Next, I asked if they can fix the problem with my internal mic because my students can not hear me when during class on Zoom. They did not offer to look at it to see what might be the problem and told me that I could buy an external microphone." Without even confirming the exact problems my internal mic is having. I mean, I was not even asked to open the MBA just so we could take a quick look together. Instead, they told me to go to their Tukwilla store, (cause that's where repairs happen) and that labor is $95 an hour). Their care was at best, uninterested to completely nonplussed with anything I had to ask. What a total bummer. The two men didn't give a fvk about my questions but suggested I buy products from them. This place came highly recommended and not only will I never give these people my money but I will also never recommend anybody to waste their time here unless you look like them. They may even ask you to turn on your laptop and show them what's going on with your computer if you look like them. But I straight up got the nicca treatment. Oh well. Skip Re-PC and find another maybe even smaller computer repair spot.

I called but the person on the phone was completely unsympathetic and very short with me - said I would need to contact the printer manufacturer, which I did (took nearly an hour to reach a live body) but the upshot is Office Depot sold me the wrong cartridge. When I got the correct product info from the mfg rep I went back to Duffas Despot and was met by a confrontational sales rep who charged me for the correct cartridge. What a disgusting experience. I'll never shop there again, despite having an Office Depot Preferred Customer status. Eff that. They're less than useless.

You want to make the assumption that if someone is working somewhere, they know the product they're selling through and through. But that's rarely the case these days. However, the staff here really knows the inner workings and little details about the bags that you didn't know you wanted to know. It's great! On top of that, while the service is great, it isn't super salesy. I just felt like I was learning about the bag or luggage I was looking at. Lastly, while there is a security guard up front, he doesn't make customers feel uneasy or uncomfortable looking around, touching things, and shopping. I barely noticed he was there besides the hello and goodbye that were said. There are a few high-end shops around that don't get this balance right, and it's a shame.

I needed a SIM replacement since mine failed (an unusual failure modality, but it does happen). Jason was VERY knowledgeable (we even talked about LTE bands, their frequencies, and 4G vs 5G on technical merits). I was expecting to pay something at the end for the above and beyond service I received and was told there was no charge. So they left me no choice but to leave this 5-star review :) If anyone from T-Mobile is looking at these, this is why I am a T-Mobile customer: People like Jason who are incredibly competent. In retrospect, I would have left a $20 tip had I thought of it at the time. PLEASE take care of people like this so they want to stay with your company.
