Haven't dealt with this specific store. Either go to the Brazil or Greencastle store and have not had any real issues with them. Are fairly knowledgeable and willing to help. Is the only network that we can get reliable service from in the area. read more

Visited this store with my husband and our two sons to purchase two new phones. The customer service (only female working) was absolutely terrible. She was rude and extremely arrogant. I have worked in sales for 30 years and this is one of the worst salesperson I think I have ever encountered. My sons were even shocked at how she treated us as her customers. read more

Visited this store to get assistance with a phone that isn't operating correctly. The person "helping" us demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and couldn't be bothered to care. The entire visit he was sarcastic and rude. I was treated like an idiot for asking questions about my options and not knowing how to file an insurance claim (have never had to file one previously). I honestly left in shock at the entire experience. I wasn't mad I drove over an hour for help or that my options weren't great. What was upsetting was being treated so poorly for even trying to get assistance in the first place on my device. read more

Customer service was terrible my mom was in the hospital and I shattered my phone and the lady we spoke to over the phone said my mom could give verbal consent to pick up my phone and we got to the store and the manager would not allow me to get my phone and I told him my situation and even called my mom and the Verizon rep we spoke to and gave him every information he needed besides my blood type and I was still not able to get my phone I paid for. read more

This place always seems to have a ton of staff and is always busy. The environment is layout of this store is slick, updated marketing, contemporary in feel. Someone will greet you and get you logged in to speak with one of their reps upon your arrival. The look and greeting are consistent with their brand across the country, I would presume. I had cause to walk into this Verizon store on three occasions the last month. Each time, the team is welcoming and helpful. They are in the business of selling products and services, so be firm on what you need, your price point parameters and make them sell you on Verizon. The truth is that AT&T and others want your business as well. The Verizon team wants your business though, so give them a chance and stop by and see them. I had to solve some issues with my 72 year old mothers basic flip phone. They were patient with her. They resolved all issues and also were able to knock down her rate from $40 to $17.05 a month. Rates and plans change all the time, so it is always good to pop in and find out what might be available to you with your plan and circumstance. It took about an hour of being in the store to solve our challenges, but worth the wait. They assisted us each step of the way and we left happy. read more

I forgot to post about this when it happened, but they should NOT be able to get away with treating their customers like doo doo. I was one of the people that bought the note 7 as soon as it came out. I loved that phone! But that's besides the point. During the replacement process nobody ever knew anything. That's all well and good, but when the time came for the complete recall, I was treated very rudely! I was actually told by the employee (I think his name was Johnny) that they get paid on commission, so he doesn't get paid to help me with my issue... He told me to call 611 instead. Well, he (any nobody else) at that store will make any commission off me. I'm only doing my business online from now on. EXPECT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. read more

Worst Customer Service EVER! I only wanted to pick up a SIMcard (willing to purchase one even).. The general manager said absolutely not only if we have your phone and activate it for you! (Traveling and don't have phone on me-so not an option and customer service *611 ADVISED me to go there) General Manager said sorry No phone No Sim... Yet I went to the franchised location in the mall and that associate said NO PROBLEM - $20 later SIM card in hand and happy customer. DO NOT GO TO CORPORATE LOCATION - the General Manager is NOT willing to assist in any way! ONLY go to Franchised locations where your business is VALUED!! Went in today to get a new iPhone and the guy that helped me (Mike) was super nice and made everything so easy for me. I had to make my own month to month plan and he had my phone set up and ready to go and had me out the door in no more than 20 min. Excellent service very satisfied. I'm not a technologically inclined person. I am easily overwhelmed with options and gadgets. On all 3 occasions I have visited this location the door was opened for me by an associate who immediately provided assistance and navigating the issue at hand was simple. They are not pushy or manipulative. On two occasions it seemed the person helping me may not have been there very long, but they solved the difficulties efficiently. It is a pain to get in the parking lot though. read more
