First off i will never go to this location again they weren't very helpful I went across to the other store and finally just had to order my phones:-) ..... Verizon service is excellent by all means, I have no complaints but this location was a different experience than the one I visit normally and then they tried to make me feel bad about going anywhere else, cause I have always gone to the other store before, and thought it was all the same, but I was looking for an iPhone 6 and there is another verzion store that I go to across the the way on campus, but they didn't have any on hand, so when I went to the store I was greeted and waited 30 minutes before somebody helped me... Wow I saw several people standing around doing nothing when I felt they could have been doing some kind of help with customers around and when I finally spoke with 1 of the sales reps I let him know that I was looking for an iphone 6 and the store across the way said they didn't have any and I let them know thinking it's all Verizon RiGHT? And let them know that so maybe they noted my account agent they ask me to check across the way over on 19th, and then when I mention it they automatically start saying that was not areal Verizon, and it kinda made me feel like I was being ripped off from the other place this whole time because we were not being sold phones from corporate location and they charged us more over there, but which turned out to be a complete BS lie, so basically I didn't feel like they helped me and then made me feel like I made a bad choice in where I bought my phones before This is all verzion I thought or why would they have all l verzion logo system so this upset me so that's when I found out that these corporate employees are just the same as the other store across the street except for its franchised out so i usually go to that one and I will continue to go they're fun now on, the one on campus is a lot more helpful and I don't have to wait and feel bad for where I previously buy my phones from, and these corporate stores they so called say they are able to help you out better made me think twice about ever going here again they seemed like they were just trying to get rid of it me after I mentioned where I normally get my phones I will never go back to to this so called corporate store, my experiences with this corporate store made me write this review. I hate Verizon. This was the straw that got us to switch carriers . My boyfriend got the buy1 get I "FREE" back in October . Store rep said we needed to open a new line to get "free, " phone so we did . Then he said that we needed to keep phone for 6 months before we cancel service . Had to be a minimum of 6 month bc they don't do 2 year contracts . Ok, that's fine. So I got a Verizon phone number . I have an att line but my boyfriend wanted the buy 1 get 1 so we did . We figures 6 months is not that big a deal . So 5 months later we call Verizon and they we are locked into the contract for 6 months . Wait the months and then cancel the service . Okay . So now 2 reps have told us the same thing. Call today . They say if we cancel phone line we are charged for the phone . So we explain what we were told by 2 other verizon reps and she said no, that is incorrect information. We have 5 lines on Verizon. Bill $330 months . Unlimited data . 1 note we are paying on and 1 iPhone . Other phones are paid off . So we took all the lines . Canceled one of his son's lines , gave him my number w Verizon since we are forced to have it . So anyways, we took the lines and went to t mobile . The store rep at t mobile was awesome . In La Verne on Foothill. Her name is Denisse. She knew her shit . And we are paying $160. Unlimited data . 4 lines and they paid of the phones we have . So his son get my number and the Note on TMobile now . And I got a new S10 w TMobile for much cheaper as well . Verizon employee make shit up every time we call . No knows what they are saying . Ok so I'm giving a little background my parents kicked me out when I turned 18. So I'm on a budget. Before I was kicked out I had Sprint for 6 or 7 years. Don't get me started about them. then I had metro for a month before I walked in to Verizon, metro was cheap but I was paying for unlimited 4g data speeds. Which seems great but when speed on Sprint 3g was faster then metropcs 4g speeds we have an issue. I walked in to Verizon with a coupon for a lgg2 for 2 years for free they were out of stock. And my budget was 135 out the door for a phone. They gave me option but those options were not even equivalent to the LG g2. After Colleen talk to a manger they were able to get a LG g3 for 135 out the door. They were nice polite And understanding of my budget. This made me really happy. I have heard all the horrible stories of Verizon. It makes me think are those rumors? If they are that's in the past. Keep up the good work Verizon. I'm very happy with the service so far. There are currently two Verizon stores in the colonies in upland I went to the one right next to Starbucks. Then a week after opening my service the lady that helped me called and made sure it was going smoothly. read more

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store in Upland, Ca! After a frustrating visit to the Mira Loma location, I was hesitant to try again, but I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the team at Upland was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Diego went above and beyond to make sure my transition from AT&T to Verizon was seamless. He was patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. Unlike my previous experience at Mira Loma, Ca, where I left without service and completely frustrated, Diego ensured that everything was set up correctly before I walked out the door. The level of professionalism at this location is a 10/10. The staff was focused, efficient, and genuinely helpful--everything you'd hope for in a customer service experience. You would think Verizon would read the reviews that customer's post. Went there to get a new Iphone SE. The salesperson goes in the back to "check stock" and comes back about 7 minutes later and she starts pushing us to get a "free tablet". I interrupt and say "What about the I phone"? and she replies "We don't have any". We immediately left. This was the worst experience in recent memory. They don't even pay attention to what the customer wants, they just push to sell something that we had no interest in. read more

I don't usually Yelp however I wanted to share an experience at this store. I stopped in last week upset over my replacement phone from the insurance not working. I was quickly greeted by Daniel who by the way has amazing customer service skills. He got me through a very stressful situation with patience and determination to help me walk out with a smile. There isn't nothing about this store I like. There customer service is horrible, they treat there customers like their idiots. I've given then several trys but I leave there store pissed. I've found the Verizon store located across the street, by Wells Fargo and Chick-fil-A is way more helpful! they have 100% excellent customer service everytime, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Rude security guard at this store came in to buy 6 new phones security told is we couldn't park our vehicle in the curbside pickup even though we ordered 6 phones so we canceled our upgrades do to this bullshit.
