I contacted them again about a problem I was having with a portion of my gutters... the communication was very lacking. I had to reach out about 10 days after they did the estimate to check on it and they said oh he's on vacation so I never got an estimate from the first gentleman then they offered to send another estimator out and he gave me a completely different solution to the problem I was having so the one representative said to do one thing and the second representative said to do the opposite thing. A long period went by and then I had to make another call to check on the new estimate. Communication was very disappointing so I am going to call a different contractor and will do no future dealings with home evolution. Very disappointed.

Once he started the work, he put in long hours to get the job done in two days. He took photos and sent them to me so I could see the progress while I was at my job. As part of the roof installment, he put in a skylight, which is working well. Rick also had to work around a chimney and other obstacles on the roof.
