I made an appointment but unfortunately the store was quite busy and I had to wait for a long time to receive help. That being said, the manager was doing his best to attend to everyone and he really went out of his way to help me with my problem. He was very professional and I can tell he really cares about helping people solve their issues, which is a nice change of pace from most corporate entities. Be aware that this location may not honor the appointment through Verizon, it's more on first-come-first-serve basis. He was running the store solo but he was always polite and professional even with some hostile and unfriendly customers, all while juggling other customers. BEWARE SCAMS! I went in for a phone upgrade, and they told me they'd throw me some "freebies" and gave me a screen protector, a charging block, and a case (twice using the word "Freebies" about them). They told me the total for "today's out-the-door fee" and I asked what specifically it was covering, and they said I was only being charged for sales tax, transfer fee, and activation fee. I asked for an itemized invoice since they didn't give me a receipt, and the price seemed really high, and I saw I was charged $160 for the three "freebies." I had already left when I saw the receipt, so I called Verizon, who had no record of the three items on their end, and suggested I go back in case it was a local promo and an accident that I got charged. Went back to the store and asked what happened. They got really squirmy and said, "Did I say freebies?" (they did, multiple times). They said they could return 2 of the items for me (not the screen protector since they had already put it on), which I declined since they had offered me the free items earlier so I wanted a refund and the items. Then they said they'd give me more free stuff instead of a refund (again no). Then tried to refund for less than the full amount. Went back and forth for a good 5 minutes and finally got the full refund and the items they gave me for "free." The whole thing was very shady. Clearly they pull this scam on unsuspecting customers since they didn't show me a breakdown of the cost until I asked for it, and then got very shifty about giving me a refund. Reported to the BBB! Very disappointing. My phone broke when I was traveling and I needed a quick replacement. They worked hard to upsell me, didn't give me anything that showed how they calculated my payment so I have no idea if it's right but, worse, committed to calling about one thing that was left undone and didn't. There is no way to call or email them - even Verizon customer support can't figure out how to contact them. Unfortunately, the thing that is undone potentially exposes my personal data. ***WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE*** The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because negative stars are not an option. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before walking in here but after being desperate to get a working phone (insurance had sent me a broken phone) I walked into this store. Apparently what happened to me has happened to a couple other people. The salespersons name Random Haug. When I was in the store he blatantly lied to me about my purchase. He did what any salesperson would do and up-sold me on a "basically free" iPad because I upgraded my iPhone. The only fee for the iPad was to be $20 and it would come with FREE data/line for two years at which I can cancel the data if I do not want to continue paying for it. Now, I don't need an iPad- I have a macbook and iphone and a work laptop but I mean $20 for a device like this, you are thinking whats the catch right? Well I asked for clarity multiple times, asked him to confirm multiple times that ALL I would be paying is $20. This is where someone who was raised to be ethical would then say, actually it's only a $150 rebate and you will not only be responsible for $25 monthly payments towards the total cost of the device for 24 months but you will also be responsible for paying a $10 line fee AND the data is not free it is deducted from the family plan data that is being paid for. You guessed it, he did NOT tell me this. Luckily, I logged into my Verizon account and low and behold there is a new device monthly fee and a new line fee on my account that I was told would not be on there. Once I realized how duped I was, I called the store to get clarity and a copy of the promotional agreement and Dylan said he could not do that for me and that there is no way to show me the contract terms I agreed to but he could print a copy of the charges and I could pick it up in store. I then said this is not helpful and I was lied to and I want to get to the bottom of this and if I was in fact sold something I did not know I was buying I would return my iPad and he said that's fine but I will have to charge you a restocking fee. I want to explain this was not Dylan's fault (he was there the day Random sold me the iPad), but he could have been more helpful on the phone with a customer who was wronged by his co-worker- tisk tisk, Dylan. I called Victra corporate support, thank you Rose you are wonderful, and she helped me get a copy of the charges and called the store to let them know I would be coming to return my iPad and phone case. They took my return and gave me an itemized receipt when I left. The district manager was there, Michael Mata, and I let him know the scam his employees were running. His initial response was "did you get it in writing?" which is so rude but at this point absolutely laughable. Michael- the correct response when a customer is telling you these issues is, "I am so sorry that happened to you I will be sure to look into this right away and let me know how else I can help you" and to actually do SOMETHING about it. Hopefully this is helpful to a future shopper I will NEVER work with this reseller again. read more

