I have visited this site 2x now. Both visits have been severely disappointing. First time was for a broken case last March. Asked what the warranty was on the case since it was under two months old. Guy stated he didn't know I'd have to ask the manufacturer. Mind you it is a Verizon only case.... Went to my normal store by home, they replaced it under warranty. Just went in to buy replacement case for or sons phone... Oh goodie, per the guy they don't make them anymore, even though the phone is only eight months old, but could he interest us in a newer model that they have cases for. Yeah, like that's going to happen.... I'll just wait and go back to our regular Verizon store that actually carries a wide variety of Verizon products to go with Verizon phones,staffed by people that actually know their product! read more

What a scam I had to go back three time to get a $60.00 merchandise use when I went to get upgrade phone. I was told I could get anything in the store. When I get their the day I have to get 3 items at $20 each to use this , with nothing worth $20 am I couldn't combine them just a scam store don't go with fin/fam workers. Erick Rodiles, the manager, was very helpful and generous. He said that he would be available for any help after I made the purchase of an item that he initially suggested. He didn't just recommend the item that I purchased. He investigated and did some research on my family's account before explaining the details and answering our questions. He was very patient and never seemed flustered whenever we asked him questions while he was busy researching or doing something else important. Too bad that this kind of customer service is lacking in most places. I was always impressed by most customer service representatives in Korea. Every now and then, a place like this reminds of those memorable experiences. read more

I Came In To Get A New Phone From Verizon. I Was Approached By A Gentlemen Named Darvon. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me a few phones. I really liked the New Galaxy S10+. He was able to hook me up and get me out of there in just a few hours. He even transferred all my data, apps, pics and even my text Messages. There was a promo going on that I was unaware of but he even got my wife a free Phone Too. S10. (Usually A Sales Person won't tell you it's free up to $750) so I wouldn't be disappointed later he informed me that I would pay the difference and that the S10e was free, getting the better phone I had to pay the difference. They bait and switched us when we wanted to add a third line and third phone from two lines and two phones. They added two new lines. Now we have 4 lines for only three phones and they say they can't remove the forth line charge and we must keep it and pay it for two years. I would never do business here. Don't know why we bothered with this store. There are STILL THE SAME. non-helpful. We waited for more than 30 minutes. Really you tell us the wifi is down while you were just setting up accounts accessing the Internet. Then you pretended to help troubleshoot my problem. Pawning me off to the Apple Store after looking at my phone for less than 1 yes ONE minute. And to top it off we asked about fios which is still not in our area and you try to sell us something else. When we turn you down you then say there is no info in the store and to look it up online. Then you have the gall to say you are very busy. Wow! DONT GO HERE! This was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. After waiting an hour, they finally waited on me. After giving them my number, they asked for my password. When we figured out I did not have one, they told me to call 611 as they would be able to help me. The kicker is, 6 months ago I added my wife on my plan, bought her a new phone and added more data. I didn't need a password for them to take my money. All I wanted to do is lower my bill by removing an old device and get my discount by using my employers name. Obviously, they would not make any money on this transaction. I went to the La Habra store where they helped my with great customer service. I actually bought a Fitbit and they helped me set it up. They know how to service their customers. Oh yeah, no password needed, just my ID. read more

I came into the store looking to buy a screen protector for the iphone7. There two men standing at the small podium to pay. They both greeted me as I walked in. I asked to see there selection of screen protectors and they only carried 1 type, which was the glass kind for $40 each. One of the guys tried to sell me on the $80 price that included the warranty with the glass protector. He started chatting away about how this $80 deal was better because, in his rude example, say you wake up and your screen protector cracks because you're looking ugly. I was half listening to him ramble until I caught his co-worker laughing. I didn't respond to it, but he is super rude. Does he actually think he can sell something by calling someone ugly indirectly? Awful example. Awful place-if you must, I highly recommend going to a real verizon store with more professional people. read more

Wanted to write a review I said I would leave for one of the staff members here at this location that helped me a few months ago I believe her name was Oliva I had some issues with my bill that I needed to be walked through with & get sorted out she actually helped me & got on the phone with tech support for me to help lower my bill, I was there for a good hour if not longer due to all the calls we had to make & get transferred to but we got it all sorted out & without her help I probably would have just given up & paid what I shouldn't have been charged for, so despite the amount of time it took to get handled I was overall pleased with the customer service. read more

STAY AWAY!! Go to actual verizon store. I'm very disappointed. Bought a sim card and they gave me the wrong one. When I returned it, they wouldn't let me get the right one. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they didn't have a manager on site. They said the manager is Jonathan. This store doesn't run properly if there is no manager at all times. What's worse is that Javier, an employee, called the manager on the phone and when Javier asked if the manager had time to talk, the manager said he was busy with his family. There were two people in this store, Javier and Zach, who said they are "only" employees a day there wasn't any manager on site. So all in all, I bought a sim card and returned it to just walk out of this place with a non-working sim card -_- STAY AWAY EVERYBODY!! Even Verizon claims to travel the small distance to an actual Verizon retail store. If I can give this store a 0.1 rating, I would. read more

