We waited almost 3 hours and got nothing but a song and dance meanwhile two other people stormed out of there because they were neglected. The woman there lied to us about having a special on a phone if you had a prepaid phone line with AT&T and tried to sell us on a which we had no interest in at all. Meantime, sitting in there without any air conditioning and also being neglected because there was only one sales clerk on duty. I will never go back there again, if you're going to do any business with AT&T, don't do it there they are being operated by a company called Prime communication and they are horrible and careless and have no respect for your time. The value is horrific as well.

I had the biggest headache trying to get my phone upgraded over the weekend. And even though it…read moredidn't get done over the weekend like I had planned, the folks at this store in particular are S-Tier. We were having issues with my account due to an open insurance claim (which was were unaware of at first). But these guys went above and beyond trying to help me out. I went into the store 2 days in a row trying to get this upgrade done. The phone I was looking at was the last one they had in stock. They held it for me. Even offered to hold it an additional week as I want going to be able to get back to this store until next weekend. They made calls to customer service on my behalf and even opened up a story ticket to try and get the issue on my account resolved faster. If I had the ability to, is take these guys out to dinner to thank them all for their help and patience. This store is A 10 out of 10. If you need anything T-Mobile, this is the store you want to use. Ultimately I wound up going to another store this week to finish the upgrade. But all the employees at this store deserve an award for absolutely outstanding customer care.

We were greeted by a customer sales associate(Merari) who explained the Cricket promotional deal towards a new smart phone. Her well-spoken mannerism and excellent product knowledge is the main reason we've decided to purchase our upgraded phones and in addition include accessories. She really took the time to explain how each of our phones works( ZTE Grand X Max Plus & ZTE Grand X); and during the activation process we all initiated small talk where she kept her level of professionalism above-average! This will be our new location because our sales associate made it a pleasant experience for us; and comfortable one, too.
