Hi, I would leave 1/2 a star if I could…read more I gave Infinique the benefit of the doubt to take on the task of cleaning our 3bed 2 bath home. This was the worst service ever. Infinque brought her child to clean the the entire 3bed 2 bathroom house... I came back after 3 hours and she was still working on the first bedroom!!! I asked how long she would need, she said another 2 hours. We started at 10a - by the time is was 6pm she was only done with the first bedroom and half of the first bath. I told her to get out and as courtesy I still gave her $120. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The cleaners were nice but you should know they do not: lift objects to dust beneath, do not remove cobwebs, do not dust half the surfaces, do not go beneath furniture with vacuum or broom, do not removed soap scum from tubs or shower grout, do not lift objects to clean kitchen counters and leave spots after mopping. In short, they do a very surface cleaning and as I told the person I spoke with, perhaps they just need some retraining and then all will be well. 2. The walk-through sounds like a good thing, and if you don't mind that you have to crawl on your knees looking under your furniture, lift up all the objects in your house and study every surface with the cleaners watching you during the "walk through," It might be fine for you. But for me, it's uncomfortable and I prefer the other companies I've had, that simply do the professional work and take their leave - no walk-through needed. 3. Worst of all, I was treated unprofessionally. At first, I was promised a refund of 100 dollars "in a few minutes" on my Paypal, for insufficient cleaning, and what appeared to be bleach damage to the bedspread that they set their cleaning products on, and initially, was happy with the company's response to how things went. But then I didn't hear anything, despite reaching out twice, and ten days later after no refund, I was given a different response from a totally different person, who didn't know the details of the situation well, who withdrew the offer of 100 dollars and offered 50. 4. I was personally and repeatedly insulted in a yelp message for the review I left...which to me is the worst thing on this list. The response I received was nothing like what you see posted below. All I need as a customer when things go wrong is a few simple words: "I'm sorry" and "what can we do to make this better?" which is exactly what I was first offered, until the owner took over. If things had stayed the way they were, this review would be a 3, based on the cleaning and initial caring of what went wrong. But after the way things were handled, a 1 is the most I can offer.
