arrive. He simply said "no," with a hostile attitude, and told us to go to another store--even after seeing how anxious and stressed we were. He showed no willingness to help in a time-sensitive situation. We were left without support and had to go back to AT&T, where we waited another 4 hours to restore our previous service. This entire situation cost us many hours, unnecessary stress, and disrupted our travel plans. This experience was unacceptable. The lack of transparency in pricing and the poor customer service--especially from a manager--were shocking. We will not return to T-Mobile after this experience. If I could, I'd give 0 stars for this person.

I've had a change to chat with security staff at the front and some, former military are super caring and kind. I feel super safe around northgate. Given the fentanyl and crime rate in the area this extra level of safety reassures me. The store is always clean and well displayed and the staff are knowledgeable. I think this store attracts a specific personality type and I noticed that some staff focus more on the specs of an item rather than focusing on the customer. It's hit or miss. Having come from sales and the service industry, I think that the emotional iq aspect could improve. I'm not giving this location a bad rating. I hope that my feedback can serve as a learning opportunity if you want. For example, I often have to find an associate to find something if there isn't one at the front by security. Sometimes, the staff will speak as if I am knowledgeable about tech and I hope the staff person can ask me what my knowledge of tech is first before processing. Value is fine. The Best Buy regional number gave misadvised me and I the staff seemed clueless at this location. I still like shopping here and they randomly have a good selection of toys.
