Manager said he can't tell us because he hasn't sold a phone in 4 years. Hmmm. I just need help with my plan. Didn't know that was "below management pay" This is a small store understaffed. Must not be helped because I'm a business customer ? And regular customers come first ? Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that. Anyways finally got serviced and the business rep helped me. Found out that the other (non corporate) store messed my whole plan up. He helped me best he could and even sold me a phone. Wish he could have taken these stupid jet packs off. Well.