Great Location! Went to diagnostics on my Droid Turbo, sadly it was beyond repair but Dylan set me up with some great deals! After letting him know my price limit I came out with a Tab 4 8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8, screen protector and a case for only $160 after the discounts and negotiations! He was super responsive to all my concerns (battery life, glass durability, camera) and laid all the information he could on the table. This goes for protector warranties, first month and after fees, warning me about the $10 tablet data coverage can be canceled after one month & about the one time activation fees. He also switched his monitor around so I could see the breakdown of costs before signing on to this new phone! Literally the worst place I ever been. The first time my wife and I went to the store we were there for over 5 hours as the manager struggled to set up a new family plan for us. It was just painful. Fast forward a year. It's time for our upgrades so we go back to the store despite our previous poor experience. It turns out that during our contract set up, the manager Lee listed one of our device numbers incorrectly and we weren't allowed to update our phones. I was told that everything would be taken care of and we would be able to update soon after spending 2 hours at the store. Fast forward two weeks. I have still heard nothing from them. The manager gave me his personal cell number to text if I had any questions, I texted him and went 48 hours with no response. I eventually ended up just calling Verizon customer service and they fixed everything for me in a matter of 30 minutes (most of which was waiting on hold). DO NOT GOVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS. FANTASTIC AND BRAND NEW TEAM! This store recently has been taken over by new management and, let me tell ya, they go and above and beyond to make sure that your experience is excellent. I know quite a few peoole have had poor experiences with the previous management (myself included), however, the new attitude and new staff has completely transformed the store. Today, I went in with the intention of merely starting a new account and I walked out with that and then some--all for the better. A gentleman by the name of Dylan was my sales person and he was charismatic, efficient, and precise. All of his instructions and insight were clear and to the point, he never left me guessing! Thanks to his knowledge and customer expertise I was able to walk out with a new account, new phone, and a new iPad while only having spent $4.03 in store. With that, he didn't miss a beat and went over my upcoming bills in detail to make sure I knew what to expect. Even with all that, my monthly bill is barely over what I expected. This whole new team is approachable and eager to do whatever works best for you! Their service is individualized and uplifting. This was a Great Verizon facility with excellent customer service people until January 17. All of those people are gone. Now the staff ignores you and then they take a minimum of 30 minutes just to get a simple payment, especially if you are a pre - paid customer. They act as though you are really putting them out being a customer and all. Sometimes you go in and no one is there, which usually means they are hiding in the back and they know you are there since there are cameras and a loud buzzer when you go through the door. Last month I waited over an hour because the staff that was trying to help another customer let that customer take a personal call that lasted 45 minutes WITHOUT excusing themselves to help other customers while that person had their very loud and very personal call about an art gallery, their grand children and wanting to get with the person on the other end for lunch, knowing full well there were 3 other customers waiting. The worst staff member is Kirby, he talks over you, doesn't listen to what you are telling him so you end up repeating yourself 3 - 4 times and gives you the wrong information. I know of at least 7 people who have complained to management about this guy and yet he's still employed there. Unfortunately he's there full time. Yesterday I got there at 5 and he simply put a sign up that said "Back at 6". Absolutly no customer service anymore. It's to the point where I will have to go to an extremely inconvienent location and I am considering terminating the "service" all together. ATT has far better customer service. read more

I strongly suggest that nobody go to this store for their phone. I was told that the $136.33 I paid at the time was for taxes and a month plan payment. The receipt was emailed. They charged me $49.99 for a screen/phone protector that I didn't receive. They also charged me $29.99 to set up a service plan that I didn't ask for. Verizon cancelled the plan on my request, but the set up fee remained. I spoke to someone at the store who assured me that they would credit my card, but they didn't. read more

I absolutely hate going into any Verizon store. I have had horrible interactions in the past. This was hands down my favorite experience at Verizon. Not only did I get a new phone, I also changed my service to my partners (which made our monthly bill cheaper) and we changed our data plan. While it took a very long time, Long Lee, who goes by Lee, was so helpful. He was patient with us and explained things really well. He didn't try to bamboozle us he was straight up about everything. He went out of his way to get money off a down payment by using my old broken phone. He was efficient and had a great personality. Instead of wanting to scream at how long it was taking (which was my fault for doing so many things at the wrong time of the billing cycle) we were making jokes the whole time. Hello, I've been with Verizon since 1999 or so and the service today at the Capital Hill branch was insulting he told the reason my Gmail wasn't working was because we were behind in our billand we were going to get cut off as he spun his screen around to show me, I said my wife's email and my daughter's email was fine, he barked back that they will have problems soon. I called my wife in front of him and she said she had made arrangements for Monday, he barks again about paying your bill or we will get cut off. His store was smelly and needed some fresh air, when I came in he was sitting on a stool and barely could stand up I think I interrupted a nap . He stated he was %90 sure that's why my Gmail was having problems. Leong Lee, the store manager, lied to us about a Black Friday deal they had going. We called Verizon who called the store (witch is a subsidiary not an official Verizon store) and found out that the manager had applied our down payment that we paid for our phone had actually been used for accessories that he said were free as part of a bundle to make commission. Upon returning to the store and asking how the other employees could stand there while the manager lied to us they said "put yourself in our shoes, that is our manager". He asked for my name and wouldn't write it down, even though it was spelled to him out loud 3 times. He remained unhelpful and someone else had to help me with my frustration.