We were greeted and assisted almost immediately. David Mireles was the one who assisted us. There was a concern during the billing where we were going to be charged an additional $100 fee for no reason. A concern that we would not have noticed had it not been for David , who thoroughly reviewed the contract and paperwork and spotted the hidden fee. He then called Verizon corporate office and handled the situation and was able to fix that for us. He also assisted us in any way he could to the best of his ability. David Mireles was friendly, thorough, and definitely made this whole experience unmatched to any other retailer. Seriously , he went above and beyond. Visited this store on Friday March 13 2015. A friend of mine was visiting and we decided to look at cell providers in the area. We walked into the Verizon retailer and this was by far the WORST experience of my entire life. The store was dirty as hell. When we walked in the door no one even acknowledged our presence. Not a hello. Not a "we'll be right with you". Nothing. No service at all. Then we thought, okay we will look at the phones on display to see what brands they carried and to find out information on each phone for sale. Well, we attempted to look but there were nothing but empty stands where phones should have been. The counter tops were dusty and dirty. The places where the phones should have been were empty. The few phones they had on display were Verizon models like the Droid. Those phones had cracked glass, boogers on screens and were not even plugged in for a display sample. They had pictures taped over the top of the screen to represent what the screens might look like. We were there exactly 8 minutes. We were disgusted. Not only was the store completely unhelpful but it was almost bordering on a health violation. How does this place stay in business? Even if they are not a corporately owned Verizon store if they feature Verizon products they should reflect Verizon in a positive light and they do not. If I wasn't aware of what Verizon could do I would NEVER do business with Verizon. This store is somewhere you should avoid. I will never set foot in this store again. I might even start to tremble as I drive by because the experience was so bad. Avoid this place if you're wise! read more

STAY AWAY THEY WORK ON COMMISSION AND WILL LIE TO YOU. TELLING YOU THERE IS A PREMIUM PHONE FEE BUT THEY CAN GIVE YOU A BUNDLE DEAL AND YOU WILL ONLY PAY A COUPLE HUNDRED INSTEAD OF $400.28 SO THEY TELL YOU THAT YOUR BASICALLY GETTING THE ACCESSORIES FOR FREE WHICH IS A LIE.Very bad sister company of Verizon. Went in to the store to get a new phone. I told Gabriel which is A manager the all I wanted was the phone and he said OK he would pre-order the note 7 for me. they called me and told me the phone was in I could pick it up that day I was not able to so I went a couple days later Gabriel was not in so I was helped by the store manager jonathan.He began help me with my transaction started talking about a premium phone fee which I never heard of and questioned multiple times. jonathan stated he could set me up with the bundle package and save me the money on the premium phone fee So it would be like I was getting the accessories for free he said the premium phone fee would be $428 but with the bundle all I would pay is the $239.42 and the $75 upgrade fee again I questioned the premium phone fee and he assured me it was because it was such an expensive phone which I still don't think was right. so I just wanted to get out of there so I paid the money and figured once I get home I would call corporate and when I did no one there has ever heard of a premium phone fee And I should go back to the store with all the stuff they sold me and get my money back. When I went in and talk to Jonathan he still tried to convince me that he did nothing wrong . So buyer beware they Work on commission and they Will lie to you to get your money. If you need the accessories and you want to pay their prices that's fine but when you express to them that you Will by the accessories elsewhere you do not need there's any tell you you're basically getting it for free because they're waving the premium phone fee, but they continue to lie to try to get your money buyer beware . read more

First time I went there, the store was empty and the sales person was on the phone with a customer and did not acknoledge me. I waited 30 minutes with my 7 and 9 year old and eventually left without getting anywhere. I went there again today and there was 2 sales people with customers and decided to wait again. This time I waited an hour and received no service and left frustrated yet again. Horrible service. I won't be coming back. I am going across the way to Sprint instead. read more

I would NEVER recommend coming here. Horrible service, VERY misleading information. Not only is one of the girls there rude but they all have attitudes of high school kids and take their sweet time. If you don't like your job don't work there. Alberto is horrible at providing correct information. Not only did he offer a rebate offer for a referral, it was never even something I received weeks later like he said. He was very convincing all my information was accurate and phone rebates would be sent with no problem only to find out my information he set up on his end was not correct. I lost my $300 in total rebates for his careless mistake. My visit there was a complete waste of 4 hours and money. Huge mistake coming here. There was nothing positive about this place. read more

Omar was our consultant and he was so patient with us in explaining the upgrade process and ensuring there are no surprises when we get our next bill. Went to this store about a week ago. I guess I should've known better to walk in when 2 male salespersons were sitting outside with 2 of the female salespersons messing around with their phones. One guy did get up and walked in the store to offer help. I asked about an accessory I had called the store literally 5 minutes prior and he only offered one of the 2 options and said that's all they had. I told him about my call and what the person on the phone had told me if they were available. I finally walked up to the other salespeople working at the counters and asked about the other option. He reluctantly went to the back and came out looking confused. I finally noticed some accessories displayed on the lower side of one of the sales desk and found what I was looking for. The kids name is on my receipt but I don't want to throw it out there. Just want the older managers to take stock of their employees and give them a little guidance and show them what it is like to be professional and not walk around the store without cracking a smile and acting like you are hating life. read more

We entered the store to find out about our options for a new phone...we already have contracts with Verizon. The Mgr/sales person was not the friendliest guy and when my husband questioned him more about why we couldn't upgrade at this time..the mood changed and my husband was quickly getting irritated with this person's "attitude"....and the Mgr's response was to say to my husband "if you weren't so stubborn!"...at which point we walked out and will never go back again! What kind of "training" is being given to these young people...this is not our first time being offended, as opposed to being "helped!!".....something should be done to train Verizon's staff better....Please. read more
